Ett lyxigt hotell med en design som dock inte tilltalar just mig: avskalat och kalt. Sånt kan man ju ha överseende med. Det som var snålt var att internetuppkopplingen på rummet kostade pengar. Hotel Manin, är ett trevligt hotell, som ligger centralt till de mesta. Vi kunde gå till det mesta vi ville se. Spårvagn fanns i närheten samt bussar. Vi är nöjda med vår vistelse på Hotel Manin. Hotellet har toppenläge! Nära till allt och sightseeing busshållplats utanför dörren. Trevlig personal och mycket bra frukost! Återvänder gärna.

Jag skulle absolut kunna tänka mig att bo här igen. Med tanke på vad vi betalade fick vi ett bra hotell. Det enda som kanske kan anmärkas på är renligheten i rummen, men med heltäcknignsmattor känns det ju aldrig riktigt rent.

Vi var 6 tjejer som åkte till Milano för att shoppa, bara vara och se på fotboll. Hotellet låg ca 800m från Duomen som är Milanos mittpunkt och det var bara en mycket trevlig park mellan hotellet och shoppinggatorna. 400 m till tunnelbanan. Kan verkligen rekomendera uteserveringarna vid kanalerna. Det är dock långt att gå dit från hotellet men man kan […] åka både spårvagn, buss eller tunnelbana. Eller så tar man helt enkelt bara på sig ett par bra promenadskor och njuter av stadslivet när man går ner dit. Gå på fotboll och upplev stämningen är ett måste. Vi var där när Scudetton utdelades till Milan...helt magiskt. Det finns många barer och nattklubbar som är värda ett besök. Mycket trevligt hotell - bra frukost - härlig trädgård för frukost- och kvällsumgånge - mycket bra läge ..... kanonbra helt enkelt!!! ... tycker familj med "barn" i 20-årsåldern

Bra hotell för prisklassen, ligger fint vid en park, frukost god och riklig, gångavstånd till Duomo och fina shoppingstråk. Kan mkt väl tänka mig att bo där igen när jag besöker denna underbara stad.

Jag kan lätt rekommendera detta hotell till den resande som söker ett fint, fräscht, hemvänligt hotellbesök för det var det jag fick! Hotell personalen var väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma och dessutom så är hotellets läge perfekt, centralt med gångavstånd till både central station, shopping gator, sevärdigheter och resturanger.

There is nothing 4star with this hotel! They don't live up to anything on their website. The rooms were old, dusty and not cleaned on arrival, we changed room during our stay and looked at several, they were all alike. The staff was rude, nonchalant and unhelpful. The breakfast was poor, the ham smelled like it was old, there was non or little fruit. […] The juice was blended with to much water and the coffee must be the worst in Italy brewed in a can and on heating, not even the warm milk could help it to become a good cup of coffee. Even our children disliked the hotel and thinks that it is a crappy place. We will never return to this hotel again and hopefully you will not go there. Läs mer

Helt ok hotel med ok service. Rummen är fina. Ligger perfekt i Milano.

Allt bra förutom frukosten som var generellt dålig gällande mat och även till stora delar slut/inte påfyllt. För lite personal och för lite sittplatser.

Very nice hotel at a very good location. Everything within walking distance. Nice hotel, clean and good ambiance. Service was according to expectations. For a week-end in Milan its perfect!

Fantastiskt hotell med perfekt läge och närhet till Via Montenapoleone, Via Sant'Andrea och Via Della Spiga (gyllene triangeln). Fräsch och god frukostbuffé, med det mesta man kan önska. Trevlig personal, god mat i restaurangen och oklanderlig städning.

Hotellet har ovanligt nog för Milano en trevlig trädgård på innergården där man serverar frukost och har en bar under sommarhalvåret. Rummen är lite slitna och som på de flesta hotell i Italien så verkar de inte kunna ställa in kanalerna på TV:n. Städningen kunde vara bättre då vi hittade en tom vattenflaska bakom gardinerna.

Ett bra läge. Hotellet ligger mittemot ett jättefin park och shoppingsgata därefter. City centrum och centralstationen ligger i gångavstånd. Fint lobby, frukostbuffe av mkt. bra kvalite.

Perfekt läge nära centralstationen och sevärdheterna. Bredvid en stor fin park. Fin innergård. Bekvämt och trevlig på alla sätt och vis.

The hotel is only a short walk from the city centre and has a nice park just across the street. Metro only 5 minutes walk away. Ideal for a romantic weekend, if you just would do window-shopping or buy fashion! Breakfast with parma-ham and parmesan-cheese.

We were unable to find any english speaking channels on the TV

Hotel Manin is located just outside the old city gates in a nice area of town. It's a quick 2-3 minute walk to Shopping on Via Della Spiga and Via Manzioni, a 7 minute walk to La Scala, and a 10 minute walk to the Duomo. The Milan Cardona train station (with express trains to MXP) is a solid half hour walk from the hotel -- wouldn't recommend walking […] with bags -- but there are lots of taxis for the short ride. The value for the hotel was very good. The guests appeared to be split pretty evenly between business traveler and tourist. The lobby, restaurant and hallways were all newly renovated in a sleek style. My hotel room was nice, but still had dated 1990s decoration. Breakfast was standard European style with a good number of offerings. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Läs mer

Location very good , walking distance from shopping area and touristique attractions, also opposite a very beautiful park . The people are very friendly and helpful .

