Everything was good, great breakfast in my opinion. We stater here two nights to go ro Grand canyon, one hour drive but it was on our way so it didnt matter.

Fruktansvärt hårda sängar, samtliga resenärer i mitt sällskap hade problem att röra sig kommande dag pga sängarna. I övrigt ett bra hotell!

Vi bodde här i mitten på april så det var inte riktigt högsäsong så rummet hade nog stått tomt ett tag. Det luktade lite instängt och kändes inte riktigt fräscht men gav oss en god natts sömn trots allt. Personalen verkade lite sömnig men var artig och korrekt. Vi besökte Williams stad som var en väldigt mysig småstad. Där fanns de flesta av de klassiska […] snabbmatshaken så man kunde somna mätt iallafall. Värt att tänka på är att hotellet ligger ovanför snögränsen. Vi vaknade upp till ett par cm snö vilket var lite oroande när man har sommardäck på hyrbilen. Frukosten var den klassiska kontinentala med syltmacka och mastiga våfflor men det verkar ju vara det som går hem i denna del av världen. Läs mer

We checked into the hotel and received our room key to a room that was under construction. There were paint buckets, ladders and one bed stacked on top of the other. After going back to the front desk for another key, we were sent to a room with a dirty, unfinished bathtub. Good thing we had shower shoes to wear. The next morning, dispite the "DO NOT […] DISTURB" sign on the door, housekeeping knocked. She said our room was on the check-out list that day, when clearly it wasn't. Good thing we we were in the room because I think some of our things may have been stolen if we weren't because "we weren't supposed to be there." When we did leave that evening for dinner, upon returning our room key didn't work. We had to go to the front desk again. This time, we waited 20 minutes for someone to help us because no one was at the front desk. I don't think I'll stay at this place again. Läs mer

Williams is a great place to spend some time. It's on route 66 and 50 miles from Grand Canyon. Plenty of restaurants to choose from.You can easily walk into town from the hotel.

Not a bad place to stay as a jumping off point for going to the Grand Canyon. Rooms were decent. Hotel is across the highway from the cute small town of Williams, so you have to drive if you want to go to dinner, explore, etc. Hot tub wasn't hot.

The owners were very nice & accommodating. Our only problem was that we had to climb stairs to get to the first floor, which was not mentioned when we booked our stay.

Don't waste your time!!! Dooo dooo hotel!!!!!!!! Who works there? No one is ever at the front desk, and when you find them, they are finishing their cigarette. Rooms are not clean, locks don't work. I feel safer and more comfortable sleeping in my car with the windows open and showering at a truck stop.

The stay was ok, all of the tv channels were unclear, the room was clean, it was ok for just one night. The location was just off the freeway and easy access to highway 64 to go to the Grand Canyon South Rim.

If you want to sleep, request a second floor bedroom. For breakfast, there are so many people in the same time and not enough chairs and tables.At the reception desk, people are very kind and very hepfull.

This hotel was a mess. My room smelled funny, the wall were dirty, the tub was not clean, the tv only had about 5 working channels. My children wanted to go to the jacuzzi and it was broken, also the free breakfast was not really good.either.

We were there for 2 nights. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was adequate though nothing hot. We were only at the hotel to sleep as we spent our days and evenings at the canyon. Good for price so I would recommend!

The hotel was decent for a quick one night stay.We booked a reservation online just a few hours before arriving, when we arrived (2:30am), the front desk had our keys already for us. Nice, clean and value for money. Breakfast was better that I could expect at this rate. Quick check in and check out. Overall a good experience. Can't ask for more for what I paid.

Been on the road for a week and a half in different hotels from Mississippi, Texas, Arizona, Nevada and by far this is the worst hotel we stayed at. The only decent thing was the beds. The bathroom was dirty,so dirty the curtain had dry blood on them. After that there's nothing else to say we were out in a heartbeat.

we had two rooms reserved, the tv didn't work in either room. It was frigid outside so not a lot to do. Called front desk they were going to have somebody look and I overheard her tell somebody else that the last people in that room complained about it not working either. Nobody looked at it. We stayed here for three nights while visiting the Grand Canyon. We thought it was a good location to stay since it was located less than an hour's drive from the Canyon. The hotel itself is located on its own along with one other business, a gas station, on the opposite of the rest of the charming city of Williams AZ. Thus, it was a short drive to […] town for dinner, grocery shopping, or souvenir shopping. As far as the room, it was decent size and relatively clean. It is an old hotel in need of remodeling. Now, I highly suggest getting a room on the 2nd floor if you are a light sleeper because if you get noisy upstairs neighbors like we got, you won' t get much sleep. Plus add the thin walls and it makes for some rough nights. Our last night, we were able to move to the second floor and it was a big improvement. It was a better nights rest because of less outside room noise and inside room noise. (Our first room had a heater that rattled) The beds were adequate. The tv was adequate but it was missing the remote. Front desk gave me a new remote with no guarantee it would work and it did not. Ah well but luckily the 2nd room we got had a tv with a working remote. Now as far as front desk, the second person I encountered was much more pleasant and helpful than the one that checked us in. The owner cuts costs at every corner and it shows. The room was semi clean and comfortable. The bed was super comfy. Everything else was run down and not well cared for. I picked this hotel since there was breakfast and we weren't given breakfast...with the explanation that their freezer was broke down. The front desk never asked for my id when I checked […] in and when I was given my receipt, they had me checked in as someone else. Not impressed at all. Was in a good location. Great value for money, easy access from highway. It says breakfast included, but all you see at 8 am empty and out of order machines. I think with such a low booking price giving breakfast will bankrupt them :). But MacD and Taco Bell and couple of other fast food joints are within half a mile. Overall good stay, will stay again. . . . .

Heater did not work in one room no hot water for showers in either room toilet broke on one room. Parking lot not plowed or marked well so cars were getting stuck. I later overheard a maintence worker bragging about how much money he made pushing cars that hat had gotten stuck in parking lot. No breakfast as freezer was broken. The temp was negative 5 outside, our heater went out and they did nothing to fix it. First they said there was no maintenance on duty, then said they were cleaning rooms. However, they could not change our room because there were no empty rooms available. I was traveling with a one year old, three old, and my mom (Im almost 40). I was very disappointed in my stay. The plug ins in bathroom did not work, room was chilly, bath area was very old and look like it needed remodeling. When we booked we were told we would get breakfast. Breakfast started at I believe 7:30 and if you were not there by 8 you got left overs. Had a very poor breakfast. The staff are not very responsible. When we checked in, one lady at the front desk told us there will be no free breakfast though the reservation said free breakfast is included... The next morning when we checked out, we saw the breakfast in the hall. The breakfast has nothing but coffee, cold milk, cereals and bagels.
