Hotell Hotel Le Plaza Brussels - Bryssel

I stayed 2 nights friday to sunday and I got a very good price. However, the hotel is not a real 5 star hotel in my opinion, it's more a 4 star. There's nothing wrong with it but they simply don't deliver 5 star service. None of the staff goes the extra mile except for 1 girl at the reception who let me use the back office computer when the lobby computers […] printer didn't work. The room was clean, bed was extremely wide and comfortable and hotel was very quiet. There is no wifi in the rooms and the computers in the lobby costs 10 Euro for 45 minutes and the printer doesn't work. Breakfast was buffee style with all I could ask for except that the staff seems to be students or relatives to the normal staff who are on vacation, not so experienced in other words. Fick ett bra pris så det var underbart att kunna lyxa till det. Tillfluffade kuddar varje dag :-) Frukosten var dock inte värd priset.

Ettt mycket rymligt och bekvämt hotel med vackra lokaler och trevlig atmosfär.

I can say without a doubt that this is a very nice hotel, it is very clean, the staff members are very friendly and helpful. Very good quality for the price, the location is very convenient as is only 8 minutes walking from the Grand Place. Stayed two nights there while in town for a conference. Room was big and comfortable. No view from the window but the room had a huge television to watch. Hotel looks classy in decorated old fashioned way. Free wifi worked fine. Could not find the gym mentioned in the overview, did not ask though. Bar closed quite early on a weekday and people were […] rushed out at 23:00. Valet parking was at the time of my visit 30€/night, not a bargain but good option if you don't want to drive around looking for a free spot by the streets. a very positive experience staying at the plaza hotel in brussels...

The Hotel was very beautiful and clean. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom. The only issue we had with the room was that it was too hot, but they have AC so that made it better at night. Based on the price we got, this hotel was AMAZING! It is honestly one of the nicest places I have EVER stayed. The bed was fantastic, the bathroom was huge, and everything was clean and comfortable. The room looked like one in an old mansion or castle you would tour!

The hotel was located a few blocks from the main pedestrian throughway and also near strip clubs and alternative shops. The latter was not a problem for the two of us. Upon arrival, they misplaced my name on the room, since I added another name to the room. Instead of listening to me, they kept telling me that they had the paperwork for me but no room […] under my name. This led to a frustrating ordeal that lasted nearly 20 minutes, which is no fun after traveling. Other than that, the hotel was good but not great. The bed was lovely but the bathroom and room decor shabby. My main complaint was ordering breakfast for the room and it didn't arrive because they "forgot it". Not really acceptable for a hotel of this supposed quality. Avoid if you value good service.

For those looking for old world grandeur, then ths hotel would be perfect. Centrally located and very close to the main shopping street and metro. A short walk to the main sights and square.

Only issue is not really located in the tourist area of the city. Since it's a small city with a good metro, not a major problem.

Arrived at the hotel shocked to have no cash to pay cab (lost it somewhere)--desk clerk was quick and responsive to resolve the situation. Very friendly staff and first-class room!

The hotel was truly beautiful and elegant, but it's got to be very old. There is no central AC in the hotel, but there are portable AC units in the bedrooms. However, they aren't quite adequate on hot days, especially if you are in the bathroom (where the air doesn't reach) trying to get ready to go out. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. […] The bathrooms were large and comfortable (albeit toasty with no AC) and even had soft towels which is unusual for most European hotels. Breakfast was one price - expensive, which is difficult if you only want a cup of coffee and a croissant. The hotel is within walking distance to Grand Market and many restaurants/cafes. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. This hotel is worth more than what I paid. The people of Brussels are very friendly.

Hotel Plaza Brussels is in a good location is pretty clean and comfortable. You have to pay 20 euro per day for internet service and the gym is pretty small with one weight lifting machine that was broken.

上品でスタッフ親切、快適に過ごす事ができました。グランプラスからは徒歩15分ほどかかりましたがホテルの前に地下鉄の駅があり地下鉄を使えばあっというまに中心部に行く事ができます。お部屋も手入れが行き届きインテリアも素敵でブリュッセルでの滞在には最高のホテルだと思います。

Un bel hôtel malheureusement mal situé. j'ai trouvé les environs assez mal fréquentés. Le personnel est charmant mais visiblement, le we, le service est réduit : pas de restaurant et on était assez tassés dans la salle de breakfast qui était différente (en moins bien) de celle proposée sur le site. par contre, les parties communes sont assez sublim […] es. Het hotel zit op een prima locatie waardoor je de zakelijke, maar ook de toeristische aspecten van Brussel makkelijk (lopend) kunt ontdekken. Verder oogt het hotel wat chique en oud-bollig, maar heb je al je gewenste comfort (goede bedden, tv, internet en schone badkamer). Ontbijt is prima verzorgd! Staselig hotell med god beliggenhet, tykke tepper i trapper og store rom. Veil pris er altfor høy, helgetilbud svært akseptabel.

