Large room, very comfortable. Overnight parking should be FREE, or clearly disclosed up front.

Tv's were old tube tv with really bad picture with lines on screen. Otherwise stay was good, with a lot of options for restaurants right there. Close to airport for departure next day.

The control for our bed did not work and so we slept on a hard board all night...got in late and were exhausted coming from Victoria BC and didn't want the job of moving everything we unpacked to another room.We changed hotels.

While it is nice to have a suite; my room was like a 35 year old furnished apartment. Retro furnishings and carpet; and the good old CRT TV set. My reservation promised a sleep number bed; but instead I got to rock hard beds. Lots of restaurants nearby is a plus. Won't be back at any price.

We stayed for 1 night the room was impeccable clean spacious and was surrounded by restaurants would recommend this hotel to anyone

Radisson Suites Hotel is in a good location if you're attending a trade show at either the Toronto Congress Centre next door or the International Centre a short distance down the road. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel which is very convenient. The only negative is the parking where they charge $14 a night and the cramped […] spaces. Stayed before and after a trip to Mexico. Hotel was very clean with up to date decor. The staff was incredibly healpfull and polite with a good sense of humour. The Radisson is now our number one choice for hotels near Pearson airport and we will be back.

Overall room/stay was fine but lots of little issues: walls had patched up holes, heard airplanes landing close overhead, I stayed there twice a few nights apart but in the same room and they left the same shower soap I had opened the first stay days ago... pillow cases were nearing the end of their life, and you had to pay for parking in a humongous […] open lot that could have been free. I ended up double booking the room as I got no confirmation the first time but they did credit back my card so that worked out okay. I did have truoble with the booking process, hence the doubling up. I was disappointed to find there was an extra charge for parking that was added to my tab, not standard practice at most of the airport hotels. people at front was great, very friendly, good to deal with ITS NEED A BUSINESS CENTER, AND COMPUTER THAT YOU DONT HAVE TO PAY TO USE

Receptionist are not welcoming as it should be. There is no room for computers and printers!?

It is a convenient location, with a few restaurants right in the parking lot. They charge for parking though, $14. Although there were 2 TVs in the suite style room, both are old 27 inch old style TV (not flat screen), one of which buzzed when you turned it on. It was clean. Solid 3 star hotel.

Hotel as a Hotel was OK - The food in the Restaurant was not good at all and I'm not a picky eater.

I enjoyed my stay at the radisson it was beautiful .. the only thing that I would say was a drag was going to another floor to get ice... That was pretty annoying, other than that, the beds absouletly amazing, georgeous beds very comfortable and had heated mattress.. The Televisions really need to be updated and the toilet inside the bowl seems to […] be well worn eventhough it was clean you can tell that it has been there for awhile.. Worst beds I've ever slept on, a concrete slab would have been more comfortable. They have sleep number beds, but have pumped them up to the max firmness and then removed the remote controls. No fridge in our room, it was removed for "maintenance". The hotel staff apologized a lot, but did nothing to remedy the situation. The rooms were otherwise nice […] and comfortable. The neighborhood is not exactly pleasant, with multiple car alarms going off and crazy people begging for money running around harassing anybody in the vicinity. I would never stay here again. Nice and clean. Very friendly staff. Nice beds, very quiet. Airport location, but plenty to eat nearby and two Tim Horton's shops withing 50 yards of each other! Good choice!

Very unhelpful shuttle driver. Unhelpful front desk.

We stayed for 3 nights because of IMATS being held at the congress centre behind the hotel. They didn't know anything about IMATS when asked about the location (IMATS had the hotel on their website w a discount code, which I couldn't use). The fitness centre was very tiny, there wasn't a pool or hot tub at all. For a 4 star hotel you'd think theyd have […] something like that. The elevator was nauseating to go on. The bistro had horrible service. We went down there to eat, sat at table and after 15 minutes of not being acknowledged, we left. My friends ordered room service after and 20 wings cost them $60! The chamber maid still went into both of our rooms even after the do not disturb signs were on and then argued and yelled at us about it. The bathrooms were very small, tubs were not impressive, and the water pressure was terrible. The pull out couch was broken, not comfortable at all and the living area was so small that the bed just fit (actually touching the tv cabinet). There were a lot of restaurants in the parking lot though, so that was a plus. I wouldn't stay here again, next time I'll stay at the double tree across the street. Läs mer

Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Even though my conference was across the street in the Double Tree (Hilton) Hotel, I prefer to stay at the Radisson because the rooms are bigger (suite), comfortable, cheaper, and slightly closer to dining. Can't beat the value in the area. Will book again when in Toronto.

