Hotell Comfort Inn Lewiston - Lewiston

It was a last minute booking. Considering the late time, the rate was very acceptable and reservation process was very quick as I booked the hotel 10 minutes before arrival.

Not the cleanest. found bug in the bed.

The check-in was terrible. A room was put aside for late arrival and given to someone else so check-in was slow but finally handled. The room smelled like cat food. Maid service did not occur. It looked like they had come into the room and started to do service then left and never returned.

The Lewiston, Idaho Comfort Inn was so easy to locate & the breakfast was amazing. Our only complaint was there was NO elevator, which Seniors need if they have ailments. We take personal responsibility for not asking or requesting a room on the ground floor. The room rate was reasonable.

I arrived at the hotel, not having been there before. The staff was friendly at check in, the room was easily located. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean. Clean linens, towels etc. had a microwave and refrigerator, though I did not use them. For the price, I was happy with what I received.

We had a great stay in this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable. Maybe a tad noisy since we could hear some sounds from the room upstairs. The hotel was located within walking distance of the Christmas Lights park which was beautiful. It was also within walking distance of several fast food places. In addition, it was only a short drive to nice resturants, the movie theater, and a small mall.

It was great, I just did not really use the jacuzzi in my room because I could not figure out how.

When my wife and I walk in the hallway, we had an impression that the hotel is dirty due to old and stained carpeting in the hallway. The room though is okay and clean but its outdated. I think it's overpriced for the quality of the hotel.

The room kind of had a pet odor to it and you could see spots on the carpet. That kind of left the room with unclean feeling.

Overall, this hotel was okay. The breakfast accommodations were good. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was sub par in cleanliness and appearance. For the price I paid it was right in line. Compared to other options in town it is probably one of the better hotels.

Quick check-in. Located by grocery and food places. Perfect if you are looking to spend the night before heading out the next day. Just enough frills to keep the kids happy. Nice larger pool not just a glorified hot tub!

Our complaints about this motel center around the cleanliness of our room. When we opened the door to our "non-smoking" room it was immediately apparent it was a smoking room. Both bedspreads were noticeably stained with greasy spots and the toilet didn't look like it had been cleaned recently. The Comfort Inn is very nice and goes the extra step to make sure your stay is enjoyable so you will return to them should the need arise. Their continental breakfast is much more than just cereal and juice. In addition you can have French Toast, Belgian Waffle or Biscuits and Sausage Gravy.
