Hotellet låg mycket bra till för våra utlykter, vare sig de var inom gång avstånd eller tunnelbana/tåg. Perfekt med Union Station över gatan. Varje morgon såg vi solens strålar lysa mot Capitolium, varje eftermiddag lokala puben. Frukost ingick ej men matsalen såg trevlig ut. Tyvärr fanns ej utlovad minibar på rummet. Personalen vägrade hjälpa oss att boka transport till flygplatsen. Inte bra!

"La Quinta Inn & suites in jessup, Md"
When I booked through you, I requested a handicapped room with two beds because I had recent knee surgery. When we arrived they had no record of one being reserved. They also have NO handicap rooms with two beds at the hotel!!! They said the error was in the way hotel .com booked the room. You might want to look into this matter!! "Good place to stay for a night"
On our way to Florida, we stopped by La quinta inn. We liked it. Nice hotel and nice staff!!
"Good value but not a long term stay"
The La Quinta in Jessup is a nice hotel and what you would expect from La Quinta - clean but basic in features. The room had a nice refrigerator and desk for my work, and was good sized. But it is hard to find, way off the main road. You can not walk to a restaurant or shops - you drive to anything. I needed to visit Ft. "La Quinta Jessup.If you can, stay somewhere else!"
Front desk people were rude and not helpful. When we got there to check-in, the clerk took 10 minutes looking in his computer, with no explanation to us. I asked if something was wrong, and he informed me that I did t have a reservation. I had to call hotels.com and was told that they had received confirmation back from the la Quinta that we were reserved. […] She called la Quinta and was told that the reservation had been lost. Hotels.com asked if they could fax the reservation to him, and he told hotels.com that we would have to rebook in order to get a room. Hotels.com worked it out 20 minutes later and we were in our room for the first night of our 2 night stay. Not so much as a sorry for your wait, from the clerk. The second night we got back to the room to find out our key didn't work. When we went to front desk to inquire as to why, I was informed that if I looked at my reservation, I would see that it was only for one night. So I pulled up my email and had to show the clerk that it was indeed for 2 nights. Without so much as a sorry for the inconvenience, we were reluctantly made another key. We found a bug in our room, the shower set off the fire alarm twice, had to get the plunger any time we flushed the toilet. Good points, it had a nice tv. Breakfast was edible, not great selection, but sufficient. I wouldn't do this hotel again, but you might have better luck... But don't say you weren't warned.. Läs mer
"Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Good Deal."
Hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. Service was very welcoming. Good Value for the money with breakfast included. Road could be marked a little better where you turn back...sits back behind some other businesses. That would be my only negative remark. Would stay there again and recommend.

was there for 2 night stay for business, Room was comfortable, location was effective for access to all main highways leading to Wahington DC & north to Baltimore. Staff was helpful & friendly. WOuld recommend to any business traveler who needs to stay in the Columbia MD area.

I had a very nice stay here. The breakfast was yummy with waffles until 10am on weekends (9am weekdays), and they have a nice late checkout till 12pm. My husband & I were well rested. My husband also left the car door wide open in the parking lot & no one touched anything in our car. Our stay at the La Quinta Inn Jessup was exceptional. The hotel was well kept, the location was great, and the customer service was superb. The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was so friendly and hospitable. Shortly after we were in our room, we received a phone call from the front desk and it was him checking to see if the room was to […] our liking. I thought that was so thoughtful and professional. He also gave us a guide that included the local restaurants in the area. He was very helpful and pleasant. The room was very clean as well as the rest of the hotel. "Good for business"
Good location with easy access to major highways for business. Rooms could be a little more updated but the room did have a nice flat screen TV. Good wireless internet service. Breakfast bar could use some scambled eggs or something more than just carbs. All in all I would stay here again in the future.
"Nice, clean hotel"
We stayed five nights to visit our son and daughter in law and new granddaughter and this was the closest hotel we found to them. It was decent, comfortable, everything they said it would be. We stayed five nights and once the cleaners forgot to do our room. But other than that, can't complain..
"It was OK"
The ice machine on the second floor was broken. The cable TV reception was horrible, you could barely get a picture. Maybe it was just our room. It was way too late to call anyone to come fix. The breakfast was OK but kinda cramped for the amount of people trying to get food.

At certain times of the year, the hotels in Columbia MD will be all booked because contractors come to fight for government contracts. So I usually don't stay in La Quinta inns but was pleasantly surprised. I'd compare it to Hampton Inns. Clean, quiet. This is really all I wanted. You can see some of the shabbiness around the edges. The hotel staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. Our only complaint was the mattress was uncomfortable. Perhaps it is due to be replaced, but it was very springy. We would stay here again, without hesitation.

