Hotell Eaton Smart, Hong Kong - Kowloon

Mycket bra service. Bra läge. Bra gym och helt ok frukost. Rena rum. Ett extra pluss var att man städade flera gånger per dag. Efter att tagit en middagslur upptäckte jag till min förvåning när jag kom hem senare på kvällen att sängen var nyföddas för andra gången samma dag.

Det här är ett trevligt hotell beläget straxt norr om Jordan. Hotellet ligger direkt på Nathan road vilket ger snabb åtkomst till både tunnelbanan samt nattmarknaden på Temple street om man tycker det är underhållande. Hotellet är fräscht med trevlig personal. Bokade Eaton enbart efter omdömen på hotels.com eftersom mitt "vanliga" hotell i HK var fullbokad. Kanske var det bara jag som hade otur och ville ha ett rökarrum, men kvalitén på rummet var inte alls i paritet med omdömen på hemsidan! Litet och ganska så snuskigt vill jag säga och helt säkert, ENBART baserat på min upplevelse, inte ett hotell jag […] bokar igen. Läget är det inget att gnälla på, ungefär mitt på Nathan Road och mindre än 200 meter till Temple Street marknaden + nära till Jordan metrostationen gör det perfekt. Väldigt bra hotell mitt i centrala kowloon, Hyfsat nära till tunnelbanan och kringliggande sevärdheter. Kan defenitivt rekomenderas, väl inredda om än små rum med allt man kan behöva.

Det skulle varit bra om man hade kunnat beställa frukost redan hemifrån.

Ett i mitt tycke prisvärt boende för den som tycker det är ok med ett lite mindre rum. Bra läge, gångavstånd från tunnelbanestationen Jordan om man har väskor som rullar. Som sagt små men fina rum. Gym på översta våningen plus takpool var trevligt, dessutom gratis. Internet var dock inte gratis och kostade ca 110 kr för 24 h.

Excellent hotel with clean rooms, the best of service and a location that is perfect for business and tourism. From a tourist point of view you can reach a lot of the sites and markets by foot and if you want to go to Hong Kong Island or the mainland it is close to the metro station Jordan. We had two deluxe rooms. One with double bed and one with twin beds on 9th and 12th floor. On the plus side - I agree about the convenient location. The closest MTR station is Jordan. It was not so difficult to take the local bus A20 from the airport. The room was quite clean. I just wish the bath room could have a more shiny finish. I didn´t expect […] a large room, but I was still dissapointed to find that there was very little space for our luggage. There was nowhere to store our suitcases. The hotel was fresh and nicely decorated. Some minus: We didn´t bother to have breakfast at the hotel. I could never pay a three-digit price in HK$ per person for this! The internet connection in the room was via cable and costed a fortune. If you needed Wi-Fi you had to pay even more. For this higher amount you got the cable in the room plus the Wi-Fi in the lobby. What? We survived thanks to the Starbuck´s place right outside the hotel. I wish the staff in the lobby could be a little bit more friendly. You get a feeling that they think the hotel is so special/luxurious that they don´t need to put energy into making that extra for you. We just loved Hong Kong and had five fantastic days there. My husband will go there in two week. I will try to find another hotel for him. One that can offer breakfast and Wi-Fi for human prices. Läs mer

The hotel was fine. The only comment I have is that it would be nice if the single traveller was given more choice in meals, such as smaller and more snack like, although good and nutritious. I did not want a large complete meal and found it difficult to get something smaller.

A conveniently placed hotel close to MTR station. Room a little small but clean with a comfortable bed. Food was good. Staff very attentive. My daughter was ill last day & staff member Andrew was very helpful allowed us a very late check out at no extra charge. He also rang to make sure she was well enough to travel. Good location. The room was perfect for 2 persons, Free internet. They had salmon for breakfast which is a must for good hotels. Will try to book this hotel again.

the room is small for the price,baggages fees charge when you left for overnight (even the guest come back for staying ). Room and toilet light are not bright enough.

