My first bad impression was the $10 charge for WiFi, in this day and age this is unacceptable, especially after paying $140 per night room, even fast food establishments have Free WiFi. The other was the lack of towels we were 3 adults 1 teen 1 child and there was only 3 towels, the staff was VERY nice and serviceable (The best thing about the Hotel). […] The bathroom lacked maintenance shower head bad, bathroom door was broken at the bottom, handicap tub rail was broken. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, I was incredibly pleased with the hotel. Friendly staff, beautiful hotel, great breakfast, and convenient parking. Waking up each morning to the massive koi pond in the atrium was fabulous.

Spent a Saturday night and Sunday afternoon in BR for a wedding and also took wife and 2 kids to baseball game. Clean and comfortable rooms, especially like the private bedroom for couples. Good service and very nice breakfast included. Would probably stay here any chance we get.

The only issue we had was the late check in...rooms were not ready at almost 6:00. Other than that, the stay was really nice. The cocktail time each evening was great.

Rooms are starting to look a little rough. Overall nice stay. Managers reception, breakfast and indoor pool were awesome!

Embassy Suites is an aging property with average service and maintence of the facilities. Location is its main strength and the rooms are well laid out.

I took my 8 year old daughter and two of her friends for a weekend to celebrate her birthday...they had a blast! The staff was wonderful and the girls loved the indoor pool! As for me, I loved the free cooked-to-order breakfast...they even made the girls Mickey Mouse shaped pancakes! We will definately be returning to this hotel!

The hotel is super nice and the heated pool was awesome. The golf area is about the size of a flower bed and wasn't worth listing or even having but everything else was great. The free breakfast is the best part! The free drinks in the bar were an added bonus for sure! I loved all the real plants and the koi fish!

The vent in the bathroom was COMPLETELY clogged up with dust. No air was getting through it.

The hotel rooms were spacious enough, and our family enjoyed the fact the bedroom had a separate door, allowing the kids to crash in that room while adults/older kids stayed up in the living room. The hide-a-bed was a monstrosity, as it was so uncomfortable no one could sleep on it without a sore back the next day. Unfortunately, our room was non-refundable, […] or we might have looked elsewhere for accommodations. One night, we were desperate for some food and ordered room service, specifically a cheese pizza. Our intelligence was insulted when the pizza arrived burnt on the top and edges (literally black), while the dough underneath was still wet/uncooked, and we were charged nearly 4 times what you might pay for a delivered (and better) product. All activities that weekend were great. Would have like to have had a special area for our group activities to be reserved for socializing. A TV room for the group will be nice. I will be returning for a stay again.

Needed a place to stay for my family of 5 returning to Dallas from Destin, FL. The atrium style hotel with fish in the lobby pond is inviting. The automatic folding front doors do not prevent cold air from entering the hotel making the lobby cold. The hotel is nice enough. We like staying here because it is a suite with two rooms separated by a door. Some suites at other hotels aren't really suites (studio suite or suite with fake half wall). This defeats the purpose of having a suite for us. We like to put our infant in his crib in the sitting room at night and close the door, so he isn't disturbed […] by us. The shower water pressure was awful. I think they may have some sort of low flow nozzles on them. You can barely wash the shampoo out of your hair. The last time I stayed at this hotel I had the same problem, so I don't think it's just a fluke. The decor could use updating, but it was comfortable. The mini fridge and microwave were plusses! It was a nice looking hotel and give you a lot of room space but I did smell some odors in the bathroom, and they only offered soft pillows that flattens out. For the price I would stay at the hotel next to it and save some money I stayed there a week before and it was beautiful clean and cheaper.

sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Our bill got messed up and it took days and 2 calls to get it straightened out.

Wonderful front desk along with superb ambience. Great value for the price. Very minor updating to the room ( new microwave, refrigerator , cabinet @ sink in bedroom } and this hotel would be top tier. Will stay again and this experience will make me an Embassy Suites client here and in other locations in the future.

We loved it. We were there for a football game (we were the visitors from WAY out of town). Booked it online, based on price and location, and because I love Embassy Suites. We weren't disappointed. Everything was just great. Front desk staff was awesome, shuttle driver also. All in all, highly recommended.

Everything was great. My only complaints are: Continental Breakfast wasn't the greatest tasting food and the Concierge gave me wrong information twice.

I like the very calm and relaxing atmosphere. A very elegant place to stay. The only complaints I have is that it's $10 for 24 hrs of internet ( I'm use to free wifi), dried up coffee on the counter top, and hairs in one of the towels. Other than that, this place is beautiful.
