Mycket prisvärt hotell nära métro, Eiffeltornet, Champs Elysées, Seine, Musée d'Orsay mfl sevärdeheter, restauranger och caféer. Bra service, öppet 24/24, rent lagom rymligt men möjligen något slitet.

Mycket trevligt hotell med fantastiskt hjälpsam personal. Fräscha renoverade rum med fina dusch/badrum. Ligger i kvarteret bredvid parken där Eiffeltornet står och med många trevliga kaféer i närheten, samt max 200 meter till Metrostationen. Hotellet har fri WiFi och en helt ok frukost. Det var ett trevligt litet Franskt hotell. Inget överflöd på något vis men det fungerade, och var absolut värt pengarna. Vi hade bara ett kort stopp i Paris (två nätter), och barnen vill se Eifelltornet, och då var läget perfekt. Jag skulle strunta i frukosten och istället ta den på stan. 10EUR och den var ganska trist...

We spent 2 nights in this hotel. Its location is very good, it is just 1 block besides champs de mars and a few minutes to Eiffel tower. The metro station Ecole Militaire is located at the corner of the block, around 200m walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpfull. The room was clean and tidy. Something we found useful is that there was a […] supermarket just beside the hotel where we bought drinks, fruit, and snacks. There are many charming coffe places "brasserie" around where to have breakfast. Perfect location - five minutes from the Eiffel Tower, two minutes to the Metro. The tour buses actually passes the hotel on the way from the Tower to École Militaire and les Invalides, and you can see the hotel from the Tower. The staff was really service minded and friendly, both to us and our children (5 and 7). I also mailed quite a few times prior […] to our arrival and received answers immediately, in English. The rooms were large and the beds perfect. We comfortably slept four persons in one room. (Two queensized beds and a collapsable couch.) There was ample room for luggage and the bathroom was separated from the toilet, so there was no queing. Our room faced the courtyard and there were no disturbing noises. The climate control functioned well and was vital since there were four of us. Other pluses in the room was a small seating group (two chairs and a table), a minute fridge, and a small TV set - and the elevator of course! The only minus we could find was that some maintenance is needed, e.g. the toilet paper holder was loose, a door handle was difficult to use. We will definitely stay at this hotel at our next visit in Paris, and can recommend anyone who does not require a luxury hotel to stay here. Läs mer

If you are used to USA hotels, you will still be very happy with your stay. The bathroom was great! The room was clean. The location is close to the Eiffel Tower and even a little store - so that you can get some bottled water.

This hotel was easily 3x as much as we are used to paying for middle-class American hotels, but now that we've stayed there I can understand why. The staff all spoke at least functional amounts of English, there was free WiFi in the lobby (we came to learn that internet access in Europe is not nearly as widespread as in America) and the room was my […] wife's favorite. We had a middle-floor garden view, complete with the stylish French double opening windows for fresh air. The shower was phone-booth sized, but perfectly functional for thin and flexible people. Oddly enough the room had a huge bath tub. That might be a big plus to other families who want/need a tub. Great hotel, great staff, great location. Family vacation with 2 boys 15 and 19. Had a large room for 4 with plenty of room. Right by the Eiffel Tower, 1/2 block from the Subway , 1 block from Rue Clar Very easy to get to all sights of Paris. The hotel staff was very courteous, the only complaint was the wi-fi did not have a very good connection and was difficult to maintain. The location was great, some very good food right around the corner, and a lovely walk up to the Eiffel Tower every day is something that can't be beat. Stayed for two nights with two young kids and two adults. Excellent location, walking distance to the Eiffel tower, especially all the playgrounds around the park by the Tower. Room was big for Paris, two double beds, a couple of smaller desks/tables. Room was clean, hotel staff friendly, excellent English speaking and helpful. Breakfast buffet was […] worth it, for a family of four. Good, easy way to start the day on a full stomach! Wi-Fi in room was very good, we were on the 300 floor. Parking is a block or so away and even though we made a reservation, it was not available when we arrived, so we had to use the general parking. But I found the prices reasonable, so that was not a problem. Metro is by the parking as well, so easy to get to other parts of the city.Needed to be a bit of a contortionist to use the bathroom since the door opened/closed into the WC. I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It's location is great being close to a metro station and Eiffel Tower is within walking distance from hotel. Hotel room was bigger than expected with double bed for single person and clean. Bathroom was also good size with shower and hair dryer, though the shower did get the floor a bit wet. Nothing flashy about this place. Feels a bit on the old side. Elevator is small, slow and really had me questioning whether it was worth it or if I should just carry all of our bags up all 4 flights of stairs! Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is small, but pretty decent for the price. Not much of a view at all unless you stick […] your head out of the window to peek at the top quarter view of the Eiffel. AC in the room kept things comfy. The really big pluses I thought: a) Room size. Two really nice sized beds in a good sized room, plenty of space for my wife, daugther and myself (note a bit on the drab side decoration wise); b) nice large clean bathroom; c) Really nice location. Stone thrown to Champ de Mars, a good number of restaurants are down the street or around the corner, and a grocery store almost right next door. If you want to focus your time on the Louvre, Orsay or Notre Dame, you might want to stay a little closer to that area of the Left Bank - it's a very healthy walk over to that area. Doable (I ran it), but long. I'd suggest a Batobus pass (water ferry) that leaves from just adjacent to the Eiffel and has stops at all of the major sites along the Seine. Only real knocks against this hotel - no microwaves in room and if you're not very spry - you might want to ask for a room on the 2nd floor, else you may find yourself climbing a lot of stairs. This is a clean basic budget hotel in a wonderful peaceful location. Make no mistake it is a budget property, but hotels are expensive in Paris. We were satisfied and loved the great water pressure in the shower and the expeciallyconsidering spacious (for a European hotel) bathroom. The rooms are small but the beds were surprisingly comfortable. This is our second trip to Paris so the location put us in close proximity to sights we did not visit the first time. Metro just across the street. Great dining near and Rue Clar is a couple of blocks away.

