Hotell Sheraton Lincoln Harbor Hotel - Weehawken

Prisvärt hotell med trevlig personal och rymliga trevliga rum Dyr frukost på hotellet men det finns bra alternativ i närområdet. En nackdel var att det ibland var köer i tunneln så det tog väldigt lång tid att ta sig in till/ ut från centrum.

Rent och fint hotell på andra sidan Hudson River, saknar tyvärr frukost (som dock kunde köpas dyrt från rest. i hotellets lobby) och kylskåp på rummet . hade varit önskvärt. Billigare frukost kunde köpas på snabbköpet intill där även de nödvändiga bussbiljetterna kunde köpas NJ Transit buss 158. Hotellet hade en varm skön pool som renoverades 111001., […] fräsht. Härlig och fint läge på ett vackert avstånd från Manhattan. Fungerade mycket bra då färjan över Hudson River går ofta och endast några meter från hotellet. Med utsikt över Manhattan Skyline känns det inte som man behöver bo närmare. Efter en dag med alla intryck och ljud så var det skönt att komma tillbaka till hotellet med sköna sängar och gott om […] plats. Saknade dock någon form av shop i hotellet för småsaker, godis, tidningar etc. I vårt rum så var det dessutom dags att byta ut den heltäckande mattan som inte kändes fräsch. Mycket bra hotell, enkelt att ta fram till hotellet, bara en buss-station från Port Authority. Kan rekommendera gärna om det inte är ett måste att vara på Manhattan. Bara en massa +++++++

Utmärkt hotell med ovanligt stora rum för att vara NY. Nära till det mesta genom att det fanns färje förbindelser och buss/ tåg/spårvagn till de olika delarana av NYC. Färja varje kvart till 39:e gatan som också inkluderade direktbuss till 34, 42, 50 och 57:e gatan. Otroligt vackert att se Manhattan på "lagom" avstånd. The hotel where OK. Breakfast expensive go to the local convenience store instead. He serve bagels and coffee cheap and you can sit there or bring it back to your room. On New Years eve the restaurant and bar where closed due to a private weeding. this was not good, it must have been possible to arrange with an alternative for all other guests. With the bus 158 to Port Authority Terminal on 42nd street you arrive in the centre and can easily walk to Times square or Grand central. Vi, mormor, morfar dotter svärson och 2 barnbarn 2 år och 6 mån bodde första av 8 nätter på detta hotell. Stora rum med eget pentry. Hotellet ligger precis vid färjan över till Manhattan men det finns inga affärer i närheten. Vi saknade gratis tillgång till dator och Internet. Men hotellpersonal var mycket hjälpsamma.

Vi blev fantastiskt väl bemötta redn vid ankomsten och när de såg att vi had barn med fick vi ett stööre rm för att de skulle kunna röra på sig !! I övrigt rent, snyggt, toppen läge med utsikt över hela Manhatttan. Buss in till 42nd street tog 8 minuter. Här var lgnt och skönt efter en dag i vimmlet. Perfekt läge för att enkelt ta sig till Manhattan. Båt 25 meter från hotellentrén. Buss inkluderat i biljettpriset på Manhattan. Utsikten från hotellet över Manhattan är obetalbar.

Mycket bra service och trevlig personal. Stannade 7 nätter. Gym som har allt man behöver. Poolen var fin men människorna som badade i den var äckliga då de ofta hoppade över att duscha innan doppet eller badade i t-shirt. Bra läge. Smidigast att ta båten till stan och bussen hem. Bra kommunikationer ca 06-23 på kvällen.

I would highly recommend the Sheraton Lincoln Harbor to anyone. It's just a quick, convenient commute into the city either by Ferry or Light Rail, the rooms are half the price of a Manhattan stay and the views are unbeatable.

We enjoyed our stay very much, fine service and high quality - would definitely recommend.

Loved it, looking at NYC and able to ferry over for the day.

