Rent och snyggt hotell. Bästa läget alldeles nedanför Place Massena, dvs nära både gamla stan, stranden och shopping. Rent och fräscht med trevlig personal.

Ett fantastiskt bra hotell. Rent och snyggt, trevlig personal och bäst av allt det ligger perfekt till havet och gamla stan. Rekomenderas starkt!

Det här hotellet har ingen AC, oavsett vad som skrivs. Det går som kallast att få de någon grad varmare än utanför. Vi bytte rum en gång utan att det blev någon skillnad. Städningen var under all kritik då de handdukar vi lagt på golvet och uppenbarligen inte ville använda igen låg på exakt samma ställe som vi lämnade dem. Jag förmodar att de dammsög […] runt dessa. An excellent Hotel with an excellent location in the hearth of the old town in Nice. If it was not for an issue we had with the hot water, we would have recommended this Hotel to others. The hot water broke down during one morning with the effect that we could not take a shower. No compensation was offered to us from the personell on this matter.

Hotellet är fräscht och modernt. Läget är mycket bra, nära till allt. Lite långt till parkeringshuset om man har bil, men annars inget att anmärka på.

Trevlig personal och fräscht rum som städades varje dag. Läget var bra och det var lätt att hitta till hotellet. Väldigt nära stranden och centrum. Ska dock nämnas att om man vill ligga på hotellets strand kan man räkna med att det blir ganska kostsamt. Ett tips är att äta frukost någon annanstans eftersom det är mysigare och billigare. Mycket bra läge i gamla stan med närhet till restauranger och strand. Hög standard på hotellet men inte lyx. Fritt Internet och trevlig personal.

Beau Rivage var kanske i dyraste laget för oss, men för ett par dar var det väl värt pengarna. Hotellet i sig är inte så speciellt, väldigt fint och rent, men trist bakgård och ingen utsikt. Personalen var supertrevlig på hotellet, men nere på beachklubben var det en lite mer stressig & turistig ton. Läget gjorde däremot allt, ett kvarter till stranden […] och i kanten av gamla stan med mysiga caf'én runt hörnet. För en weekend är det ett bra alternativ! Läs mer

Bokar ofta designhotell, och Beau Rivage tycker jag inte hör hemma i den kategorin. Små, mörka rum utan finess. Dystra koriridorer med känslan av Ålandsbåt. Läget på hotellet är dock utmärkt och frukosten likaså.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at your wonderful hotel! The hotelwas perfectly located, close to nearly eateries and shopping, as well as to the beach areas.

The hotel didn't have a concierge or anyone that could answer questions about how to get around the city. When I asked the front desk, they gave me a vague answer as to which bus stop to go to which ended up being wrong, which was frustrating. The maid service was good. I walked in the restaurant which seemed deserted. The only way I knew it was open […] was because I saw an unclean table. The hotel was really hard to find and I would recommend providing clear details on how to get there via bus at the time of booking. I wouldn't stay at the hotel again. Läs mer

The location of the hotel I cannot fault. It is in walking distance to most of the major landmarks - cours saleya market, place massena, vieux nice and promenade des anglais. If you are getting the 98 bus from the airport, the bus stop is just around the corner to the hotel. I found the reception staff very welcoming and friendly. They are extremely […] helpful - top marks! The room however is quite small but has all the essential needs. The hair dryer cord in the bathroom is too short as I struggled to blow dry my hair. I have already completed the hotel survey telling them this so hopefully they will make changes. I would say the room itself deserves only a 3* and not a 4*. On balance though I would recommend this hotel and would book this hotel again. Läs mer

The hotel was clean, comfortable, well maintained and the location was superb for any tourist. My only issue is that I wish they had a concierge to help with dinner reservations, etc. The front desk staff were all very patient and helpful, but didn't respond to a request for restaurant suggestions and reservations.