This hotel was perfect! rooms are huge by american standards nevertheless by european size. I had room 407 and I could see the top half of the eiffel tower from the window of the room. You really need to stick your head far out the room window in order to see the Eiffel Tower (as it is shown in the hotel website photo). But in a 10 minute walk, you are at the Eiffel Tower. The front staff was very frendly and spoke very good english. They provided a baby crib at no add'l charge. WiFi did not work in our room, however they do have 2 computers in the lobby that can be used. Great location to the Eifel Tower.

The room wasn't dirty per say, but it was very dated and ran down. The proximity to public transportation and the Eifel Tower made up for it's short comings. Overall not bad, nothing special, but not to shabby.

Bathroom was newly renovated. However the carpet on the room was approx 50 yrs old needed changing. Luckily we were there for only two nights. Any longer stay would be bad for allergies. Staff very nice. Breakfast overpriced.

Excellent location - near Eiffel Tower and metro station. Very easy to get around Paris from this location. The only slightly negative aspect of the hotel is that it uses punch key cards (instead of electronic) and so, can only issue one key per room.

The hotel was clean and nicer than what I expected for the price (budget) in Europe (typically small, old, and cramped). I took my American parents there to stay on their first trip to Europe and they were fine with it. Fantastic location for both walking and using metro. Wifi great also. Rooms extremely hot though and only the bathroom window opened so no way to cool down (in march). Great supermarkets close by too. Would recommend although we struggled to find any good restaurants close by that didn't all serve exactly the same.

We were traveling with our 7 and 2 year old, and wanted something that would be walking distance from the sights. This hotel was perfect. The room was surprisingly large for Paris; we had 2 queen sized beds, plenty of space, and a huge bathroom with a bath tub and a shower! The kids enjoyed a huge bubble bath every night we were there. The location is the best thing about this hotel it is super close to the Eiffel tower, close to Rue cler were you can walk and get breakfast every morning and close to the metro. The hotel is quaint and european. The room did have a refridgerator which was nice and unexpected and the staff was great.

We weren't sure what to expect as we have never been to Paris before but this hotel was recommended by the Expedia staff and we were not disappointed one bit. The hotel had the style and decor of true Parisian charm and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem! Our French was very limited but not once did we feel that we were not […] understood. We requested rooms with a view of the Eiffel Tower and they accommodated us with our request. We arrived off the Eurostar early and they made sure one of our rooms were ready to dump bags so we could make the most of our stay. The staff recommended a restaurant on the corner for lunch and we could not be happier with this recommendation. We also received discounts on tours and we could walk to the Eiffel Tower. The Metro is on the corner and the !hop on hop off! Bus was only a few minutes away. The overall experience was amazing and having spoken to others who visited Paris they say we must have done it in style. Although this hotel is only 3 star we felt like we received 5 star service with a smile. Did I mention the breakfast was fantastic and Carmen made sure we had everything we needed. The sitting area was relaxing and decorated in the charm of yesteryear. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It was awesome and would be the highlight of our trip to Europe and especially Paris in general... the !Ville de L,Amour!...(City of Love) thank you Expedia for making this suggestion... We loved it! Hotel la Bourdonnais is an establishment with great pride. The staff is very kind. It is wonderful for families. It is located close to Ecole Militaire and the Metro, so it is quite convenient. The location was excellent - we were a stone's throw away from the Eiffel Tower and were given a room with a view of the tower as I had requested. We had a Care Fourre shop (with all our grocery needs) right around the corner and a smaller shop next door. The buffet breakfast was delicious. There were plenty of places to eat close by and many of the […] tourist sights were located close by. The area appeared very safe to walk around even at night. Room was ok(Full size Dbl Bed) very old/dated furnishings and the Bathroom had some problems. No amenities to speak of, except for a lame 25 Euro Breakfast, so we didn't have breakfast there. The hotel was recently sold and the new owners didn't buy the restaurant. People at the front desk were helpful.

This was my3rd or 4th stay in this supurbly located hotel. Efficient staff who were happy to reserve table at chosen restaurant for dinner. Spoke English and french. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel but went further along road to cafe and had b'fast for 7.50euros.
