Needed a place for overnight to get to parks. Easy check in nice room. Only complaint is that they still are holding security deposit on credit card 3 days later and price keeps changing. Room was paid in full , authorization should be removed within 24 hours. Use hotels .com alot never had this issue

Overal good hotel, convieniently located to all Orlando area attractions. Meager breakfast but not much expected w/ such a great rate. Room and bathroom were clean. Nice TV.

My sheets were stained yellow at the bottom under the blanket. It really made me sick

Very bad Hotel, I would not recommend it to anyone. It had fleas, so we couldn't sleep. Also, the continental breakfast that they offer is nothing but one kind of cereal and pancakes, they didn't even have regular sugar for the coffee.

This place should be shut down! I took pictures of the filthy place and am sending to Choice Hotels Corp. offices. There are too many things to list so I'll just start with the feces soaked carpet and it went down hill from there. Wouldn't change our room, doubt the others were any better. DO NOT STAY HERE! An inexpensive motel should mean out dated […] bedspreads, not filth, fire hazards, having to climb over rusted out old washing machines and air conditioners to get to your room. As the review title says, I would never stay here again. While I was asleep, someone tried to come into my room. Then around 5:45-6:00 in the morning, I received a call from the front desk asking who I was and what I was doing there. Had I not had the "chain bar" over the door, that stranger would have been in my room. This stranger was apparently sent […] to my room by the front desk. Totally unacceptable. They claimed that my room was never booked out correctly, but I believe that it was just someway to avoid a bigger situation. Läs mer

After finding hotel and standing in line to find out our room was a storage room had to go back to desk aand wait in line again to get another room. New room had big glob of gum on wall, the paint was peeling off the door and the corners along tub on the floor were disgusting. For breakfast no milk or orange juice so went to ice machine to get ice waited […] 15 min for someone to come and fix it with another guest. Maintenance man takes bare hand no glove nothing reaches in the machine and stirs up the ice to make it come out I could have done that did not want to put my barehand in there for others to use I guess in hindsight I would have been better off! Terrible , I when there with my husband and two children, no microwave, no freezer , nothing at all, had to pay $5 for the microwave and also $10 for a crib, so besides what I had already paid,have spend $15 dollars more every night. I will never ever go there again.

The pass guests trash are still in the room when we arrived, we've a party of 4 but only have 2 sets of towels and 1 blanket ant that blanket not even on the bed in the med. of the winter. The bathtub was filthy. The worst part was 1/2 of the room was soak and wet, and because of that the room smelling like urine, we can't not sleep very well at all, […] after long exhausted day at Disney. At this point is was 1:30 AM, we all too tired to complaint to them, not until next morning. It's was so disappointed. we'll never go back to this Hotel again !!! Läs mer

1. Air conditioner did not work 1st night. Repairman came to room and said that there was nothing that could be done until next day. As a result, we had to sleep with door open 1st night to stay cool! 2. 2nd day we changed rooms and air conditioner was not working right in that room either. A mixed reaction. Nice area. Quiet location. Liner for the ice bucket and body lotion as well as shampoo and conditioner. But no table or chairs where the indentations are left. No dresser. So the only place to put my bag was on top of the 5 ft TV stand. They forgot to issue me a remote so pushed buttons on the TV. I was drawn to this listing due to price. GPS brought me through a residential area and wasn't sure of where I was going to end up. Outside of motel is not impressive, but the room was very clean, bed comfortable, good A/C and carpet and bath in great shape. They tried to charge me extra fees even after I paid on the website.. The pool was ALWAYS closed. There wasn't much for breakfast, the room was okay but wasn't in that great of condition. The closeness was great though

After reading the other reviews we still stayed at this hotel - Although it was not on the main road it was convenient and being familiar with the shortcut roads very centrally located to the surrounding attractions, etc. Carpet could be replaced but otherwise not as dated as previously reviewed. A very inexpensive place to stay. If you are not fussy about your matteress, it's fine. I was surprised to find out only one cab company can go to Disney. A guy from the hotel gave us a ride, but it cost $50 for a 20 min.ride!

Just like others who have stayed here previously said, this hotel is not clean. I would say for the price it was good but the price wasn't what was really advertised. They advertise one price then they have all these "hidden" fees- some of which you don't find out until you're checking in- and of course you can't say you're leaving because they will […] charge you the first night anyway. Don't even know why they charge a roomkeeping fee when they don't even clean!!!! There was bread crubs on the super nasty stained carpet and little dark balls that looked like chocolate candy. The rooms didn't have enough towels so I went to the office to get one and the answer is "I've given away all the towels, let me check if there's an empty room" and then the lady comes back with a worn out towel that smelled like cigarette smoke- needless to say I had to go buy towels. The bathroom was full of mildew all around the tub and curtain. The room was full of bugs. Our experience was horrible! Thank goodness we were barely in the room. If you're looking for a cheap stay, stay in the hotels arround this place becaus they are all pretty much the same prices, maybe a few cents in difference. Actually when you add up this hotel's prices it comes out to be more expensive than nicer hotels. If you plan on staying here (which I highly DON'T recommend) I suggest taking you're own towel, sheets, and pillow unless you don't mind sleeping on nasty sheets. Läs mer

we were there only for the weekend to get away w/ the kids. we got there & were ready to go swimming but the pool was not ready for us. they just added it on. kids were really disappointted :( othere than that it was great!

