Suggestions -Logistics. a) have small trash near coffee. Not cool when creamer is dribbling down your hand when you're dressed for presentation, walking across the room to a large trash can. b) napkins and forks/spoons/knives together. When other people are in line to get their breakfast, guests feel uncomfortable waiting or asking to reach in because […] they started with waffle and things are back by cereal or bagles. c) we didn't spot the blow dryer until after we needed it. Overall a good stay .. this is our favorite overnight place in Wichita .. the breakfast wasn't as good a usual .. they were out of items.. we had to ask for bowls .. but over all good

This bed conformed to your body, it was so comfortable. The room seemed to be updated and very clean. The location was a bit out of the way and eating places weren't very close by.

Unfortunately there was a bad smell in the room at arrival. We later found it was due to the carpet in front of the mini fridge was saturated with water. Thi s room should not have been rented to guests until the problem resolved. The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast served was fantastic - breakfast sandwiches, fresh fruit, yogurt, and many other extras were very much enjoyed. We made sure to mention it to the staff.

Not impressed. Room smelled musty. Was at least 6 nights no one was in our room, only because the alarm clock was never updated and daylight savings was the weekend before. We were told we would have a crib and they gave it to someone else even though I confirmed it on the phone earlier that day. This is the first time I have taken the time to rate a stay but thought it was warranted. The hotel was extremely clean, newly remodeled, rooms were quiet, beds very comfortable, breakfast very sufficient,staff so friendly! An absolute find for the price! Just minutes from the airforce base! Will stay again next time I am in town!

Was able to hear people beside and above us. Complained to desk staff. They were great and asked the other guests to lower their voices. No problems after that. Even moved us rooms the next night where there were fewer guests and less noise. Slept great!

The ad claims total remodel in 2011. Our bathroom had never been remodeled. We got one washcloth for two of us. Come on. I killed the biggest bug, thought it was a roach, but think it was a cricket. I killed it on Sat. and Sunday morning after cleaning the room, it was still there. Not impressed.

This is always our favorite hotel to stay at in Wichita. However the room was just not up to the high standard we are accustomed to when we stay at the Fairfield. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is wonderful.

Stay was fine, but clerk charged one of our employees whose stay had been paid for in advance; called hotel manager and he said it would be taken care of -- I hope so!

Not good my room had alot of aunts in the room. I told the front desk about it left the room for a while, but when I came back the aunts were still in the room. They were all around the air conditioner not one but about 300 or so..

This hotel is convenient to local attractions and easy to find. It was well-kept and very clean with an in-room refridgerator. We enjoyed the outdoor pool, complimentary continental breakfast and afternoon cookies, and the HD TV with HBO.

The mattresses here were amazingly comfortable! Decent size outdoor pool that came in handy since it was 108 degrees during our stay. Was very close to attractions and highway access. Continental breakfast was better than others... theirs included hot breakfast sammies and a Belgian waffle maker! Yum! Overall - fantastic. Staff and facility was great - friendly and helpful. Room and hotel was very clean. However, room did smell like it used to allow smoking. Only other issue was that we were told it was two miles from my grandma's house. Actually was 5 miles - not a big deal at all, but information was not accurate.One last thing - one guest was […] walking around barefoot in the breakfast area. We were surprised that the room had a stale smell. Three previous stays were very satisfactory. It worked for our overnight stay.

Nice, clean hotel. Very friendly front desk attendents.We woke up late and called the front desk to see what time breakfast ended. It just so happened it closed at 9 and that's when i called. The front desk person said he would have them keep it open for another 30 minutes. That was nice, however the attendent didn't refill anything, so there wasn't […] much to choose from. The ceiling in the shower was dripping, I couldn't tell if it was leaking from the room above or if the showerhead was spraying too much water onto the ceiling. The hotel and room were satisfactory. The speed of check-in and customer service provided by the front desk staff was not satisfactory. I arrived to the hotel at 11:15 at night and waited in the lobby until 11:40 before finally receiving the key to my room. The staff and check-in process needs some fine-tuning.