This is a very clean, well-maintained hotel. It is nearby the airport, which is appealing in some cases. While you can hear the planes taking off and landing, it is not so terrible that you will wake up repeatedly during the night. If you are planning on visiting the city for most of your stay, the Radisson is probably not your best bet, despite being […] reasonably priced. Radisson should have a system that notifies them when a person books through hotels.com, so that when a guest shows up they're not waiting an hour for a fax!!! to come through. I was extremely disappointed and upset! not to mention they kept telling me that I did not pay for my room even though I had the receipt showing paid in full! I found that the […] staff did not seem comptent in the check in process. This is the second time I've experienced this at this same hotel but thought the first time was just a fluke. Now that I see it's not I refuse to stay at this hotel again. There are few others in the area including Double Tree right across the street. Everything was great except for the fact that they had no pool or hot tub.

I stayed here for one night in October because I was attending a conference at the Doubletree across the street which was booked. The room was huge with a separate living area and a huge master with connecting ensuite. The room was older but very well maintained and I loved the space it offered. It had everything I needed including a tv in the livingroom […] and bedroom. I was able to have this kingsize room for half the price of what I would have payed at the Doubletree. Very nice suite, could not enjoy it as much, since I stayed overnight. Convenient location very close to the airport and free shuttle service 24 hours, every 30 minutes. Free Wifi and friendly staff.

You cant beat a free 24hr shuttle to the airport running twice an hour! Also, the desk person let us check out at 5pm without an extra charge because our flight was not until 8 pm and my husband was ill. Very understanding and accommodating.

My family and i stayed at another hotel in May of this year and when i drove pass by the Radisson i kept saying that i should have stayed here just by the outside appearance and the way it was in the center of everything. I really enjoyed my stay here and sure enough when i am in that area again i will definately stay here. i also had booked five other […] suite along with mine and every one was very satisfied with this choice. The only thing to be done is to change the television from those old school to a plasma type and remove the cabinet in the living room from all of the excutive rooms,the hotel will be very perfect,all of the staffs are professional trained and up to standard======Great job they do.

Coming off a long trans-oceanic flight with the prospect of a very early departure to cross the continent the following day, we arrived tired. This hotel raised our spirits by exceeding our expectations with a polished spacious suite, large and comfortable king-size bed - all at an ultra-competitive rate. The following early morning wake-up, with confirming […] call, were made to us by courteous front desk staff. Shuttle was included. The room was not cleaned very well after our first night's stay. The staff was not very helpful with explaining the coupons for breakfast and I was charged when I assumed it should be free. Wouldn't stay there again

Very nice, big rooms. Separate sitting area with closed bedroom. Beds were awesome, very comfy. Was a little farther from the airport than other hotels, but not at all out of the way. Airport shuttle very convenient. Overall a nice hotel. We stayed there with our 3 year.

I wondered how I managed to get a room in this lovely hotel so cheap, but quite regularly through the night the reason became obvious. I know it's got "airport hotel" in the name of the place, but this one's right at the end of the runway. The planes stopped at about 11pm, but started again at about 4am. Each time one takes off, it sounds and feels […] like the world's ending. If you only need 5 hours' sleep a night, then this hotel is wonderfully modern, beautifully clean and the rooms are very spacious and luxurious, but if you like to sleep a little longer I'd consider elsewhere. EXCELLENT Hotel .. Very Clean and Comfortable .. Staff was excellent !! ... Need to take a cab if you want to get Downtown or you can get a city bus right outside the Hotel. Excellent Restaurants within a very quick walking distance..OR .. You can eat at the Restaurant right at the Hotel .. A quick cab ride to many area attractions. Very dirty, very old, rust everywhere, very close to the airport. You will hear every plane taking off and landing, we had a baby with us who kept waking because of the noise. The staff is very nice and friendly but the hotel is garbage. I would not recommend it to anyone. The pictures on the Internet are deceiving...

For the room size, the rate we paid was great. Service was quick when we asked for towels, ice bucket and even scissors. Our room was not ready when we arrived because the prior guest had checked out later- wasnt too pleased about that and the man checking us in didn't handle our unhappiness well as he began to give us attitude saying its not his fault. […] Check-in was about 15mins until they cleaned the room and then we just ended up taking a smoking room since my partner is a smoker anyway. Check out was very quick. About 20min drive from downtown. Lots of great places to eat on that road!!! Läs mer

The hotel was clean with a comfortable suite. But you dont get personal treatment since its a hotel where most people come for transit. So people just go in and out the whole day

My reservation was for a Deluxe suite with a sleep number bed. I was given a suite with a normal bed and management simply told me that "not every room has a sleep number bed" but nothing was done to remediate the situation. Although this hotel is close to YYZ airport, there are other hotels also close to YYZ that are less noisy.
