Mycket nöjd. Snygg inredning och rent. Inga vägglöss :-) Väldigt bra och trevligt läge nära tunnelbanestationer och någon minuts promenad till central park. Mycket sköna sängar och kuddar. Personalen var mycket glad och hjälpsam och gav oss gärna tips och information om stan vid fråga. Vi förstod oss först inte på varmvattnet, men det visade sig att det måste saknas cirkulation i ledningarna så vi fick spola ett tag - sedan kom värmen.

Trevlig personal och en trivsam lobby. Läget intill SoHo perfekt. Bekväma rum och fin städning. Underbar NY-känsla direkt utanför hotellet. trevligt med anslutande bar i samma byggnad. Skulle gärna återvända till detta hotell.

Detta var vår andra vistelse på detta hotell. Till en början letade vi annat hotell, men inget levde upp till våra förväntningar. Det var, återigen, ett lätt och rätt val att bo på Doubletree. Rummen är mycket rymliga för en familj på 4, sköna sängar, helt och rent och framför allt väldigt centralt. "Otroligt centralt"
Vår vistelse i New York på sex dagar blev väldigt lyckad och hotellet ligger helt perfekt med närhet till det mesta. Mycket liv på gatorna runt omkring men tyst och skönt på rummet. Nöjd kund
"DoubleTree Suites by Hilton New York City - Times"
Vi upplevde rummet som mindre än vad bilderna visade på websidan. Att passera genom recetionen var otrevlig på grund av stark doft av någon form av parfym, gick inte att vistas där. Rummet var ej i ordning gjort för 5 personer som vi bokat det för. Bäddsoffan var väldigt obekväm, fick ringa efter extra madrass. Mycke bra läge på hotellet.

Vilket toppenhotell! Bästa läget du kan få! Två rejäla rum. Mikro, kylskåp, minibar, stort badrum, 2 stora platt-TV, och vilken utsikt! Kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotell!

Lite stel personal framför allt i incheckningen men stort och mycket bra rum. Se upp för minibaren, bara man petade på något så fakturerades det. Läget är utmärkt, nära till allt. Bra frukost men inte gratis precis . Saknade fitnessrum och pool men gångavständ till Central Park.

Nära till mycket, t.ex. 10 min promenad till Central Park, 5:e Avenyn, Rockefeller Center Macy´s m.m. Sightseenbussarna (finns 2 olika bolag) stannar precis utanför dörren. Biljettförsäljning till Broadway ligger också utanför dörren. Stadens ljud stör inte på rummet. Frukosten är utmärkt!! Färskpressad juice, färsk frukt, yogurt, olika bröd, kock som […] gör våfflor, omelett, stekta ägg eller vad du önskar. Bacon, kaffe eller the. Man blir mätt långt in på dagen. "Centralt"
Vi, tre barn och två vuxna, är mycket nöjda med de två dygn vi bodde på Double Tree Suites. Rummen, ett sovrum med två sängar samt ett TV-rum med bäddsoffa på våning 11, utefter 47th gav inte någon utsikt men samtidigt var vi inte störda av Time Square.
"Kanonläge!"
Det kan knappt bli bättre. Bästa läget, mitt i smeten. Rymlig svit, rent och fint. Inga problem med störande ljud från trafiken utanför. All service man rimligen kan förvänta sig.. Ett tips när ni vill ha något att äta - promenera till 9th Avenue, där finns det bra restauranger med rimliga priser.

Mitt på Time Squere och nära till allt med väldigt serviceinriktad personal. Bra resturanger inom gångavstånd västerut ( 8:e och 9:e Ave). Vi var 5 stycken i ett rum (Suit) och det fungerade utmärkt. Tyst på rummen trots läget med mycket trafik.