The hotel is in a great location and we enjoyed that very much. However, when we first arrived our room was very hot and it turned out that the a-c didn't work. We were given various excuses for this before the staff agreed to move us to another room - a process which took about 2 hours. Once settled into a new room, everything was fine. Mattia, the […] young man at the front desk who finally took charge, was very polite and helpful. One down side of the hotel is that there is no work out room. We didn't think it deserved 4 stars. Great location on the edge of the old town and just across the road from the beach. Easy access from the airport on the bus and the train station is a 15 min walk away. The staff were very helpful and curtious. We will definately be returning.

The location is great- near the pedestrian street and the old city. The service was really good but we were disappointed with the room. It was poorly furnished (all scratched up) and the bathroom needs renovation. There's was also a funky smell in the hallways.

We only stayed for one night but found it very comfortable. We were a little disappointed that we had no view from our room, but they probably allocated rooms with a view to those who were staying longer. It's in a good location to get about Nice.

... But without the view on the Promenade des Anglais! The lobby staff were very courteous and helpful. Perfect English and smiling. Our room was small but well designed. The furniture looked tired but still contemporary. Good breakfast despite cold scramble eggs and poor cappuccino. The big disappointment was for the private beach. We arrive at the […] beach at 4.30PM and had 2 guests. We paid 40EUR extra for 2 sun-beds and towels, but we were then informed that there was no service after 5PM and that the beach was closing at 6PM. Not possible to get a refund! We waited 30 minutes for 2 bottles of sparkling water and snacks and when we wanted to re-order, we were refused. At 6, we left the beach to have some drinks at the "lounge" of the beach and it took another 30 mn to get our drink (warm champagne and Chardoney). I felt we have been ripped off of 120EUR for a few moment on the private beach (4.30-7.00PM). I would recommend not to pay for the beach access and rather go to Castel beach which seems much nicer! For a four star hotel, it did not meet quality standards. For example, in our junior suite, the wood surfaces on tables and counters were all marred and scratched and badly in need of resurfacing or replacement. Our sheets had tears in them as well and the carpet had stains. We will look for a different hotel next year.

The hotel is ideally situated. However, the beach is not their own private beach and you have to pay a lot of money for a sunlounger and umbrella. The room itself was not clean. The carpet was bogging and needed ripping up. There was a persistent damp patch next to the bed which stank the room out. The bathroom wasn't very clean. The room had no storage […] for clothes, the British TV channel broke half way through our stay and they didn't bother to fix it and the cleaning staff disturb you a minimum of 4 times a day. The hotel was clean and staff were very helpful, it was particularly helpful that they all spoke such excellent English! I never had breakfast and only drank in the bar once as the surrounding environment was full of places to eat and things to do so there was no need to eat or drink there. Hotel is in an ideal location, short walk to old town, beach and Place Massena. Some confusion on bookings with beach for beds etc. - beach staff did not have booking in though hotel staff said they had arranged it. Daily cleaning of room not of a great standard. Overall, nice hotel and location can't be beaten.

I was happily surprised by the service, elegance and quiet of the hotel. After reading the review I expected I would need to avert my eyes from oversights of various kinds, but I thought the hotel had much improved since I last stayed there five months ago, and was really a cut-above. It's a struggle for any hotel next to the sea to deal with the effects […] of the damp on windows, hallways, etc, but this one did better than most (and I've stayed at the Negresco.) Bathrooms nice, with good shower and amenities. Coffee/tea making facilities included. The staff were friendly and accommodated my request for a quiet room in a can-do, smiling way, rather than the negativity that all too often is felt in European hotels. (Their concierge capacity is overstretched though.) You can't beat the location, obviously. Would definitely return. Läs mer

The room was a little run down. It was ok but the furniture was scratched with water rings in the wood...maybe a few too many bachelor parties? Service was good but somewhat joyless; rote. The location on the beach was the best place to be in August.

Terrific location, very nice beach club just a very short stroll away. Trendy but comfortable and clean. Above all - a very helpful and courteous front desk staff. A terrific value. I visit Nice often and consider this hotel the ideal home away from home. And the best gin and tonic ever in the small bar off the lobby.
