Trevligt hotell med bästa läge allt runt omkring när tåg bussar och sevärdigheter. lite konstigt att inte bastun ingick i priset man fick andvända dusch pool relaxen men skulle du basta kostade 10£ frukosten var ok men dyr bättre att gå runt hörnet och käka

Allt var okay med hotellet förutom den dyra Fruckosten! men del löser sig med de närliggande cafen som serverar rikliga morgonmål. Bastuavdelningen var ganska spartansk. Annors bra hotell på bra plats.

Bra hotell! Centralt, nära till det mesta. Hög standard. Enda minuset är alldeles för dyr frukost.

Hotellet var bra beläget och rummet var kanon. Det fanns en härlig Lobby lounge i modern stil.

Mycket central beläget tvärs över gatan från tågstationen som är enklaste vägen från flyget. Prisvärt och bra standard. Bra frukostbuffe, men är dyr €23 normalt men vi fick rabatterbjudande

Toppen hotell, med fina rum och trevlig personal. Hotellet har ett mycket bra läge nära centralstationen. Rekommenderar varmt detta hotell. Lugnt och trivsamt!

Hotellet var väldigt fint och ligger perfekt vid centralstationen i Amsterdam. Inom ett par minuters gång har man Dam Plaza, Red Light District och underbara kanaler. Very pleased with my stay here. Great location. A little disappointing that I had to pay to use the sauna. You also has to pay citytax, 5% of the roomrate. I did not try the breakfast so I don´t know anything about that. Overall a good hotel

Rummen som vi fick har omnämts tidigare,personalen fick det att låta att vi blivit uppgraderade till sviter men efter ett dygn så fick vi se att det stämde med tidigare inlägg dår rummet var något som tydligen blev över när man byggde. Frukosten var väldigt dyr då man fick bra frukost innom kvarteret om man inte ville gå längre för halva priset. Läget vid centralstationen passade oss perfekt då vi dag 1 var tvungna att checka in för att sen direkt bege oss med tåg till annan stad. När man ska neråt stan går det frekventa spårvagnar, även om vi föredrog att promenera då avstånden inte är större än så. Rummen då, ofta hör man om att holländska hotell är trånga. Detta var inte fallet för vår […] vistelse, då vi bokat ett 3-bädds rum var man lite nervös, men lyckligtvis var det ett stort "executive room". Perfekt. Just vår utsikt var en husfasad, spännande så det föreslog (inte för vi brydde oss det minsta). Gratis Nespresso-maskin på rummet, uppskattas! Det var väl dock det enda som var gratis på hotellet, en förmodad överprisat frukost som vi inte bemödade oss att testa (finns mängder av ställen <5 min från hotellet att käka på). Gratis wlan (horribelt) i foajen (man får en voucher som gäller i 24h), men dyrt att använda det på rummet. Dock var det samma nät och inloggning så gå bara ner och be om voucher vid behov, knepigt upplagt. I övrigt som man förväntar sig av ett vettigt hotell, välstädat och trevlig personal. De skämdes t.o.m. lite över "sin" city tax på 5 % av notan då vi kommenterade den när vi checkade ut! Hotellet ligger på gångavstånd från centralstationen och är perfekt om du anländer med tåg eller kommer från flygplatsen. Precis utanför hotellet utgår kanalturer, vilka är en bra start på en vistelse i Amsterdam. Centrala Amsterdam är ganska litet och resten av staden med sevärdheter ligger inom gångavstånd. Man brukar ju säga att man får vad man betlar för. I det här fallet vill jag nog hävda att vi fick mer dock. Ypperligt läge mitt emot centralstationen (passade iaf oss bra som tog tåget från Schiphol) och en kort promenad till allt vi ville göra i Amsterdam. Knappast ultramodernt hotell men rent och fräscht, snabb och trevlig personal och tillgång till […] den service och de bekvämligheter som jag kan önska. När vi kom till hotellet vid 3-tiden var inte rummet klart! "Vänta 5 minuter så fixar vi detta" sa dom, men efter 45 minuter tröttnade vi och gick ut på stan. Beklagligt när det står att man kan få rummet vid 2-tiden. Rummet var stort och rymligt, hade de man vill ha, t.o.m. en riktig strykbräda! Rummet städades ganska sent andra dagen (vid 3 ungefär), […] men det spelar ju ingen roll. Ett minus är att frukosten inte ingår i grundpriset, men mot en tilläggskostnad löste vi detta. Its very hard to fault this hotel and I have stayed here before. I also hope to return again. However while it is a good hotel and I don't mind paying for all it offers,I feel that 60 euro for two people to have breakfast in thier room is just too much. My sister and I stayed here in the new Urban Wing for 2 nights and were very pleased with our choice. The hotel is opposite the train station so you are right in the middle of the action and close to the main tram station for links all around the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. The front desk staff and especially the concierge staff were excellent, however the resturant service was very slow and disorganised in the evenings. They had plenty of time to talk, but left us without the bread we ordered with our soup and the rest of the meal was not much better. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location for everything easy access to trams and trains. I had read that the older part of the hotel was a bit dated, however, our room was spotless and not at all dated. The Room was the smallest Hotel Room I ever had to share. My wife and I struggled to move around the room freely as the double bed took up most of the room. It was terrible and we also sustained bruises and knocks whilst trying to move around the bed. We were on the top floor facing Centraal Station.