We chose this hotel as it gave us a significant saving over the equivalent hotel in Manhattan. Getting into Manhattan is easy - a ferry runs from just outside the hotel but is an expensive option. The bus is the best bet - cheap at $3.20 each way - and takes you straight to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in about 5-10 mins. We liked the fact we could […] get away from the hustle and bustle of Manhattan at the end of each day. Great views of the New York skyline just across the Hudson River. Reasonable selection of restaurants short walk away in a fairly quiet but safe area. We are a family of 4 and whilst the family room was very nice and spacious, our two almost fully grown children had to share a double bed - a double and two singles in family rooms would be a much better option. Best in-room coffee of any hotel I have stayed at!! Over all I would recommend this as a great option for accommodation in NY but try to fly into Newark NOT JFK as the taxi fares can be high and not all taxi drivers want to go to New Jersey for some reason. It's very nice and clean hotel with amazing view of Manhattan. Even though it's just across the river the hotel is very well located. You can use Ferry or bus from the hotel to the other side of the river. Ferry tickets can be bought in the lobby. Ferry is not cheap (9$ per person each way) but if you buy at Pier 79 10 tickets at a once you will pay […] $7.60 Bus cost is $ 2.50 but it's take 45 min to get to Manhattan ( Ferry 10 min.) Using Ferry you can also use free buses to different places Manhattan witch is very very helpful. My parents were coming to USA and wanted a trip to NY. I picked this hotel since it was inexpensive and the location was great. The ferry goes from Manhattan to the front of the hotel every 15 minutes. It takes no more than 6 minutes to go from Manhattan to the hotel. The cost per person each way with the ferry is $9. If you are staying a couple of […] days, get the 10 pack of tickets, and they will be $7.60 each. On top of t hat, when you get to Manhattan in the morning, there is a free bus that will take you to either central Manhattan or Down Town. Great service. They also run often. This is much better than walking several blocks. The hotel itself was clean and the staff was friendly. The room is big, with a sitting room with a couch, table and end tables, a desk and an TV. Next to it, is the sleeping area with two beds and yet another TV. I particular like that the hotel is very environmental friendly. They have the double flushing toilets (one setting for the small stuff and one for the large stuff). If you don't need your room cleaned or don't need clean towel, then you can hang a sign on the outside of your door, and they will give you a $5 voucher to the restaurant in the hotel. You can do that every night and you will accumulate some money. Each voucher can be turned into 5oo points in stead of the money. The only down side was no free internet in the rooms. You had to pay $9.95 per 24 hours for that. No happy about that. But you could go down to the lobby and there was plenty of computers you could use and you could also bring your own laptop and plug it in and get free internet that way. There are not many places to eat around the hotel. We ate at Houllihan's the two nights we were there. Which was a short walk from the hotel. If you show your key from the hotel, they will take 10% of your bill. There is also a coupon in the book you get with the ferry schedule. So plenty of ways to save a little money. Great location and view of the NYC skyline!

My wife & I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The 10 minute Ferry ride into Manhattan made this location nothing short of awesome. The Ferry stop is literally seconds away from the hotel's front door. We will definitely be staying here again.

Manhattan view room was great! Quick, easy access to ferry boat ride into the city.

We just stayed here with 3 little kids visiting the city and it was great. Very convenient to the ferry, and little kids ride free or discounted. Pool was fantastic to come back to after a tiring day walking around the city. Reasonable price, large room with a separate 'living' (couch/desk/TV) and 'sleeping' area made it great even for a family of 5. […] Would recommend to anyone visiting the city with little kids. My girlfriend, son and myself stayed at Sheraton for two weeks in February/Mars 2012. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel personnel were kind and helpful and so was the personnel working at Mesina, the Hotel restaurant. Great place to stay,good price and close to all the major attractions. Only two problems with the room,the bathroom sink stopper would not work and the fan on the heater/ air conditioner squeaked. Rooms were very clean, looking forward to staying there again next year.

I don't know why people rate this hotel so highly. The ferry port is surely in front of the hotel, but we had to wait 20 minutes on the way to and from NY in a cold weather. I asked receptionist if there was a time table, but they just told us to wait at the port. We got frozen. Also, on the way back to the hotel, we had to wait for 20 minutes for the […] shuttle bus to the port. Also, we got frozen. The ferry costs 18 dollars round trip and hotel charges $25 for a parking plus $30 service charge and we ended up spending so much money. Everything about this Hotel was very nice....except, I did not know that they would charge $25 to park in their hotel parking lot. That may have made a difference when booking this. I don't think a hotel should charge their occupants to park while staying in their hotel.

the Sheraton-Weehawken is in a great location, with an awesome view of NYC. taking the ferry over to NYC is a great, although can be expensive, but it is very conveniently located. It was nice to park the car and not have to worry about using it again until our stay was over. Definitely would stay at the hotel again.

Comfortable hotel with great city skyline views and excellent location near ferry, bus, light train to Metro -- all means of transportation. Internet access was tricky but we managed. We were NOT charged for parking, which was a nice surprise. Did not eat in hotel restaurant so cannot comment on that. Housekeeping service was a bit slow -- had to wait […] half an hour past check in and even then the room assigned to us was not available so we had to change. Chose this hotel due to it's proximity to the Javits Convention Center just across the river. It was perfect for that reason. Also paid a little extra for a room on the river side with a view of Manhattan. Apart from the room safe not working (desk did offer to move us to another room) everything was nice. We had an option for a Manhatten view room. But the view was not too good in 2nd floor. May be this was of very late arrival? Otherwise the hotel was nice. Good service.

We were disappointed that there were limited TV channels - particularly did not have Fox News and no choices for rental movies or on demand channels. Otherwise, the staff was VERY accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant!

My fiance and I live in the area however we like to check into the Sheraton once in a while as a quick weekend getaway. The staff was very friendly, the room was extremely clean and Im very picky so it def met my standards. The pool was very clean and warm! I would def stay there again and again. the round was very spacious and we had a great view of Manhattan When I checked out-I mentioned the fact that security is not that great-we ordered food to be delivered from an outside restaurant and the guy was able to come to our door w/o us being notified by the front desk

Killer place just a few hundred yards from NYC via the New York Waterway! So easy to get back and forth... Great service and very helpful with putting together travel arrangements for the city. A must if your looking to save a few bucks here and there...!

We stayed at this hotel on New Years Eve it was close to great restaurants and the movies evrything we needed to bring the new years in right. Above all the view of the NYC skyline and being on the water made it even better.

If you could not stay in Manhattan this is a good alternative. Whilst the hotel is Sheraton standard double check advise from reception - we got wrong and half info which costed us more in travel $ and time.
