Väldigt trendigt och snyggt. Bra storlek på rummen och framförallt rent. Undvik deras frukost, dyrt och tråkigt.

This hotel is literally just across the road from the Baltimore Convention Center and great for anyone who's in Baltimore for a convention. And since it's also close to the inner harbor and the two Baltimore stadiums, it should also cover the needs of more leisurely minded travelers. The hotel has free wireless Internet, a free computer room with (free) printer and copy machine, so there's everything you need for your business trip. The restaurant/bar in the hotel serves a very decent and reasonably priced breakfast as well as dinner. There's also an outdoor pool and an OK fitness room. The room had a small fridge (clean) and a very efficient air-conditioner which could keep it cool even in the midst of summer. To sum up: A great hotel if you're in Baltimore for a convention.

Syftet med min vistelse på hotellet var uppsöka minnesmärken och museum kring The Mall i centrala Washington. Hotellet valdes i huvudsak på grund av pris och närhet till Metro. Rummet var ganska stort, rent och helt OK. Hotellet har fri internetanslutning över ett trådlöst nät som fungerade sporadiskt. TV-utbudet var begränsat med delvis snöig bild. Metrostationen (Silver Spring) är belägen ungefär 1 km norrut från hotellet och det tar en dryg kvart att gå. Hotellet har inga egna matställen med det finns några enkla frukostställen mycket nära och även några speciella restauranger. Ett mer normalt restaurangutbud finns till exempel direkt söder om Metron. Hotellet ligger i princip i ett lugnt stråk men området är under kraftig utbyggnad. Under min vistelse pågick rivningsarbete på andra sidan gatan, men de började inte så tidigt så det störde inte så mycket. För att komma till attraktionerna i centrum, tog jag Metrons röda linje till Fort Totten där jag bytte till blå eller gula linjen. Det tar en knapp halvtimme under veckodagarna. Hotellet kan rekommenderas.

Excellent! We only stayed for one day and moved to another hotel that is close to our scout son's camping site. But we wish we stayed. Much better for cheaper price.

Staff was very rude,tried to order some Danishes and cookies at there little snack area and they staff was talking on her Bluetooth laughing and carrying on. Very unprofessional. Then they claim to have ran out of rooms that I requested so they put me in a handicap accessible room. Definatly won't stay there ever again.

"Very close to the airport"
It served the purpose. It was cheaper than most other hotels closer to the city. Will stay there again if I come back. Breakfast was good. They let me check in a few hours earlier which helped me tremendously.

This hotel is convenient to the airport. A free shuttle is available 24/7 to take you where you need to go. Which is good, because there are no good restaurants within walking distance.

we were so disappointed in the bed quality, it really sucked. my hubby and i tossed and turned all night and almost left on our second night to go home and sleep in our own bed!! also we book this hotel because it had an indoor pool. however it was freezing!!! you know it is bad when the on duty lifeguard is sitting there is a heavy winter coat! seriously […] it is an indoor pool where is the heat!!!!!!!!!! not to mention the food for in room service was expensive!! Very nice hotel, we are a family of 6 and it was great!! The room was very clean and spacious. Very close to the inner harbor and close to local shopping malls. Continental breakfast was good, however we felt rushed when by the staff when the breakfast was supposed to be ending. 24 hour food and drinks service at the hotel was convenient but pricey. The hotel was dated from the moment you walked into the lobby. As you entered the hallways you could tell right away the same from the wallpaper and carpet. The elevator gave you the sense of a freight elevator. The room itself seemed nice when you walked in but the bathroom was dirty from wear and tear. The bed was comfortable but I could swear their […] were bed bugs. The service was professional and pleasant. Although the rate was very reasonable for a Hyatt I expect more for whatever price. Starting with the reception staff, everything about this stay was excellent. Room was large clean and comfortable, Hyatt Place lobby/dining/lounging area concept was very nice. In room 42" TV with a console for all manner of inputs (HDMI, VGA RCA etc..) is a nice touch to view your own media.

Rented 2 separate rooms and both were extremely humid. The sheets felt moist for the length of our stay. Air conditioners made the room cool but did nothing for the moisture. The AC units were also much louder than I am accustomed to.

The lobby is really nice and the hotel staff are very accommodating. I like that there's always some food and beverages available. The rooms are very roomy and have great amenities. I appreciate hotels that have fridges, a living room space, and free wifi which this hotel had. The bathroom was ok. The shower just seemed a little gross in my opinion. "OK for what it was"
The biggest plus to this hotel was its location - we used it as a stopping point along a longer trip. The indoor pool was great for the kids, but on week days it doesn't open until 5 p.m. (there is a lifeguard on duty, which is a nice perk). Breakfast was adequate - cold food free of charge (cereal, toast, yogurt, etc) and hot food (waffles, eggs, omelets, […] etc) for an extra charge. There are several other chain hotels in the same complex, along with a Ruby Tuesday restaurant and a Denny's, so the area seems safe enough. One of the two sinks in the room backed up with nasty smelling black gunk, and it tool repeated reports to the front desk to remedy the issue. I travel a lot. Convenience is one of the biggest factor in choosing a hotel and having said that, this hotel is 5 mins away from BWI! Secondly, the room was VERY NICE! It was well laid out, clean, bed was comfortable, nice 42 " TV and a work area for businessman like me. Bathroom tub and shower is a little outdated. Breakfast was so-so. This is also […] the cheapest hotel in the area, but the nicest so far. As a matter of fact, this hotel is way better than the $200/night hotel in DC metro area where we stayed for 2 nights. When we visit this area, we stay in this hotel only. I really enjoy the hotels spacious rooms and lounge area. This is a really nice hotel for the price. The location is excellent. I like where the hotel is located right off the highway. Look forward to our next visit.

Room was very clean and modern, including the bathroom. The "fitness center" wasn't great....4 or 5 cardio machines and one water cooler (no cups?) and no tvs does not make it a fitness center. Definitely could improve on that, Not that I'm a fan of Ruby Tuesdays, but it was nice to be able to walk (or stumble in my sister's case) a short distance to […] and from the restaurant. The hotel itself was nice and clean and the landscaping was beautiful. Our room that we were given at checkin did not have a bathroom door. After contacting the front lobby, they gave us another room down the hall. This room had no working lock on the door. Couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome. Nice setup in lobby for snacks and drinks. No muss ,no fuss in and out. Very nice room/suite at good price for the BWI hotel neighborhood.

Here's what's good: The rooms are extremely spacious and the beds are very, very comfortable. The team working the breakfast buffet works their tails off to keep everything stocked, which is no small feat. You can't beat the rate for the amount of space. "Poorly managed Hyatt"
Unpleasant front desk with a "couldn't care less" attitude. Checked in after the clerk finished her other duties, only to find that the room was not properly cleaned. The bed looked like the cleaning staff just pulled it tight and some hair in the bed was a bad sign. At that point I asked to have my money back from Hotels.com.