Very mixed feelings. We booked a junior suite which to be honest was very tired and very dissappointing. Worse than that was that the heating didn't work and we froze. We complained and ended up down-grading to a superior double and hotels.com did a great job to get us a refund. The Hotel manager when pushed was very helpful. We were shown another couple […] of the suites but they were just as bad!! The superior double was actually very good and clearly part of the Hotel has been renovaated and part of it hasn't. If you get one of the new rooms then this is a great hotel with a brilliaant location. If you don't then you will probably be very dissappointed! Läs mer

This is a good hotel if you enjoy walking as a way of exploring a city. The route into the city takes you past the fashion houses of Europe, La Scala and some friendly cafes to pause for a coffee. Our family of four, only spent one night here and it was perfect to walk to the Theatre and the Duomo as well as the main shopping strip. For the very reasonable price we paid it was excellent value, the staff were courteous and helpful and even booked us a lovely local restaurant for dinner. The family room was quite a decent size as european hotel […] rooms go! Breakfast too was quite decent with a hot and cold selection. It is a 35 to 40 minute taxi ride to Milpensa airport. Its a cozy and elegant hotel located next to a park and just set aside from the goings on in the city. There is a beautifully decorated lounge with friendly staff that is a great place to unwind and have a delicious drink/best cappuccino. It is a short walk to shopping and metro. I was very happy with my choice.

Great hotel, excellent location and wonderful, helpful staff, especially recommending great restaurants. Lovely garden breakfast area. Bar area opened for food but would have liked more in hotel restaurant options. The hotel restaurant seemed to be closed frequently. Would definately stay there again.

What a find. This is a warm and friendly family run hotel with all the elegance and exclusivity of a premium hotel chain. For Milan, this hotel was reasonably priced. Our room (#122) was better than average size for Europe, with a respectable amount of closet and drawer space for clothes. The room was very quiet, overlooking a park on a quiet street. The hotel was a little bit of a walk (maybe 15 minutes) to the main sights (the Duomo, La Scala and the Milan castle), but […] a quick cab ride to both Milan Centrale and Milan Nord train stations. There are both subways and buses, but we opted to hike it - which allowed us to check out some Renaissance and older churches not listed in our guidebook. The hotel's service was a little perfunctory, and our floor was dusty our entire three-day stay. On our last morning, the desk missed our wake-up call, which could have been a real problem since the room also had no alarm clock. The bathroom was good, allowing for the European half-guard on the shower. But very limited counter space, a common problem in European hotels. The buffet breakfast was good, with hot selections as well as cold (avoid the boiled bacon!). TV options in English were mostly news, especially business news, and some sports, especially soccer. The Italian channels show plenty of American movies and TV shows, but dubbed rather than subtitled, so you're on your own. Läs mer

We only stayed here one night after one full day of sight-seeing in Milan but we would definitely stay here again. The room was certainly clean, very comfortable, and was in a convenient location off of Milan's Metro system (which is very easy to use) but we were able to walk all around Milan from this hotel. We enjoyed drinks at the outdoor bar at […] night and even ate in the hotel restaurant which provided good service (although I would say the food is just ok). Old hotel in excellent location and good price. It was hard to locate it with our GPS and the parking in the dear by parking was 30 euros for 24 hours!

For those who are looking for a hotel 5 min walking to the Domum and with a good service, this is a good alternative! We found it quite nice and the location was amazing...outside the main center but just 5 min away...nice breakfast and nice view to the park! would go back for sure...

The airconditioner broke down during our stay. its sufocating and we asked the hotel person to check and his reply is ;'' Sorry, i am not a technition.'' For the price that we are paying , i suggest that you look for other hotels.

on arrival at the hotel manin we found the reception staff very friendly and helpful and check in was a breeze . the hotel was exceptionally clean the lifts were small but there were 2 of them. the room was a very good size and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good, and again the staff very friendly. the hotel is opposite a lovely park […] so nice to just stroll round and relax. its is also withing easy walking distance of the duomo, and all the sightseeing spots. also the big designer shops. we could not fault the hotel manin and would highly recommend it to anybody planning a visit to milan . We were only there for a couple of nights, but the sewage smell from the toilet got worse each day. It seemed to happen when you flushed the toilet. After our room had been cleaned, the smell was at its worst (since the cleaner probably did a lot of flushing) Other than that, the hotel was nice. It worked all well. Very kind and professional staff, good hotel location, good rooms conditions. Satisfactory breakfast and uncomplicated check-out. Totally to recomend.

This is a cosy hotel with a great garden in the back with a great atmosphere. The rooms are good and the neighborhood was quiet because of the nearby park. A good perk was that it was close to the yellow metro line so you could get to any of the sites covered by metro within minutes. Less than a kilometer from the Duomo and next to a park made this the perfect location. 2 stops from Centrali train station made it easy to get to as well and as a base of operation. Very comfortable, quite neighborhood across from park, easy walking distance to many attractions! This was a nice place!

We got a good deal on this hotel through hotels.com and it definitely lived up to its 4* status. The staff were incredibly helpful and spoke good english whilst humouring my poor italian. The rooms were large and very clean and the en suites were obviously newly refurbished. The balcony gave us more space and the air conditioning was a god send in the […] warm evenings. We stayed in the Golden Tulip in Konstanze Germany and it was a lot cleaner and updated than this one. furnishing and decor needs to be updated!! I was disappointed in what i had to pay for the quality! This should be considered a three star hotel. The dining was terrible! Breakfast was ok. Dinner was not !
