Vi besökte flera städer under en rundtur från mellanvästern till östkusten. Det har var ett utmärkt hotell, det bästa vi bodde på. Trevlig personal, gratis internet, inomhuspool, fitnesscenter. Tillgång till tvättmaskin. Fin inomhusgård. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell.

"A+ Hotel"
The moment I arrived at the hotel I knew that it would be a pleasant stay. Their valet service first welcomes you, and takes good care to get you inside, and ready to check-in. When I got to my room it was immaculate. Very clean and cozy. The only thing I wasn't thrilled with was the $13/daily internet fee. The bed was amazingly comfortable. I usually […] have trouble sleeping on a bed that I am not familiar with, but this bed felt like I was sleeping on a cloud, very soft and comfortable. The sheets were very soft too. Room service staff was great. Very pleasant when you called, and the food was great(which also says the restaurant food was good). The television got pretty much all the channels you would need. The a/c unit, which was central a/c was great. Water pressure in the shower was phenomenal. all in all, great hotel. Worth every penny. Läs mer
"Very comfortable bed/wonderful breakfast"
I enjoyed relaxing and reading in my room after our night out. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room and hotel were very clean. The staff was courteous and well informed about local attractions. The buffet breakfast on Sunday (very reasonable for 15.00 per person) included a spectacular omelet, terrific coffee and delicious rolls as well as […] fruit etc. I know that this is the best hotel in downtown Columbus. "Not worth the price"
The weekend I stayed not only was a very drunk wedding party attending but some middle school class trip. The kids were running, yelling down the hallways. They were riding up and down the elevators and then attempting to cram as many on the elevator when trying to go down. Excellent in every way EXCEPT would expect free wireless in room for hotel of this quality.

"unbelievable customer service"
from early check-in to friendly and helpful Valet attendants, everyone at the Reanaissance was remarkable. Completely buttoned up, kind, and seemed sincerely happy to be helpful in any way.

This was a very updated, modern hotel with quality furnishings and bedding. The pool and surrounding terrace area were great and hard to find in a downtown hotel. The walk to the arena district and short north area wasn't as bad as I expected, but there were also a few restaurants/bars very close to the hotel if you didn't want to make the trek. "Not quite what I expect in a 4 star Hotel"
The Hotel itself was ok, the bathroom was oddly placed in a corner but clean. Main problem I had was that we kept having to call the front desk for a party in the room next to ours that lasted until about 5:30 AM and they couldn't seem to control it.
the room was ok, the bell door people very efficient, the breakfast not good, when you order omelette with cheese you are supposed to have the cheese cooked in the omelette, people in this field were very bored and they showed it to the customers of the hotel and everything was cold, also bottles of marmelades on the table were already opened, why they […] didn't remove them and get us new ones? ALso in the room, they constantly forgot we are four and had to call the room service to get us towels and soaps and toilet paper.