They charge house keeping fee $5.00 , it was new since beging of September of 2011.

the room SMELLED LIKE A CAT BOX THE FLOOR WAS SOAKED IN URINE!!! I HAD NO WHERE ELSE TO GO BUT WAS TOO DISGUSTED TO EVEN TAKE A SHOWER the bed was made, and seemed clean enough to lay on, IN MY CLOTHES. THEY HAD THE AIR CONDITIONER OFF, SO IT TOOK AT LEAST AN HOUR FOR THE TEMP TO COME DOWN WHEN I WOKE UP AFTER A FEW HOURS OF REST I COLD NOT GET […] OUT OF THERE QUICK ENOUGH. WHEN I RETURNED THE TV REMOTE TO THE OFFICE AND MENTIONED THAT THE ROOM SMELLED LIKE URINE AND THE CARPET WAS SOAKED. I DID NOT EVEN GET A REPLY FROM THE PERSON AT THE DESK. IT STRUCK ME AS ODD THAT THE COUNTER PERSON DID NOT EVEN ACT AS THOUGH TELLING THEM THAT I BELIEVED THE ROOM WAS SOAKED IN URINE WAS UNBELIEVABLE. THEY JUST BELIEVED ME? LATER I WONDERED WHY, IF THEY DID SIMPLY BELIEVE WHAT I WAS TELLING THEM, DIDN'T THEY OFFER A REFUND? BUT IT WAS EXTREAMELY CHEAP, SO WHO CARES ABOUT A REFUND? The room was what I expected for the most part. I was NOT happy about having to pay the hotel, over and above the room cost, five dollars per night for housekeeping. You can't check in without paying that first. Bad enough to get hit with an extra charge, then housekeeping never showed up the next day. I complained and asked for a refund since I paid […] for a service I didn't receive. I'm still waiting to hear back on that. The manager/owner is never there when you want him. The beds were very hard, they were old and the bedsprings were torn and stained. A sheet on one of our beds had a stain on it. The carpets need cleaning badly. And the airconditioner was insane!! It would turn on and off 5 or 6 times in a row. It would be on for 15 to 20 minutes normally then do the on and off thing again. Over and over and over. At least it kept the room cool. it was an older motel but it was very close to the attrections, the ladies working the desk were respectful and nice, and lets face it... It was just a place to sleep and shower. The pool looked ok. Small but clean however, it wasn't open. I tried to get some ice and even though there was a sign advertising an ice machine on the second level where my room was, it actually had been removed. There were ice machines only on the first and thrid floors. HOWEVER... You guessed it, they BOTH were out of order. For an average of less than what you would pay for dinner in one of the parks per night it was tolerable but it you want ice or a pool then you need to look elsewhere. Läs mer

We stayed two nights came for a Disney trip. Very quiet hotel. Had a shuttle to the attractions. Nothing fancy but worth the price. There is a $5 room cleaning fee we were not aware of till check in. Also if your going for the continental breakfast. It's just that. A few danish, mini muffins and cereal. There is a cracker barrel, TGI Fridays, McDonalds […] and a few other place close by to eat. When we first got in the room we were so tired we did not do a "room check". When I went to use the bathroom there was pee on the toilet seat, and garbage inside the wasta basket. Also pubic hair on the bathroom floor. It was horrible! How can they treat their customers like that? When I called the hotel front desk attendent they acted as if they were […] not surprised! This was one of the worst I've ever been to. I was afraid to walk barefoot on the carpet, it looked so dirty. We had to change rooms 3 times the first night. The locks did not function shower curtain ripped off wall... Really awful. Owner at check in couldn't answer questions about shuttles or tickets or anything.

It's good for the price and location. And it's unbelievably quiet.

Friendly staff, near Disney and not too far from Universal Studios, inexpensive, reasonably clean. I'd prefer "super clean, " but it's still good value for money.

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night and everything was nice, except the taste of water. The water was tasting very bad. Rest all was very good.

This hotel is great, especially for the price. The rooms are very clean (they seemed newly remodeled) and have everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's very close to everything-just seconds away from one of the main roads with tons of shopping and restaurants to choose from. They are close to all the major attractions, too. The staff was very […] helpful. The pool was being built and scheduled to open after we left, so we know next time that will be available. We were only there one night but really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was very basic but it was what we needed. They had fresh coffee available 24 hours, though. There was Wifi in the room-very helpful to keep our kids occupied while we watched TV or napped. For us, it's our preferred economy hotel from now on when we're in the Orlando area. They offer a free shuttle to all the Disney attractions, but they leave in the am and return at night and we weren't going to be there that long, so we didn't take advantage of that, but probably would the next time.
