Hotellet låg väldigt centralt, trots detta hördes inte mkt utifrån trafiken. Nära till Sol och andra sevärdheter. Väldigt nära till flera Metro stationer. Tyvärr så höll de på att renovera i fastigheten så på vardagarna stördes morgonsömnen utav borrande och annat oljud. Denna renovering var det ingen spm upplyste oss om när vi bokade hotellet. Hotellets frukost var utmärkt med det mesta man kan tänka sig+++++ Rekommenderar detta hotell

Prisvärt hotell en bit utanför stan.Stora rum bra för en familj på 4 pers. Det som var negativt är att frukost inte ingår i priset, men går att köpa på plats.Var andra gången vi bodde på detta hotell, och vi bor gärna där igen

Spenderade fyra nätter i ett dubbelrum på detta hostell. Hostellet låg väldigt centralt och nära till tunnelbanan. Rummet var ganska litet, men rent och fint. Vi bokade rum med delat badrum (dock hade vi ett handfat i rummet). Badrummet var i fint skick, men det var dåligt vattentryck i duschmunstycket. Det fanns två toaletter/ badrum till att låna om en skulle vara upptagen. Sängen knakade ganska mycket. Servicen var utomordentlig. Trots att receptionisterna var mer eller mindre duktiga i engelska, så var de väldigt hjälpsamma. Internet fungerade dåligt i vårt rum, så vi fick tillåtelse att gå in i ett annat rum som låg närmare routern. Dessutom fick vi tillåtelse att låna mikrovågsugnen och sista dagen som jag lämnade hostellet fick jag lämna väskan där medan jag gick runt på stan, då mitt flyg avgick senare under kvällen. Kan varmt rekommendera hostellet. Se dock upp för barnvagnsrampen i trapphuset. Den är väldigt hal och man ramlar lätt. Samt var försiktig om du ska använda hissen i trapphuset (speciellt om du är en ensam tjej), för det känns inte helt tryggt alla gånger.

Gran Via är en pulserande nöjesgata med musikaler, affärer och restauranger. Den slutar i öst med Metropolisbyggnadens svarta dom. "Enkelt & prisvärt hotell - centralt läge"
Väldigt enkelt hotell. Litet rum, ingen utsikt och hårda sängar. Men läget är otroligt bra. Frukosten är riktigt bra och rummen prisvärda. Så vill man hellre bo centralt än bra är det här ett givet val. Rent, fräscht och enkelt.Verifierad gästrecension

"Centralt - på gott och ont"
Mycket centralt hotell, vilket medför en del störande ljud ifrån gatan utanför. Dessutom drog städarna igång damsugaren i korridoren utanför vårat rum ca kl 9.00. När vi sa till så slutade de dock direkt. Prisvärt, rent, personalen ok.Verifierad gästrecension

"Great Hotel"
We stayed for three nights. The hotel is near the heart of Madrid. The room was very nice - clean and well provisioned. Windows opened to the street providing fresh air. The street was very quiet for the location. The shower was excellent, powerful with lots of hot water. The only minor issue was the gurgling of the drains in the bathroom (and occasional […] slight odor). Maybe this was due to the rain we had that week? We would definitely stay here again. "Great Stay"

"Served its purpose"
We wanted a cheap central hotel for the evening prior to travelling to Toledo and that is what we got. The hotel is in a good location 2 secs from Gran Via and theatres and 10 mins from Puerto del Sol. Clean, relatively well located and super nice staff! The only thing I didn't like was the street fights at 2 in the morning lol it definetly get a bit too crazy at night specially if your coming to the hotel late. Other than that good, nice hotel that is affordable.Verifierad gästrecension

Very close to sights, great value for money if you not planning on sleeping.. but the rooms are hollow, you can hear your neighbour, both sides, upstairs and in the hall.. which is not great when you trying to sleep. The hotel's location is fantastic and the best selling point. It is close to the Callao and Santo Domingo metro stops, Fuencarral market, Gran Via, Puerta del Sol, and several other notable places. Furthermore, the hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The air conditioning did not work in my room and the acoustics in the hotel are terrible. Pros: good location close to city attractions, shuttle to the airport available, clean hotel room, friendly receptionist service. "Sightseeing visit to Madrid."
Location excellent, close to 2 metro stations. Breakfast OK, not fantastic but adequate. Room was comfortable and cleaned every day. Staff helped with wi-fi connection issues. Staff very helpful generally. Storage cupboard for suitcases offered and used after checkout. One negative aspect - lots of TV channels but NOTHING available in ENGLISH. The bad point was definetely the size of the room. It was in fact very small. And there is also only one elevator, which can cause you to wait a little sometimes (it is in good conditions, though). But there are lots of good aspects: the localization, very near subway stations, the Puerta del Sol and the Gran Vìa, for example. It is very easy to reach […] the major tourist attractions from there, such as the Museo del Prado and the Reina Sofia, and the Atocha train station. And you can easily walk to the Plaza Mayor too. It is also easy to find food and restaurants all around, and you can also find the major stores if you want to go shopping. The street is very convenient, silent and calm. We did not have problem with noise, except for Saturday night, when there was a little bit of shouting due to a party nearby. "Central convenient location."
Good value for money. Breakfast is good with a large selection. I stayed here alone and I would not recommend it for other single travellers. Although staff are friendly, there are no windows with a 'view' just close-up views of the next door buildings so felt isolated when in room . The location of Best Western Los Cabos was excellent. Close to shops and restaurants at Gran Via. However, the room itself was less impressive. The single room I had was very small and old. There was hardly much space to do work on the study table. The electricity also short circuited on the first day of arrival. Which meant that I have to leave the […] room and bring my work somewhere else early in the morning. What was perhaps most uncomfortable was the strange odour that emits from the toilet. I spent two nights at this hotel and for sure I will not recommend it. The room are very small and the bed is totally UNCONFORTABLE. I don't know if this hotel represent the Best Western standard in Spain, but it definitively not represent my quality standard. I have seen yought hostels with more comfort. The hotel is located in pedestrian street. […] Public parking is available in the area, but very expensive (89 € for 3 days). It fulfilled a need. The room was very small, I think the term you prefer in your marketing literature would be "compact" There was everything I needed to be fair, but I could reach it all too easily without much room to spare. The hotel was situated very centrally and was close to the metro. It was clean and tidy and the breakfast was ample, small room but a good choice and a friendly waiter. The hotel didn't cater very much for english people and only had 1 channel on the tv which was BBC World News. Excellent location if you would like to tour all of the city . Situatated just off the main street in Madrid you are within walking distance from any of the main attractions . 5 mins walk from the main shopping area and 15 mins from the old part of the city .
