I booked this hotel online because it had a "special rate", close to the airport and it had 3 stars. We got to the hotel late and had an early flight out or else we would have found another hotel. The first impression, the lobby, was my first clue that this stay was going to be anything but relaxing. There was a long line with originally only one person […] working. The lobby smelled of mold and stale smoke. The walk to our room was not any better. The room had very old and cheap furnishings. The room smelled just as bad but include a smell of sewage within the mix. We tried calling twice to the front desk for a wake up call and shampoo since they gave me 2 conditioners but no one answered on either call. The bathroom was dirty and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. While l laid in bed I noticed a spider hanging straight above me. I heard doors slamming until 1:00 am. Also, the floor above me creaked all hours of the night. I will NEVER stay there again. Don't be pulled in by the "special rate". You will be sorry. Läs mer

I have stay at this location 4 times in the last 5 months. Whereas I have had small problems before this stay was awful. I will not stay at this hotel again. First hotels.com got the reservation dates wrong and once at the hotel after explaining things to the person who checked me in I thought he corrected the problem but to my surprise he did not and […] the hotel end up checking me out 1 day early and move all my things out of my room. I lost some items during the check out process. The first room I was checked into did not have air condition and the second room was not cleaned very well. Läs mer

The hotel looked nothing like the picture. It looked much nicer in the picture that's why i chose it for the value and how it looked but i was dissapointed when i got there.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at the Ramada Portland airport. The room was comfortable, the price was reasonable,and the staff was efficient. There was a shuttle every time I needed one, and I did need one frequently. I would stay there again.

If it wasn't for the very kind, accommodating staff, I would have left and stayed somewhere else. Outdated building and rooms were not what you would expect for a Ramada near an Airport in a metropolitan area. BEWARE: No elevator to the rooms on the upper floors! There is nothing fancy about this hotel, and that was fine with us! The rooms were a good size and nicely done. The bathroom was fine. The walls were a bit thin I could hear people outside my room some of the night. It was great for the money.

Water in shower were a rusty yellow color and the heater in the room did not work. Walking into the place smelled immediately like cigarettes in the halls. There were some other things as well. I did go through hotels.com so we had to contact them about situation which really did next to nothing. very dissatisfied with the ramada.

Requested a room with a king size bed when I booked the room but recieved a room with 2 queen beds. Wasn't sure how thst word but other then that it was nice.

As always, the Portland airport Ramada is a perfect place to stay when you have an early morning flight. It's an older motel but it has all the up to date conveniences and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Really clean room for sure. Which is ultimately the most important thing. Although, there was a bit of an odd smell. I'm particular about smells, so it could have just been me, it wasn't overpowering or anything. But the service there left plenty to be desired. the lady who checked me in was great! But, my boyfriend had asked a lady about restaurants […] and asked for some change. Both of which he got attitude for. And at checkout the lady never asked how our stay was. Just took our room keys and didn't say a single word. In the profession of hospitality, a little effort goes a long way. I also had a bit of trouble finding it. I enjoyed my stay except that the heat in room did not work properly and they only gave me a small space heater to use during my stay. Noone ever contacted me to try and resolve the issue with the heating system beyond that. The iron did not work either and the didn't give me a different one even after I called to report the problem. I had to call a […] second time later in the day to ask again for another iron that worked. I have stayed in this hotel 3 times in the last 2 month and I like the place but for some small issues. It is very close to airport and has a free shuttle to and from airport and workers are friendly. Great for price. I would stay here again. Läs mer

Not much to say really. We needed a place to stay night night before leaving on vacation. The hotel is very close to fhe airport (5 min or less to terminals). The park and fly was the cheapest around. The free shuttle to the airport was fast and friendly and there in a moments notice. The parking lot was not fenced or gated, however the car was still […] there, un-damaged upon our return after 7 days. The rooms are in poor shape. Thin walls and squeaky floors make it fairly loud. But in the end they were the cheapest by far compared to other Hotels in the same area. Läs mer

Booked thinking had a free breakfast , Learned when we arrived that it wasn't. Would have gone to another hotel for same price that did have a free breakfast. Waited forever to get the check in the morning. Probable will not stay again since there is so many other choices.

The best accommodation for the price in the area if you can take advantage of a deal. The sink was broken but they sent a repairman right away. Staff wasn't overly attentive but cut straight to the chase and delivered. Rooms were spacious and clean

Don't want worse, dont want to pay for better. This is neutrel on my scale. There was a bar of soap I'm the coffee maker though... can't really blame the hotel for that one though.

Ok for overnight . Shuttle service worked well. Room was ok, but needed a good cleaning. The door was not working correctly, shower handle was broken Nice landscaping but no where to go . Good for the 10 hours we were there.

My wife and I were visiting the Portland area to get a feel for possibly moving there. The hotel is very conveniently located just south of PDX. The parking lot which encircles the hotel, for lack of a better word, sucks. The exterior of the hotel needs some serious TLC, especially the landscaping BUT the interior and the rooms were quite nice for what […] you pay. We had a bad experience with our non-smoking room on the 2nd floor since the smoking rooms are located on the 1st floor...we left our window open to get some fresh air overnight and as you might guess, one of the smoking guests decided to go out around 12am into the parking lot directly under our room and light up. We had a layover for the night and basically just slept here, but it was very convenient and cozy. The only thing that could have been improved was the service. The disgruntled front desk employee smiled through his teeth, and though he said the right things (his words were polite), the delivery was something to be desired. Also, the crib I had requested […] for my son in advance was not there, but the nice shuttle driver brought it up fairly quickly. Oh, and I know it's an old building, but an elevator would have been nice instead of having to carry multiple heavy bags of luggage upstairs in several trips. Läs mer

Pros: Price cheaper for a one night stay and 7 days parking than paying for 7 days at the airport economy lot, timely airport shuttle and friendly staff. Cons: Paid for a "suite" given the wrong room, but too tired to wait in line again, room was "non-smoking" but had a stale cigarette smell, ant found in bed sheets, bath faucet dripped all night, on-site […] lounge was lacking- pictures hung crooked on the walls, paint peeling off the walls, tables not cleaned/wiped down, splatter from food/drink? on the walls...like a terrible flashback from a dive in the 80s...Will not stay here again. The hotel was dingy, smelled like stale cigarettes. The rooms were gross. The ceiling had water spots, the fake wood paneling on the bedside table was peeling, and the towels were stained. An ageing motel but well kept. Rooms a little worn. Parking lot and area were a little "airport iffy". The desk did not request any car information. I found that strange.Good Value for a night.