"Suverän service och läge- mitt på Times square"
Påsklovet med min söner blev en fröjd. Mycket trevlig personal, suverän service såväl mottagandet i entrén, receptionen, matsalen. Frukosten var väl värd priset. Vi bokade inklusive frukost. Continental frukost från en varm och kall buffé samt kock som fixade pannkakor eller omelett strax under 30 USD för vuxen och ca halva priset för barn under 12 […] år. Hotellets läge kunde inte vara bättre om man vill bo centralt. Förvånansvärt tyst. Vi bodde på 42:e av 43 våningar. Det enda jag ha att klaga på var kanske komforten på bäddsoffan. Vi beställde en King size suite, dvs två rum varav en King Size bädd och en bäddsoffa. För er som gillar TV finns en TV i båda rummen, flatscreen ca 42tums. Rekommenderar gärna hotellet! Läs mer

Perfekt läge. Mitt i centrala New York. Hotellet rent och snyggt. Frukosten otrolig, fanns det mesta. Servicen över förväntan. Vi kommer att återkomma.
Kanonläge mitt på Times Square. Fint rum med sovrum och vardagsrum. Kylskåp och micro i vardagsrummet perfekt om man vill äta frukost på rummet. Väldigt tyst på natten man hörde inte trafiken. Bästa hotellet vi bott på i New York.

Hotellet ligger mitt i pulsen av NYC. Vi var tre vuxna och bodde i en svit på 41:a vån av 43 med en häftig utsikt över Times Square. Bra ljudisolering, vi hörde inget av bruset utanför. Mycket rymlig svit, bekväma stora sängar och mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Vi är mycket nöjda och återvänder gärna.

We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed for a week and were glad to find a hotel right in the heart of Times Square. The service was definitely top notch! The front desk was courteous and the concierge was very helpful, recommending great shows and restaurants. Our room was nice. It could've been a little larger. But the bathroom was a good size and the […] size of the TV's and the fact that they played HD was a bonus. Also, the bed was quite comfortable. "Great Times Square location"
Stay was great. Only complaint is with restaurant on 5th floor, Gingers. It was insulting to pay approx $10 for pancakes and get three tiny pancakes smaller than a CD disk. Ridiculous!

Great hotel, very clean and the rooms have all of the little things. Fridge, microwave, extra room (suite) with seperate entrances to the bath. Thermostat worked well. Showerhead had strong pressure and great range, something you overlook until you have a shower with no range. Ample counter space in bathroom and wetbar area. everything was great except the persons at the tourist information boost. The first time we waited 5-10 minutes to have someone show up. Twice my questions couldn't be answered and the person didn't propose to find out.

I took my kids to NYC for the first time (for them)....ages 3, 4 and 7....they LOVED this hotel....our room was HUGE for a NYC hotel room (or most hotel rooms for that matter)....our room faced the M&M store which was a plus....the chocolate chip cookies at check in were a huge hit too! The beds were very clean and comfortable....the fold out sofa bed […] was great for the kids...they thought it was fantastic that they had their own TV in the living room! Lots of families in this hotel....GREAT location...caught the sight seeing bus right across the street....a block away from Toys R Us...wish we could have stayed longer! 5 stars....we WILL be back! My recent stay at this hotel was EXCELLENT! I arrived early and they had no rooms because they were sold out the night before but not only did they get me into a room with in an hour, but they also gave me a very nice room with an amazing view.

Hotel stuff was very attentive, except for the moody lady right when we checked in, she snapped at me about having to see an ID before i even finished the sentence. Everyone else was welcoming. In the middle of Times Square in the middle of everything. The room was quite comfortable for 5 adults. The only drawback was the bathroom, while it had double sinks, they were not separate from the toilet and tub so it was hard to get everyone ready on time. The location is prfect if you want to do lots of sightseeing. However, is located in extremely crowded place and next door is a transvestite show. The interior has not changed since late seventies and looks like a cheap brothel (my son's words), especially on 5th floor where restaurant is located. Pretty dirty hallways on floors. this was our first visit with our son and wanted it to be a wonderful experience for him. The staff (especially Michael) when we checked in was otu of this world. made us feel like we were the only people there despite being full. We wanted to extend our reservations but were unable. They did all they could to assist. Had to call maintenance for a minor […] issue and they were up to our room within three or four minutes. I was shocked. At other hotels I would still be waiting. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We took subway to WTC and other sites, Broadway shows were within walking.