Travelled to Maryland with my family for a wedding. The staff at the counter allowed us to check in at 2pm, which was a relief since we had been on the road since 6 am. We had 3 rooms and I must say they were much larger than I expected, the best were very comfortable, also loved that each room had a microwave and fridge. My 2 year old niece loved that […] you could make your own waffles at breakfast. Barbara, who was working when we checked out was awesome, she also recommended Bob Evans Restaurant where we had breakfast before hitting the road for a nine hour drive. The food was divine. "All Good But Dirty Blankets"
recently I stayed at La Quinta in Jessup MD and had no complaints, other than a blanket taken from a spare bed. Clearly it had chocolate stains on it and was rather apalled. Manager responded promptly with clean blankets. Also, trash cans seemed to not have plastic bags ever, kind of yucky.
Service was great. Breakfast was exceptional. Extra pillows asked for at desk had extremely fowl odor and had to be removed from room.

"Adequate but pricy"
This hotel is the best hotel in the area for the needs of my employees. I am a little diappointed with the cost of the room but because of the location it is definetly the best around. We never have an issue at check in or check out. The only negative is that the area is a bit sketchy but it keeps my people in their rooms instead of bar hopping. "Lost Power"
The power went out fo over 3 hours and no one bothered to say why or when it might come back on and the room became extremely hot extremely fast. Also empty beer cans/bottles that were left even though the room was clean and the beds were made.

Everything went smoothly, bathroom had clearly been revamped recently. Perfectly acceptable low-cost room.
Chose this hotel because it seemed the best one within proximity to Baltimore. Hotel and room were nice and clean. Check in was very easy. Room smelled like it was freshly sanitized (no cigarette smoke smell). Surrounding area was a truck-stop area. We got in late and decided to walk and eat at the truck-stop dinner which was a mistake - food was awful. […] Front desk can provide list of places to eat in the surrounding towns. QUICK CHECK-IN .WE HAD PREPAID SO THE CHECK- IN WAS QUICK AND THE FRONT DECK PERSONNEL WERE COURTEOUS.HAD A NON SMOKING KING ROOM.FOUND THE ROOM TO BE VERY CLEAN AND SPACIOUS.IT INCLUDED A MICROWAVE AND FRIDGE WHICH WAS CONVENIENT.I THOUGHT THE BED WAS A LITTLE FIRM BUT MY GIRLFRIEND SAID IT WAS COMFORTABLE TO HER.IT WAS VERY QUIET SO HAD NO TROUBLE […] SLEEPING.INCLUDED CONT. "Great Place to Stay"
This is a great hotel. Staff was helpful and the rooms were clean. Good location with alot of restauraunts and shopping close by. Only 15 minutes to the Inner Harbor and stadiums. I'd stay there again and recommend it to others travelling to Baltimore.
I believe that La Quinta is on the higher end of the two-star hotels. It's far more than some dive at the side of the road (or at the end of a windy path, in this case). Of course, you wouldn't expect the Ritz or the Astoria, but the place is clean, located in a good, nice and quiet area, and quite functional. The wireless internet access was ultimately […] the biggest selling point for me, and it did not disappoint. I had no trouble connecting, and the connection was rock-solid. The only complaint I would offer is that my room didn't come with a refrigerator, but I was able to keep the room at a decent enough temperature that my water bottles didn't need refrigeration. (My favorite surprise was a showerhead that managed to hit my 6'3" frame squarely in the chest without me having to squat down. Thank you, La Quinta, for catering towards the taller set.) Overall, this hotel may have been slightly pricier than comparable two-star hotels, but if you're willing to spend a little extra, the amenities are worth it. I am glad to go out of my way to stay at a La Quinta in the future, and I would encourage anyone who has the opportunity to do the same as well. Läs mer

The hotel was very clean & tidy. The bathrooms looked newly remodeled and were mold & mildrew free. The building itself was tucked away off the main road - very discreet. The mangement and staff were very friendly and professional. This hotel was exactly what I was hoping for and expecting, and was a good value for the money. Room was clean and comfortable. I only have two minor complaints: 1) There was no fridge or microwave in the hotel room; and 2)the door was not at all soundproof, which was only a problem because we were right next to the ice machine. Pretty good place for the convenience to DC and the price. Issues with the A/C unit leaking in the room, but we were beat and decided not to worry about it. Room had kind of a musty smell when we checked in, probably the A/C unit issue above.

"Great stay for the money"
I was looking for a relatively economic place to stay that was near to three different locations in Baltimore. It turns out that freeway access to this hotel is so good that I didn't have to worry about distance or time or even getting lost. The staff was exceptional - my arrival was 4 hours late because of plane trouble so I commented to the desk clerk […] that I would probably sleep through breakfast. Five minutes later (at 3 in the morning), he presented me with a "goody bag" stuffed with bagels, cream cheese, jelly and muffins to keep in my room refrigerator for a late breakfast. Wow! The room was quiet, comfortable and CLEAN! The bed was very comfortable - I slept well each night. Wireless internet was easy and fast to connect to. The refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker all actually worked! Breakfast, when I did get to it, was plentiful and good -- waffles, coffee, milk, cereal, juice, bagels, muffins and lots of fresh fruit. And, all of this at a resonable price. The hotel was almost perfect, especially for the price. It was simple to find, felt safe, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was so polite. BUT it was loud. The walls are pretty thin and I thought my window was open when loud music from a car in the parking lot was playing. This went on, off and on, until 2am.
