Hotell Agora Saint Germain - Paris

Jag och min sambo stannade här i 5 nätter och är väldigt nöjda. Något små rum och ett något irriterande ringande i kyrkklockan på morgonen i kyrkan bredvid är väl det ända negativa. Mycket bra läge om man vill turista (nära till tunnelbana) och ha nära till många trevliga restauranger (latin kvarteren) på kvällen. Mycket bra litet personligt hotell. Var mycket tyst och lugnt. Moderna fina rum. Frukosten var också helt ok. Det fanns det man behövde plus lite till. Det endas som kändes osäkert var den mycket lilla hissen. Vi trodde att det skulle bli stopp varje gång som vi åkte.

Detta hotell ligger fantastiskt och är allt man kan önska sig för en weekend när man vill vara lagom mycket på rummet men mest på stan. Rummet var rent, fint och gav mer än standardutbudet. jag rekommenderar detta hotell varmt för den som vill ha en fin upplevelse som inte känns som budget men inte heller lyx.

Rent fräscht hotel som hade ett mycket bra läge. Mycket god frukost, färska baugetter och goda ostar att välja mellan. Mycket fina små gator med många restauranger. gångavstånd till Notre dame.

Allmänt bra hotell och läge MEN 1) ena dubbelsängen nedlegad - kolla sängen och inga problem 2) tunnelbanan hördes på vån 2 - begär högre upp och inga problem 3) ingen internetuppkoppling ingick, detta är idag out of fashion.

Couldn't be better. Highly recommend

Hotel is located within easy walking distance of a metro station. Also, an excellent boulangerie just around the corner where we got super croissants for breakfast every morning. The staff at Agora St. Germain was always helpful and responsive to our questions. They assisted in booking the return shuttle (we took the Roissy bus from the airport to the […] Opera metro and then took the metro to the station near the hotel -- worked great cost-wise but lugging large suitcases made it difficult on the metro stairs. The cost of the shuttle wasn't too much more than the cost of the Rosissy bus. I marked the comfort of the room as a 4 rather than 5 because the beds were so very hard and not much space in the room, but that isn't the fault of the hotel as that seems to be the nature of hotels in Paris. Perfect place in the Latin Quarter and right by a metro stop! highly recommend this hotel .

I've stayed at this hotel twice and must say I haven't been disappointed. It's in a good central location within walking distance of many major sites including Notre Dame and the Louvre. I was surprised at how helpful and friendly the front desk staff were, considering all I had heard about Paris. I will say that we found all service experiences at restuarants also to be very firendly, helpful and courteous. They all spoke enough english to get by. Comfortable room, renovated bath, free Internet, and a great location within walking distance of many sights, Metro, and RER. Rooms are typically "Parisian size", but how much time do you really spend there anyway? A famous bakery around the corner, and a market in the place at the end of the street. You can't beat it for the price and convenience.

A well positioned hotel with pleassant English speaking staff . Water in our bathroom which was at the top of the building could have been hotter ,although we mentioned it we were only showed how to manipulate the taps which we had already done and it had made no difference . The hotel was clean and in a wonderful location. The hotel was in a great, centrally-located neighborhood with lots going on. The street the hotel was located on was quiet and more residential though, which was very nice at night when we wanted to sleep. Everything was clean and the front desk staff was very kind and helpful. My only issues with this […] hotel were that the rooms are VERY small (two very tidy and petite 20-something girls shared one room and it was a very tight squeeze) and the shower was almost too small to use (once again, we are very petite girls). The information on hotels.com about the hotel stated that is had soundproof walls. This is NOT true. You could hear people in the next room having conversations. The street noise was terrible (and we were on the 3rd floor) and the bells toll every 30 minutes until 10 p.m. They begin again at 8 a.m. and they're at the church just across the street. The […] bed is hard, the pillow are awful and the room is quite warm. If you open the windows for ventilation, the noise is intolerable. We stayed in late December/early January. The hotel is very close to Notre Dame and the metro station is close. There is an open market at the end of the block every other day. Eric at the front desk was very helpful but the others working at the front desk were modestly helpful. The lift is large enough for one person and one bag and no one ever offers to help with luggage. The room and bathroom were relatively clean. While the bath boasts a bathtub, it is very small. I was exhausted when leaving as I had hardly slept for the four nights we stayed at the hotel. Also while a queen bed option was requested and was advertised, the "queen bed" is actually two twin beds pushed together and made up separately. Läs mer

Absolutely colorful and safe neighborhood, plente of sidewalk parisian cafes, very romantic, just 3 blocks away from Notre Dam and famous Panteon. It took me 12 minutes to go to the Luxenburg Gardens. My wife and I enjoyed it so much. Very clean, room not too big however comfortable. For the pricetag, this hotel was not worth it. Arriving from the airport well after check-in time, the room was not ready. When we finally got into the room, we were shocked by its size. The claustrophobia encourages us to be out and about exploring the city, but it wasn't what we had in mind.

