Infon stämmer ej, skulle vara bäddsoffa på rummet. Bokade detta, för att det skulle få plats med 5 personer. Kom med rollaway bed snabbt när vi väl påpekat att det saknades bäddsoffa. Rent och fint och ganska nytt hotell. Ovanligt med biljetter till frukosten, men frukosten var dock en av de bästa under vår 14dagarstur i Usa

Helt ok hotell det stod att det var fri frukost vilket visade sig bara gällde 2 vuxna och barn under 10 år. Så det blev att betala extra för 2 vilket inte framkom förrän vi kom ner till frukost. Andra dagen blev det Diners istället vilket kostade samma för hela familjen som för två extra på Hotellet. Annars var det ett helt ok hotell

Hotelet var bra absolut inget att klaga på. Det enda som kanske störde lite var plinget i Hotel hissen som plingade i tid och otid. Men det är en bagatell, där var litet frukostsrum men frukosten var bra för att vara i USA.

"Nice overnight stay"

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at the Comfort Inn Riverfront in May 2013. As the name implies, the hotel is located on the bank of a river (the Susquehanna River), which provides for a nice view of the river and the many bridges crossing the river. Unfortunately, we had a room overlooking the hotel's front parking lot. The hotel is a short […] distance from the city center, but is walkable if the weather cooperates. Our hotel appeared clean and the staff was friendly and offered restaurant suggestions (though we did not take them up on the offer as we had a previous commitment). The hotel offers guest WiFi, free continental breakfast and has a small fitness center for guests. Our hotel room was of a decent size and had a flat panel television. The bed was relatively stiff and had very small pillows. We also think the room smelled of mold, but are not 100% sure of this. "No Sleep 'Til 2 AM"
Honestly, the hotel itself was good and the price was about right. But starting at around 10:30PM I felt like I was on a frat party cruise ship. The hallway was filled with non stop yelling and laughing. More than once someone slammed against my door. It was clear that there were several people drinking and carrying on between rooms. "Nice, convenient hotel"
The only problem we had was the mattress was too hard, but that is just personal preference. Despite facing the freeway, our room was still quiet and we did not hear traffic noise. The breakfast that was included had a nice selection of food. The river with the river walk was right behind the hotel. An added bonus if the weather is nice. "Perfect Stay"
I was taking my 93 year old mom to a concert at the Whitaker Center. I found the Comfort Inn online that morning. It was perfect. The staff was so wonderful. "hospital trip"

"Good Location--good amenities."
Centrally located with nice amenities, especially the breakfast that included a very good variety of food. Having free WiFi and a fridge and microwave was good. Room had worn and torn carpet and was very dusty including all around the carpet baseboards. The bed was comfortable and the room was "refreshed" daily. "nice price/nice hotel"
It was a decent place to stay. I only have a small problem with the type of pillows in the guest rooms. They put 4-5 small "square" pillows on the King size bed whereas I prefer the longer "rectangle" shape pillows. I needed an inexpensive hotel close to the Capitol building in Harrisburg, and this hotel is about a 20-minute walk from it. It's very good hotel. I like the river view and the riverside park. If you are looking for the hotel that you can do exercise in the morning, this hotel is the right place. "Decent hotel. Not too good not too bad!"

"River view is very relaxing"
The rooms were clean and comfortable, in Shypoke (not sure of spelling) ,a charming historic neighborhood on the edge of downtown. The pool is not too clean because of traffic dust and bugs from the river, but the view is just great. You can sit and read and watch the train spotters on Saturday morning. The trains stop and mug for the photographers […] as they pass by. The great flood levels are marked on the bridge. Unusual and fine shopping and restaurants very close by, Strawberry Square, The Plum, etc. Fabulous taverns. This place needs new wallpaper and carpets. Numerous dings in the walls in public areas, and the carpets are stained. Did this place get flooded during Hurricane Irene? Some of the hotel appears to have been upgraded, but not all. Our room was ok, but not great. Had to ask for a new bedspread on one of the beds as it was filthy and stained. "Strategic, good location, but..."
My travels took me to Harrisburg, and being in close proximity to downtown Harrisburg is very good. However, the hotel is older and although the amenities are fair, the bed was a little slouchy, pillows were flat, the floor of the bathtub had a film that made it slippery. And though it's not the fault of the hotel, there is a car audio installation […] shop directly across the street that "tested" the speakers past 10:30pm, so unless you're a fan of deep bass and are a very late sleeper, I'd recommend a different locale. "Thumbs down on cleanliness"
Room was filthy. When we asked them to please clean it up while we went to dinner, they said they'd send someone up. We returned from dinner expecting a cleaner room. "Pleasant stay, but beware of grumpy breakfast lady"
Staff manning the breakfast area were rude. One woman in particular kept telling guests what they were doing wrong (waffle area). She was the only rude one. Other staff were pleasant. The air condition did not work we were told maintenance would come to fix it which they never showed up. Also there was a black hairball in the bath tub and the toilet would not flush properly and the internet would disconnect every few seconds.