Good, quick service at check in and from the concierge who recommended a good restaurant in the Old Town and a very good pancake house in Jordaan for a late breakfast. Nice, clean, small rooms. Side facing, so no view this time. Free wifi if you bring your own laptop, otherwise paid via the TV. Mini bar and water fairly expensive. Perfect location across from amsterdam central station. Upgraded room was small. First room checked in smelled like a poorly kept hospital ward. I was forced to change rooms because of the strong smell which was in the hallway, room and vents. Also there was a tall ladder in the middle of the room which I promptly put in the hallway. This is a very nice hotel located across from Centraal Station. The daily room service (maid service) was not as good as expected. The price of the breakfast was outrageously high-much better to eat in the surrounding area.

The Victoria hotel has 2 wings and I felt a bit misguided in my reservation. The Victoria wing is the "original side" of the hotel and this is where I had my first room. The A/C didn't work properly and the room was way too hot. It was a very nice room though but the windows don't open and it was just baking in there! As we asked to change rooms, the […] staff kindly offered to transfer us to the Urban wing which is the renovated part of the hotel. The room was stunning! The design was very nice and although smaller, the room was much nicer with "night lights" (smoother lights to walk around during the night) and a great bathroom. On the plus side, we also had a ironing table and a better hairdryer! However, not sure of the quality of the double glazed windows as the street was really noisy (lots of roadwork just in front of the hotel). The very down side of all is the so called "fitness center". The pool is the smallest pool you can find in a hotel and it is not very warm. Then, you have to pay a ridiculous amount of money to go on the fitness machines and pay for the steam room/sauna as well. For a hotel of this standard, this is just unacceptable. I would recommend the hotel to my lazy friends for sure as it is not far away from everything. Heads up to the concierge that is well informed of the places to go to!! Bang in the middle of the city centre easily within walking distance of the central station & local parking. Room was excellent clean & comfortable.

We stayed over for St. Pattys weekend and I was surprised to find the care that was taken in the little things. I have been in Europe for 3 years and have yet to find a hotel with an ice machine and this hotel was very accomodating in having one. The location could not have been better. We were in the center of EVERYTHING ! We hopped off the train and […] were at our hotel within minutes. The concierge seemed to genuinely care about helping us out and not just 'doing their job'. All of the staff were very helpful. The room was exactly as we expected and perfect for our weekend stay. I have already recommended this hotel to others who have already booked their stays and I will be going back to Amsterdam in the next month and intend to stay again ! Thank you for a great hotel ! We just stayed the evening here on our way back from Turkey and the hotel and staff were great. The breakfast buffet is just what we needed before our travels back! Highly recommend it!

