We spend an horrible night in this hotel. A group has rented two or three rooms and made noise from 11pm to 4:30am. The door of the room let all sound goes through which is not good in case of noisy people. The security of the hotel intervene several times without any success. I think they should have called the police instead. In the morning, when […] we reported this fact to the front desk and said that we didn't sleep at all, they just say "we apologize" without any conviction. Stayed here to attend a concert downtown. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and location was great. Underground parking was a great asset and very convenient. Overall a great stay at a very affordable price!

Good location, just a minute from bus stop and three minutes from Metro station. Access directry to Tim Hortons from the hotel entrance, which is nice in cold winter. The room was spacious and clean, but room cleaner smells like perfume and I don't like it. They should use no-smell materials. Water bottle on the desk is not free. Free Wi-Fi is weak […] and my iPhone was often disconnected (I stayed on 8th floor#. The room temperature was a little too cold for me. Queen size bed is confortable with clean sheets. It is easy to find and reception staff are very friendly and helpful. There is parking available on a 'first come, first served' basis. There is no breakfast on site, except a Tim Horton's, but there are great little cafes up the street and around the corner. It is easy to walk to most places, especially McGill Uni and it is about halfway between the […] Mont Royal and downtown. There is no guest laundry in the hotel but we found one up the street. Our stay was comfortable and pleasant. We were ideally situated near McGill University, the downstown shopping area and pleasant browsing, shopping and restaurant areas of St. Denis and Mont Royal. There was some construction outside the hotel during our stay, but these sorts of things are inevitable from time to time. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to restraurents, cafes, shopping, metro, museums and even gas station. The staff was very friendly and very helpful in providing guidance on local restaurants and amenities.

It is a limited service hotel( no in house restaurant) but the service they offered was at a higher level, very nice and friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms with basic appliances and what is most important it is right in downtown Montreal close to everything !!! We really enjoyed our stay

The hotel is a good quality functional place to stay with no added facilities - just rooms only. There is a Tim Hortons next door which is a good source for breakfast/snacks etc. It is in a good location only a few minutes walk from the Metro.

I just didn't like when we got there to check in there was so much procedures unlike when I booked a room in the Delta 2 months ago, they just gave us a key and that's it. The first thing we noticed when we got into the room was the funky smell but overall it was an okay stay.

The staff were pretty friendly and helpful, but the room was twice not cleaned and also had problems with the card keys, always need to bring to the desk to reprogram.

This is the perfect location if you want to take the metro or walk to the variou 'quartiers' of Montreal The hotel is close to the Quatier des Spectacles, Quatier Latin, Rue Ste. Catherine and even the Old Port/Old Montreal. Lots of restaurants nearby, including some for breakfast and there is even a Provigo across the street so you can take food back […] to your room as needed. Just be sure to book a room with a fridge as one is not found in every room. We upgraded to the King mini-Suite with fridge and it was well worth the extra $10 per night. The location was great, we were a quick walk from St. Catherine St., Place des Arts and close enough to walk to Old Montreal. Great for runners an cyclists - we were a few minutes walk to Parc du Mont Royal with tons of wonderfully maintained wooded trails. The staff were helpful and courteous, the price was very affordable and there was free wifi. […] I would definitely stay there again. It was a nice hotel located near almost anything you could want in montreal (money exchange, food, etc). The staff was nice and explained everything when we checked in but once that was over they acted like they didnt have enough time to answer any questions or anything later on during my stay. Was cheaper than most hotels in the Montreal area and combined with the generally positive reviews, that's why I picked it. I made the right choice. The main drawback was that it smelled a little funky. But once the AC is on, it's not a big deal.

The Blankets used are old and the Construction on the third floor drove us Nuts. No break fast provided like other hotels, the furnishing esp. in the Hallway is brushed old. Water has to free why #3.50 for a small bottle.?We had to change the room from second to sixth floor as we where told its on $5 switch later charged 11 times the initial price. […] we 're told. I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is nice, cleans, and the front desk folks were nice. The location is stellar. It's very close to the Place de arts metro station - literally a block, tons of restaurants, cafes, Saint Laurent is a few blocks over, Sherbrooke is right there, museums close by. I found this hotel to be within standards in terms of cleanliness, staff service and decor. This isn't a beautiful place where you want to spend a great deal of time. It's serviceable for people who are planning to use it mostly for sleeping. The great plus of this hotel is location. You get great bus service nearby, the subway a few blocks away, a […] supermarket right in front, a number of restaurants (Greek, Chinese, Japanese were a few of the ones I got a glimpse of), and Tim Hurtons right in the premises. Since I heard that regular suites were small, I was able to get a business suite for only a few bucks difference and it was worth it. Hardly noisy. thank you to all the staff at the hotel for my recent week stay with my family was exellant the staff was so helpfull and friendly.the room was very clean and tidy very warm. the hotel was very close to the metro and everything else was on the your door step i was very surprised how nice the hotel and staff was as some of the reviews was not very good […] all i can say is they must be very hard to please or they was staying at a differant hotel.i will not forget are stay at the quality hotel and if i come back to montreal i would not think twice about staying here again. i dont normaly leave reviwes but i felt i had to after reading some of the feedback left by other people.thanks again for a lovely stay from me and my family.