We stayed at the Agora Saint Germain during our 4 days visit to Paris. We chose to book via hotels.com due to it's generous cancellation policy. The hotel is located in more quiet side of the Latin Quarter. If you prefer a quiet hotel, this one is for you. Room is, as expected, on a very small size. Agora St Germaine is a great place to stay at a reasonable price. The hotel staff are very nice and helpful. The Location of the hotel, as you might have already read by now through other reviews, is absolutely unbeatable. From ATMs, Grocery stores, Cafe's to Metro (Moubert-Mutualite) to all the great Latin Quarter attractions are literally within minutes. […] Go and visit Claruant Dubois at his Fromager - right next to Metro entrance - he was on Andrew Zimmerman show - and apparently the best cheesemaker in Paris. Overall, the hotels location and the staff made our stay very enjoyable. For my Job I have stay in Paris for a few nights most weeks. Ive been in hotels in and around this area and the Republic and this has to be the best by a big margin. Comfortable room, Clean, Working AC, Pleasant staff... It puts some chain hotels to shame...

I was only in Paris for 2 days. The location of this hotel was perfect to see all the major attractions. I was able to walk or take the metro to everything. The neighborhood was great with lots of shopping and restraurants close by. I would definitely go back to this hotel if I was in Paris again.

The hotel is in a quiet side street off the rue Monge and is well connected by Metro to all the main attractions. The hotel however is a bit dingy, the rooms very small and dark and the common parts lacking in style. In my opinion it is overpriced.

The location of the Hotel Agora St. Germain couldn't be better...five minutes from the river and Notre Dame. The Pantheon and a host of fine restaurants are also within easy walking distance. The St. Germain area is very picturesque, and a beehive of activity. The rooms, of course, as small, and storage is almost non-existant, but they are neat as a […] pin and the bathroom facilities as top notch. Stayed at the Agora Hotel for my Wedding Anniversary and agree with all the reviews I had previously read The hotel is in an ideal postion on the left bank of the river It's literally minutes walk to the Notre Dame and right at the heart of the St Germain Boulevard The rooms are small, but stylish and contemporary and very clean and well equipped Hotel […] Receptionists were extremely helpful both in booking trips before I arrived and throughout my stay The only downside was there was no bar at the hotel to relax in at the end of the day but the location made it easy to sample the local Cafe Bars within a couple of minutes walk away I would definitely return to this hotel and would like to thank all who work there especially Marco for booking the Bateaux Mouches River cruise trip which topped a really nice romantic weekend for me and my wife Läs mer

Apesar de ter chegado em Paris às 20h e no hotel por volta de 40m após, não entendemos a cobrança do café da manhã no dia da chegada. Obrigada.

Hotel is recent gerenoveerd. Kamer is mooi en net. Wij hadden een superior room op eerste etage aan straatzijde. Mooie badkamer, groot bed. Kamer op zich is wat klein, maar dit is normaal voor hotels in centrum Parijs. Kamer aan de straatkant is wat lawaaierig en ook hoor je de metro onder het hotel tot 1 uur s'nachts en vanaf 5 uur s'morgens = licht […] storend. Vanaf 7.30 s'morgens luiden de klokken van de kerk op de hoek van de straat. Läs mer

Hotel céntrico, al lado de la catedral y pegado a Saint Germain. Estupenda relación calidad - precio. Recomendable, he estado en varios hoteles de 4 y 5 estrellas en parís, y la verdad este creo que se queda corto con 3, pues no tiene nada que envidiar a categorías superiores.

In einer tollen Lage zum Shoppen und Paris zu Fuss zu entdecken liegt das Hotel, dass allerdings schon bessere Zeiten gesehen hat. Die Zimmer sind auch für Pariser Verhältnisse winzig und die letzte Renovierung scheint auch schon einige Zeit zurückzuliegen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist nicht schlecht aber es geht auch in Paris noch besser.

La habitación era pequeña pero muy correcta y limpia.

Das Hotel hat zwar wirklich sehr kleine Zimmer, ist aber sauber und ideal gelegen.
