Perfekt i allt utom läget . Vi har rest runt i flera veckor och bott på många olika hotell. Detta var det mest prisvärda. Läget var bra i förhållande till närservice men saknade sjöutsikt och promenadavståndet till centrala Newport. Man kan inte få allt till det pris vi betalade. Ett enastående bra hotell med trevlig personal .

Trevlig personal och fint gammalt hus i bra skick speciellt badrummet. Inget frukost närmare än 5 minuters promenad.

"Convenient, clean and good value for money."
I booked the hotel for two nights (Friday and Saturday). Although the hotel guaranteed late arrival, by the time I arrived on Saturday morning, they had cancelled my reservation. "No value here"
Location was the reason I gave this facility a shot. The front desk staff was uneducated to which door would be closest to my room ( it was raining). Carpeting was worn and vein the hallways. Hotel needs a bit of a sprucing up. We stay there usuallyseveral times in the summer on our way to our vacation spot. The carpets need cleaning and some are tearing. The sheets were very old and had lots of piling. The front desk was very nice and friendly, however the women taking care of putting out the breakfast were very grumpy. "Won't stay at another Comfort Inn"
An overall musty smell in our room. Requested non-smoking, but smelled like someone smoked in it. The bed requested was a queen but felt and looked like a double. The pillows were extremely small and not very comfortable. We were not expecting much of a complimentary breakfast and it turned out just as we thought. "Much too noisy"
The hotel was on a main road in the middle of a shopping district. There was road noise and then there was a group of kids that were staying there running up and down the halls and yelling. I had booked this room months in advance with another party; we were placed at opposite ends of the hotel. Stayed at many Comfort Inns and by far this was the least pleasant. On a noisy road in a room next a TON of noisy kids . I was with another party and we were placed far apart from each other . Completely pleasant experience. The only suggestion I have for a superb experience might be to ask staff who are on the pool deck in the early a.m. to not shout back and forth to one another -- it was early (before 9 a.m.) and with my window open, it was loud and unnecessary talk. "a good night's sleep in a smoky non-smoking room"
We booked a non-smoking room, but our room smelled like an ashtray. Despite this, we got a much better night of sleep than we were expecting. Ultimately, that's all that matters. "Almost as good as being home"

Our stay was a single night needing two rooms. Danny, at the front desk, was more than accommodating when we requested our rooms be changed to adjoining. When we arrived in our room we quickly noticed the bed spread had 3 stains on it. Housekeeping gave us a clean replacement but we were disgusted by the dirty linens. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms clean. The breakfast was great....eggs and waffles, etc. We wanted a queen bed room. The rooms with queens are on the same floor as smoking rooms and you can smell smoke coming from that end of the hall. This is how a hotel ought to be run.
