I would spend the night here for work, but I would not take my family or let my child play in the room. It was too dirty.

Glad this was not our destination hotel! The staff was super friendly. But there was a thunderstorm and we got inside and there was a huge water puddle on the air conditioner where the windows had leaked. The carpet in the whole room was damp. The bathtub mat looked like a papersack had been thrown in the bottom of tub. Okay so this isn't the Hilton & it could use a few touch ups, but for the price it was a great stay. Clean & did not smell. Comfortable bed. Slept great. Shower works & i felt safe. The treadmill is missing the magnet that turns it on so if you want to use it bring one from your refridgerator lol. Great if you just need a place to sleep.

The rooms come with microwaves and mini-fridges and clean linen but the bathroom floor looked like it had never been cleaned and the carpet in the room needed to be replaced.

Lobby was nice, but the building of rooms was dirty and run down. The noise from tge interstate sounded like thunder all night. We could hear every flush of the toilet from the upstairs room and the guy must have had GI issues. Find another place if u want to rest.

The hotel had many things wrong with it. The smell from the hallway to some of the hotel rooms. The first room had toren carpet, yellow stains on the wall close to the bed, one bed had white substance dyed up on it, the bath tub was rusty near the drain, ironing board didn't work. Then we asked to be transferred to another room this room bathroom light […] wouldn't stay on, we had to knock on the wall to turn the light back on. Hotel was rough. Bad neighborhood, old fixtures. Room had dead bug on floor right when we walked in. Showerhead was broken. Wife and I were scared to walk ion the floor barefoot. Very bad experience.

Everything looked ok until I stepped into the room the lights were on and it appeared someone showered in the bathroom there were dirty towels in the shower and the curtain was pulled back and toilet seat was left up.

Place stinks so bad I didn't leave my room. Room were ok. Hotel is in bad side of town and nothing but people who stink and cheap stay there. Pictures are NOTHING like hotel. That is the part they got me on. I would rather sleep in my car before I EVER stay there again. Nasty nasty nasty

The hotel was very nice and right off the highway but the front desk rep was rude and a bit unprofessional

The check in was easy. The bed was great, but no blanket it was only the cover. Room was clean but the bathtub could have been a little cleaner. Breakfast was a great way to start my travel the next day. Plus wi-fi was easy to connect.

Hotel appears find on the outside. However, the floors were very stained, walls needed to be painted. Worse than I expected from the hotel pictures. The location was very close to the Independence bowl. Hotel is near a rougher neighborhood. When coming home from a very late football game, there were several young teens roaming around the building at […] 1:30. On our way in the building a guy tried to stop us to sell cocaine! Reserving the Hotel was quick and convienient, however when we arrived our first room had an obvious stain on one of the beds and it had appeared to not have been vacumed or cleaned. I spoke with the front desk and Chardell was very courteous and kind ( I would like to thank her for her assistance as she did a great job). This hotel tried to look clean from an outward appearance but the hallways were horribly filthy, the carpets were stained to the point it smelled nasty. The room was as clean as the maid could get it, the sheets were clean and the bed comfortable but would not stay there again nor recommend it!

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. The hotel was not up to what I know as Ramada standards. I would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. It was an emergency situation, but even if I was at risk of flooding and drowning in my home for a storm, I would never stay at this hotel again.

This hotel smelled like cigar smoke ! It was horriuble the smell made us sick ! The carpet was very dirty...gross ! Bags of trash was scattered throughout the halls. The hotel was friendly and relatively clean. I could tell they didn't to a super job cleaning but it was still comfortable. I would defiantly go back if I had to stay for a few days and wanted a cheap safe hotel.

I was worried about my stay due to the other reviews although my stay was very nice. I had my two small children and was ok with them staying there. It was nice and I would stay there again ecpesially for the money, well worth it. My friends reserved a hotel at the Ramada in Bossier City and they on the other hand had a horrible room they were moved […] twice untill they just left and went to another hotel but the Ramada in Shreveport was just fine. Upon arrival the hotel was in ok condition. The exterior needs some work, especially the doors because they get stuck. The staff was nice. The room was clean. I was able to sleep well. The hotel is 10 minutes away from the casino area downtown. For the price this is a good deal.

For the price, the room was fine. This hotel looks like, at one time it was pretty nice, but is now quite run down. The room and bed was comfortable and clean which is what we were looking for and the price was very reasonable. The corridoors were not kept as clean as the rooms, they were pretty nasty.

The stat at this hotel was horrible,trashy,mold and mildew everywhere if I was a health inspecter it would be shut down immediately.The first night had no light in the restroom the next night the tile soap dish fel off the wall the next day the matinence people just simply glued it back on.The people living in thru out the hotel have dogs cats and etc. […] this is a very nasty and unsanitary place that needs to be SHUT DOWN and as far as Expida thanks......I do have pics and can send them to anyone Läs mer

List of issues: 1. Power failed in room right after check in. 2. No maintenance man on site to fix problem. 3. Corridor carpets extremely dirty with dark stains. 4. A/C did not work in fitnesss room due to which it smelled terrible (and this issue was not fixed during the 3 days that I stayed there). 5.