I booked this hotel blindly with no knowledge of Amsterdam (first time traveller there) or the location of the hotel. This hotel surpassed all expectations entirely. The concierge was knowledgeable on the happening spot like restaurants/bars and recommended me a good list for saturday night. The hotel's location was perfect. Right across the st from […] Centraal Station and the tram stops, and within walking distance to all attractions. The room was a good size and the bed was extremely comfortable. I had the buffet breakfast on the sunday and it was okay but nothing to write home about. The lobby bar is trendy and a nice spot to have a drink before going out. The only suggestion I was say which would make the room better would be to have an Ipod docking station or similar radio to plug an Mp3 player in as the only music available was on the TV but I couldnt seem to get it to work. Perfect location!

recently stayed at the park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam for three nights on a first time visit to Amsterdam. The location is fantastic, literally across the street from the Central Train Station and near EVERYTHING. It appears that the Hotel was several different ones before consolidating into one massive complex but that doesn't impact the great service […] and clean rooms. We arrived and were treated well and the conceirge services were always pleasant willing to offer advice when needed. The room was clean and very well appointed in a modern style and and had a great shower. Didn't eat in at the hotel, who would when you have so many options right outside your door! Läs mer

I took my mum to Amsterdam for the weekend for her birthday, and so I was keen to get a nice hotel as this was a special treat. I was not disappointed with the Park Plaza. The Hotel was lovely inside, very clean and plush and felt very luxurious! The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was lovely, came with (expensive) mini bar, flat screen […] TV which played music channels aswell, clean bathroom, hairdryer (which was fine) and a safe, which came in very handy. The one and only little negative was our room had a strange aroma, however it was hardly noticeable after a few mins and the window open for a while. The hotel is opposite Centraal Train Station and is right opposite the drop off point for the coaches transporting you from Rotterdam ferry terminal! It's less than 5mins walk to the main area with bars, restaurants etc, but far enough away that you don't hear a thing at night. It's about 15min walk to the museums, but you hardly notice the walk as there is lots to see on the way. Oh and it's roughly 10mins from the Red light district too! I would recommend Sara's Pancake House near Anne Franks house if you are there! Yum! The Brasserie in the hotel looked lovely too, if not a little pricey, but I can't comment on the food as we ate out. Overall the hotel is excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Läs mer

Location was second to none and the staff were lovely I was there with my sister and we loved sitting in the bar at the end of the night and day of sight seeing. One little thing thought we booked the room over the internet and were disappointed it was so dark and dismal, just one little window and the lighting was very bad. Very satisfied with the rooms,the location. i stayed in one of the urban twin rooms n it was very comfortable.the location was beside the train station and the shopping was good . overall very pleased. if there was one surprising thing it was that i had to pay for the gym and sauner use .

My wife and I stayed in the hotel for her birthday weekend...We arrived at 1am and were directed to our 'superior' room. The room was comfortable if a little pretentious in the urban wing... Could have killed for more light!..placed the do not disturb sign on the door and went to bed...At 2.30am a man entered our room without knocking and absolutely […] terrified us!...he said he was security and apologized. I can only assume he was attempting to let someone in their room and he thought it was ours!?!...anyway this totally ruined our break and neither of us could relax at the hotel.. Totally unacceptable...I spoke to the front desk the day later but I just got a blank look...Trust me, I did not dream the event. Room wast cleaned at all over the three days, nor was the tea/coffee replenished. As it goes the hotel is very central just across the road from the train station....Didn't eat there (If I wanted to pay 30 Euros for a breakfast I would like the dutch beach volleyball team to serve it!). there's a MacDonalds just around the corner, there's also a pasta bar 50 yard down the road that'll do a full English for 4.95.. This place has so much potential, it is just a crying shame that we didn't get to see it.....Amsterdam is such a beautiful city..and deserves better!.... Läs mer

I've stayed in this hotel several times in recent years and it has always been excellent. From check-in, room quality, leisure facilities to restaurants I've never been disappointed. The staff are always helpful & very efficient.

Top hotel,good service,clean and modern.bang in the centre.train station opposite,only 4 euros for the train to the airport.Sauna and steam room also there with a pool.ace!!!
