The Ramada Inn was what I expected it to be for a 2 star hotel. The service was good, staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean and I felt safe and comfortable in it. Stayed here for a weekend just needing a place to sleep and shower but we received more than that. Smooth service, clean rooms with mini fridge, microwave and good housekeeping. Complementary breakfast was better than other hotel I have paid more for.

We went out there for the BottleRock Napa event and stayed in this hotel as it was the closest to the venue available. We arrived late and were checked in by a wonderfully friendly front desk. They went above and beyond to accommodate our picky requests and we were so grateful they did! They set the tone for the entire weekend. Our room was decent for […] the price, we had clean towels/sheets and everything worked. The next day we had fresh waffles, yogurt, and hot coffee at the complementary breakfast; and the staff, again - polite and accommodating. The room and lobby smelled terrible, the AC broke and it got so stuffy that we had to open the door in the middle of the night, toilet broke, sink was clogged, the towels that were hanging up were obviously dirty (not stained but dirty, gross) requested extra towels and was told to wait for house keeping to come around. Left the card on the bed requesting […] fresh sheets and not only did they not put on fresh sheets, they didn't even make the bed. I am used to staying in cheap hotels and this was ridiculously bad. This was about my tenth stay so I knew what to expect.....a cheap and no frills motel. Lobby is in poor condition. Rooms are average. Breakfast is better than average (because of the waffle maker). Got there to check in and was told I would have to put up 100.00 dollar deposit to check in. If I didn't have it I couldn't check in even though my room was already paid for. No shower curtain, A/C did not work, no bulbs in two lamps. Never stay there again

Nothing fancy, but good for the night. Price was right. We checked in late after a day at six flags. Lots of places to eat nearby the hotel. We checked out early and went back to the park. It worked.

The price was so-so for the area. The employees were very friendly. Bed was a little firm for my liking. Hot Tub was only luke warm. Room was clean, but smelled musty. We were looking for a budget hotel to stay at for spring break and wanted to be local to San Francisco. This hotel was just about 25 miles east of San Fran which made it a nice little commute into town. Non-Refundable Pet Deposit of $50 WAS NEVER MENTIONED by Hotels.com. Refundable $100 Damage Deposit was never mentioned by Hotels.com... The Tons of trash and dead cars in the parking lot made it look like a dump site. The non-working volume control for the TV remote was disappointing and the 12 hour closure of the hot tub made this stay worth far less […] than a local cheaper hotel. The only reason why we stayed there in the first place is because the comfort inn was booked solid. It was very noisy. We could hear our neighbors through the walls all night. The stairs that lead to our room were chiped or broken completly off. The bed was HORRIBLE!! It was lopsided and bumpy. The worst thing about it was, it was $20 more than the […] comfort inn and it was no where near as nice. Oh and they charge your card an extra $100 when you check in. hotel says will give downstairs room, hardly ever does. condition of rooms and grounds continues to go downhill slightly. Our TV reception was awful, reported it on day 2, nothing was done during 4 day stay. over all acceptable hotel for the dog show, convenient and breakfast is a plus.

There is a $100 deposit required. This should NOT be a surprise as the room is already paid for via Hotels.com. This information should be available to everyone BEFORE they book a room at this hotel. The hotel was old but clean and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. However, due to maintenance issues we will not be staying again. The one […] bed was broken and a non smoking room had burns in the comforter. The heater was difficult to work but we finally got it working with help from the staff. They would have moved our room but we had already unpacked and some of our party were in the pool before we found out about the problems. I'm not sure moving would necessarily have helped. The only big issue was shortage of towels throughout our stay. Needed to go to the office for another set. Very dark parking lot, someone tampered our License plate sticker. Otherwise, the place is pretty quite & clean.

Except for the dedication/attitude of the manager (Earnest), I found this Ramada to be one of the worst I have ever spent a night in. Room and linens were old/dirty. Unable to monitor room temp properly. Routine security issues on daily/weekly basis. Never, never, never again.

Bed was too hard and pillows were old, to soft and too few to sleep with any comfort. Shower varied back and forth from scalding to cold after temp was set and started showering. Room for two only had one shower and hand towels and one wash cloth. Staff was friendly except for continental breakfast and don't forget your ticket to access that.

From the outside the hotel looks decent but the facility is older and in need of updating. The lighting in the sink area was horrible- I could hardly see to dry my hair. The water temp in the shower kept changing and the tub backed up water. Tub also had permanent staining from age. The paint on the bottom of the walls needed repair. The hotel was located in a noisy and busy neighborhood with many people coming and going, especially to the bars and restaurants. The particular annoyance that I experienced was the required $100 Security Deposit, that was not automatically credited to your card upon departure. Instead, the charge stays on the card for 3-5 business days. This indicates […] the hotel has had problems with theft and vandalism. I have never been charged a security deposit for a hotel room. Never. Also, tickets were reguired for breakfast, and had to be given to an attendant before serving yourself. This also indicates problems with non-guests helping themselves. This is creepy. Also there was an abandoned, very trashed, vehicle with 4 flat tires just outside of our room. It has obviously been there quite a while, covered in dirt and cobwebs. The "surveillance" at this hotel consists of local tweakers parking in the hotel parking lot and looking through your vehicle and personal items. Dissatisfied is more fitting than disappointed. I do not generally right reviews, but I was motivated to say something after this stay. The lobby was something out of a roadside motel in the middle of a desert. Not to mention the grounds were less than desirable and plenty of potholes in the parking lot. After arriving to our room, I noticed a musty […] aroma. The sheets appeared to be clean but were far from made up. Appeared a 6 year old made up the bed. The ac unit made intresting noises when starting up through the night. Bathroom appeared to have rust everywhere. Toilet and sink drained slowly and the hot water fluctuations were bothersome. The staff was nice and I had no problems with them. Breakfest was hummm, lets just say I would have enjoyed mcdonalds better. Only thing hot was waffles. Everything else was cold.
