Hotell Homewood Suites - Savannah

we stayed at the homewood suites for our vacation to savannah. it was a great hotel and value. the room was very spacious (a king suite with fully furnished kitchen) very clean. the front desk couldn't have been more helpful..all of the staff was pleasant. it came with a hot breakfast -waffles,eggs bacon etc as well as fruit,toast, cereal. it is about […] 4 or 5 miles from downtown savannah, but it was a breeze. we never hit traffic and never had trouble finding parking. it was on a main road that had many shops and restaurants-very convenient. i would definitely stay here again. Was a very nice hotel. Had a room with a fireplace. It was great. We would stay again. Breakfast bar was very good too.

We had a wonderful stay at Homewood Suites. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and clean, would recommend to anyone wanting a great place to stay.

The customer service of the staff was great. Back in the day I can tell this hotel was awesome, but it is now showing signs of aging. There were cracks in the tub and, a crack in the window was sealed with clear caulk. Since my room contained a kichenette, the smell of the sitting room still contained smells from previous years of cooking.

Overall the room was great; unfortunately we had an incident and broke the shampoo dispenser (they have installed new dispensers unlike the other hotels that have bar soaps and shampoo bottles); the staff acted quickly to fix the dispenser. We appreciate the extra gestures the hotel took to reward its Hilton members (chocolates, free water, etc.) The […] only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. It's from 6:30 to 9:30 but when we got there at 8:30, almost everything had run out. Bread and other items were out, and since we're vegetarians, we could not eat the hot items. Great location and rates. Nice rooms for a family with a very friendly staff. Every staff member was very helpful and greeted you with a smile. We would definitely stay here again.

We couldn't have been more pleased with our accomodations at Homewood Suites. The staff were very friendly and were eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Nice stay except for group of people in gazebo at midnight yelling for some reason. We were on 3rd floor facing them. They were loud.

My first time staying in Savannah, I chose this hotel due to the kitchenette. I was a little hard to get to, but once there, the staff was the most friendly and courteous I have ever encountered! Excellent place to stay. Close to downtown, easy access. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was great - eggs, bacon, waffles as well as cold cereals. We forgot something in the room and they sent it to us! only negative was traffic noise, but the air conditioner drowned that out most of the time, so it didn't disturb my sleep. […] Would definitely stay here again as well as try other Homestead suites. Overall an excellant stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only drawback was the one bathroom for the bedroom and the kids sleeping on the sofa. Did not really cause a problem.

Homewood suites is just that...home. My kids and I stayed in a King Suite where we could park right in front of our door. The room was steps from the pool and Lobby. very good maid service/desk staff

Staff was very nice and helpful. Close to downtown, but quiet. Best bang for your buck.

Everything was great, though the AC did not really work well. Maintenance came to fix it, but it never worked properly. Beside for that, a great place. Worth spending a few extra $ to stay here (though it was comparatively priced compared to the Hampton Inn down the street).

I felt like I was at home..nice rooms with all the things I like. Loved it

Main building has nice rooms, outside entry building seems older but still OK. Breakfast is just OK (as most hotel breakfasts).

We stayed at this hotel previously and enjoyed our time there so we booked here again and had the same results. The staff members are very friendly and took time to answer questions and complete any requests we had.
