Hotellet ligger mycket bra till i ett charmigt område, strax bortom turistfällorna. Ändå med gångavstånd till det mesta. Bra service och frukost!

Plus Inte så långt bort från centrala delar. Ganska rent och frest hotell. 20 min promenad från central stationen Minus Frukost är väldigt dyr Aning för hårda sängar

I allmänhet ett bra hotell men att ta 25€ för en ganska klen frukost är för mycket. Den är i alla fall valfri.

Very nice hotel with a good location, at Place du Grand Sablon. Close to Central station as well. I will stay here during my next visit to Brussels as well.

Hotel du Grand Sablon är omringat av chokladaffärer och restauranger som är mycket bättre än turistfällorna runt Grand Place. 7 minuters promenadavstånd till Centrum och till Gare Central där tågen går direkt ill flygplatsen. Rekommenderas vart!

jag betalade extra för att få delux rum så jag förväntade mig att rummet skulle va bra. men när jag såg rummet var det den västa rummet jag har haft i mitt liv inom europa. hade inte förväntat mig det på ett så dyr hotel. men efter att klaga så var personalen väldigt vänliga o gav mig deras bästa rum som var så som jag hade förväntat mig från början. personal […] o lobyn o läget e det bästa dom har. men efter mina klagomål så fixa personalen en junior svit så det slutade okej. Mycket trevligt läge med gångavstånd till Grand Place. Charmig äldre byggnad vid Sablon i mysiga kvarter. Rummen kunde vara något fräschare. Avgiftsfri internet enbart i lobbyn och inte på rummen vilket är märkligt. Dyr frukost om det inte redan ingår i rumspriset. Generösa avbokningsregler.

We visited Brussels recently for a Wedding and this hotel was ideal. The location is a short stroll from the main square and given that Brussels can be quite expensive, this seemed great value for money. Note that there are a few "NH" hotels in Brussels so make sure that you have the right one!

Overall this is a good place to stay for either business or leisure. It's in a great location, just minutes away from downtown Brussels (Grand Place) but quiet enough in the evenings to get a break from it all. Staff was great and very friendly. Hotel itself could use a makeover. Decor was pretty old, and the rooms were reminiscent of something from […] the 1970's. But if you can deal with that, you'll be OK. Dingy run down room. Bed was more like springs with a sheet on top, and not joking, a single pillow. Find a different hotel.

the room was very small, with a single bed, one chair and not even a desk. The room was worn out and had not been renovated for a very very long time. service was OK. very disapointing

Problem; should you trust in combination picture and official hotel rating? Not always. The things we could control as location was fine, but I must admit that the rooms was not up to what I would expect for a 4star hotel. Wallpaper was damaged, tiles broken and movable objects like lamps was damaged. On the positive side; the bed were very nice and […] the covers was warm and clean. I was just visiting on business and the location was great. The staff friendly and helpful and the room was a good size, nice and clean. Unfortunately the bar and restaurant was closed mid December until the middle of January (no food room service either), which was a shame as I hadn't been informed before and after a busy day didn't want to venture […] out. Very good location at the center of Brussels. Helpful staff. Good breakfast, featuring alepo soy products very useful for a lactose intollerant traveler. The interior design is very nice. The bathroom was clean if not ultra modern or large. I hate the "fruity" shampoo and soaps of NH hotels.

Our room was upgraded due to Expedia requesting a twin room as opposed to a double which we requested. The staff were exceptional and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a just off centre location.

Great hotel, but the carpets in the room could have been a little cleaner. Location is 10 minute walk (up and down hills, however) from the train station, and very convenient to many local sites. Beautiful neighborhood.

I really loved staying at NH Hotel du Grand Sablon. I booked this hotel because it was on a list suggested by a small conference I was attending, surprised at the reasonable price offered by Hotels.com. The neighborhood was wonderful: great restaurants within walking distance, an antiques market in fron of the hotel on Sat & Sun, easy walking distance […] to the rest of the city, around the corner from several major museums. The front desk staff was great, room very comfortable and clean. I had a view of the beautiful church next door. The staff at reception has very limited knowledge and not helpful to tourist. The staff needs training to interact with tourist and must have adequate knowledge of the place and history.

A pleasant hotel situated in the Sablon district and very close to everything. I was worried about the quality of the rooms having read trip advisor but I was on the 5th floor in a lovely refurbished room. I used the room for a business trip so spent very little time in the room but it suited me perfectly.

Good location to stay near major attractions. Within walking distance to central train station. Rooms were slightly old but comfortable. Staff pretty helpful. One major issue we had was that the water temperature changed extremely slowly. Had to literally wait 5 mins for the water to change from ice cold to warm.

Before staying in this hotel i stayed at softer Brussels Europe which was amazing. I booked the deluxe room which is not very deluxe , more 3 star with very old furniture and fixtures. Also when i arrived at this hotel it smelled of sewage in the lobby which other guests were complaining about. Nothing but a big waste of money

The hotel is a little tired in the decor, but the amenities are great (jetted tub, double sink, huge rooms, quiet). The location allows easy access from Central metro station and is easy walking distance to all sites/locations. Lots of great cafes and clubs nearby. Staff were professional and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Good location within walking distance of the central square and nearby the Sablon that has a lot of nice restaurants and shops just downstairs. The room was clean and the beds were the most comfortable I have had in Europe. The lobby smelled a little funny walking through it, but the rest of the hotel including our room smelled clean.

I love this hotel, staff were friendly, clean and spacious room. The only thing I didn't enjoy is that my room window was next to a church and in the early morning I could hear the church bells... other than that it was great hotel.

Location was fantastic we were within walking distance to a wide range of tourist locations. Lots of reasonable priced Restraunt near by. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable

- Overall a very good hotel. - Excellent location, clean and confortable rooms. - Hotel staff was a bit disappointing. Seemingly friendly until you ask them to do something. - We arrived at 4.30 pm; the room was not ready!! We had to wait for 15 min at the lobby for room cleaning.

The Sablon costs a bit more but the hotel's location is worth it. A very enjoyable stay.

Loved this hotel. Clean and cozy. Free wifi in the lobby was very convenient. Located in a cute neighborhood next to numerous chocolatiers and many great restaurants.