Rigtig godt hotel med fin service. Blev dog noget overrasket over ved udcheckning at blive præsenteret for en ekstraregning for "city tax" - noget som hotels.com ikke havde orienteret om.

7 jenter på weekendtur. Vi tok en maxitaxi fra flyplassen da dette ble rimeligere enn tog og evt taxi fra stasjonen. Store rom med deilige senger og stort bad. Nydelig frokost med alt du kan ønske deg. Shoppingsentrene to minutter unna. Kort spasertur til restaurantgata og Grand Place. The hotel is allright, we thought it would be a bit more luxerious then it was (looking at the photos). You clould easily see this is a hotel that has been around for years. Details as door knobs, chair fabric, paint job around the room not really maintaint. In the booking process it said we would recive a welcoming present, this we had to ask for, […] and the hotel staff didnt seem to know about this at all. Futher on, the staff (not the breakfast staff- very friendly) wasnt really smiling and friendly as i would expect for this price. sehr nett und gepflegt/ Rezeptionistin leicht überfordert/ Frühstückspreis 27.- völlig überzogen/ Tipp: in jedem Fall Frühstück außerhalb( direkt gegenüber im Einkaufszentrum im 1. UG nettes Kaffee)

Fin beliggenhet, god frokost. Savner mer informasjon ved resepsjonen. Baren kunne vært litt lengere åpen enn kl. 23.00.

Bra hotellstandard med unntak av mulighet for oppkobling til WiFi (går mot betaling i resepsjonsområdet). All nettbruk tar de godt betalt for. Nettkabel på rommet med løsning som ikke støtter Mac. Betjeningen var generelt lite imøtekommende - Antar det finnes bedre hotell i Brussels i samme prisområde.

exellente nuit passée. La chambre était très confortable et le petit dejeuner absolument divin. Je regrette un peu l'emplacement, car c'est un peu trop loin du centre.

Schönes altes Haus, große Zimmer, altes aber sauberes Bad. Erstaunlich ruhig, passables Frühstück. Internet sehr teuer, 1 kleine Flasche stilles Mineralwasser aus der Minibar € 6,50 !!

L'hôtel offre de belles prestations. Le service et la disponibilité du personnel sont exemplaires. Nous n'avons qu'à nous louer de notre halte à l'hôtel Plaza.

Hotell Plaza i Brussel var veldig flott og ærverdig, med god service. Beliggenheten var sentral, uten støy. Metrostasjon rett utenfor. Vi hadde ikke frokost inkuldert, men spiste i byen. Vær obs på dyr frokost på hotellet hvis du skal kjøpe det utenom.

Os serviços de apoio ao cliente não são eficientes e a localização do hotel não é agradável para quem faz turismo.

Hotellet har god standard, noe dyr frokost men absolutt verdt en anbefaling.

Et tradisjonsrikt og fasjonabelt, men ikke avskrekkende snobbete hotell i enden av en boulevard som leder mot bysentrum. Rommet var stort og med alle bekvemmeligheter. Betjeningen var korrekt og hyggelig. Avgjort god valuta for pengene (til den spesialprisen jeg fikk)

Hôtel prestigieux, à 2 minutes de la station de Métro Rogier et moins de 10 minutes du centre et de ses attractions. L'établissement est certes un peu vieillot, mais tout à fait conforme à l'image du palace que je m'en faisais : lustres et tapis anciens, vieille porte tambour... Le prototype même du grand hôtel "d'époque", au charme certain. Le personnel […] a été très accueillant et souriant. Quant à la chambre...Une pure merveille ! Propre (petit chocolat sur l'oreiller chaque jour !), spacieuse (chambre prestige de 47 m²!), bien située au calme. Seul bémol pour les plus "exigeants" : quelques sex shops bordent le boulevard Adolphe Max. Honnêtement je trouve que le décalage est parfait mais certains pourraient s'en offusquer. J'y retournerai sans hésitation pour renouveler cette expérience concluante de week-end en amoureux dans cette merveilleuse cité ! Läs mer