Eaton Smart is strategically located in Jordan. Food is found in every corner, from small eateries to nice chinese restaurants. There are 2 MTR stations nearby - Jordan and Yau Ma Tei. Room is small but very sufficient. I like the decor of the deluxe room. Comfortable bed and pillows. We've got a connecting room as requested which made it very convenient […] for us. It's a solid choice for the right price. Good location. The shower and bed were good, the most important things for me. One thing that bothered me is that they charged me for a premium internet service that I know I did not buy. So be careful with that one. 2days stay at Eaton ,room was not big as expected but clear , location was good and very convenience to go out for shopping or business . service is good . I asked one big bed room , no smoking , view outside no good because close to Nathan Hotel .

I really liked this hotel. Spacious and modern. Room was small but clean. Outside view not very good. My only complaint is the standard rooms are extremely small, however, they are still very comfortable.

Pros: Convenient, good Chinese restaurant and breakfast buffet, efficient staff in checking-in and out, relatively clean, free internet. Cons: Tiny room (even by HK standards), old. For the price paid, we can't complain.

I like to comfort of the room. The location of the hotel is also very good with all shopping areas around the area. Moving around is convenient with the train station being nearby. Most important is that just by crossing the road, we can get a free shuttle bus to Tsim Sha Tsui Station to catch a train to the airport. Wonderful!

wonderful location to subway , bus stop or just walk

Our very first visit to Hong Kong. Eaton Smart is really comfortable and looks after you. Eaton Smart is in Jordan, an area which is busy by day and by night . It is 20 minutes from the Star Ferry. Ideal time to cross to Hong Kong. It is wonderful.

Very nice hotel, and great location. Unfortunately the concierge forgot our luggage when we arrived! But the receptionist went down to find them himself. nice breakfast buffet and also other obtions - so go for it if you are going to Hong Kong :-)

We had a comfortable bed, in a clean, quiet room in a great neighborhood. The staff were very accommodating and let us have a 1pm checkout to be more convenient for our flight. What more could you want? And then there is the location. Easy to access from the subway (Jordan stop). Enjoy my stay at this hotel as it location is great and everything is not too far either to walk or take the subway.

Location of Eaton Hotel in Jordan area is very good - near to MTR (about 8 minutes walk), bus stops, eating/shopping and places of interest, eg. Temple Street Market. The other plus point is the airport shuttle bus stop is opposite the hotel. There's also Tsui Wah Restaurant ('chai chan teng') opposite the hotel which serves nice and reasonable priced […] food, and other eating and shopping places around the hotel, which are within walking distance. this hotel is centrally located in Kowloon, close to the subway station, nice shops and good restaurants. The staff is very friendly and courteous. They provide a nice personalized touch by addressing me by name whether I call for a wake-up call, or when I have a question at the front desk. This was one of the smallest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in - even in Hong Kong! But the room was clean and the location is great, close to the Ladies market and Temple St Night Market. The staff were all helpful and polite and check-in was very quick. It was a good deal for the price and I would definitely stay here again.

Not the most luxurious, not the least expensive, but a great balance. Love the rooftop gym and pool, the location you can walk to the Star ferry from (about 1 mile lined with shops, or detour through the park and see the birds. Best buffet in town. Friendly bar. Many trips to Hong Kong and the Eaton IS Hong Kong for me.

rea a few reviews on the hotel before we check in. kinda worried bout the room size. arrived at the hotel - impressed by the modern lobby, helpful and friendly conciege. even though the room is kinda old but its very clean. can accomodate 2 adults and 2 lil kids.

You can take the regular bus across the street to the airport. It cost less and only take about 45 minutes to the airport.

Clean, comfortable and very well located to the city center. Walking distance from great shopping and other attractions.

1. Even though our booking indicated ' breakfast not included.' when we checked in the desk told us it WAS included. 2. Room small, but not tiny 3. Lobby, restaurant areas very nicd 4. One mile walk to the Peninsula Hotel, where you could get the 'open top bus' and take the ferry to Hong Kong Island.
