The water had anaweful smell. We turned on the spicket to get a shower and a bunch of green gook come flying outand it smelled like sewage. They did try to clean the room but thats like putting a band aide on a sever cut. The carpets are really really dirty, they need taken out and replaced. The hotel definately need updated. Carpets are filthy and smelly they tried covering it up with a cleaner or spray. They need to change the carpets! This would be a huge improvement. Considering we were on vacation and not in the room a lot, was a decent place. Was nice having a small playground on site for our son. Also has a small laundry/game room which was pretty neat. We never used the pool due to the weather but looked very inviting. The staff were decent, but we didnt have to much contact with them since we were in and out […] so much. room was nice breakfast adeqaute but somehow alll four of us woke up with very stuffy noses and sore throats...perhaps it was poor venitilation or dusty carpets

1. The room was humid and damp; it smelled of mold or something. 2. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good (bread, muffins, oj, apple juice, coffee, tea, danishes) 3. The hotel is old. There's nothing special about it. We were charge a resort fee, which was a small fee but anyways. We ended up checking out a day early because we did not like the room. It was dirty, the carpets were so dirty that my 4 year old walked bare foot and his feet were totally black...that's disgusting. The rooms are equipped with 2 double beds plus a sofa bed which came in handy for the five of us. The hot tub was hot! The pool was warm and wonderful everyone had a blast! Had only one issue on one day room was not made up till 5pm, but Jean at the front desk was very helpful to resolve it quickly. We will be back and will recommend.

Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Breakfast could use an improvement though. If you want a clean place at a cheap price, this will do for sure.

All our food and beverages froze in the fridge; they did not replace the fridge or the cost of food. Coffee maker did not work; they did not replace it. The "9" on the phone did not work so I couldn't make local calls; had to use my cell phone; they did not replace it. All of the above were noted on day 2 and we were there for 10 days. Paid for.non smoking got a smoking room there was still.garbage in the room.from. Previous client staff in office was not.polite and did not even disclose fee charged to my credit card at checkin. Not the best experience.....

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We've stayed in Orlando numerous times and for value this was one of the nicer places we've found. We weren't going to any theme parks on this trip so not sure of the location based on the parks but there are plenty of restaurants nearby and the pool was clean and the kids enjoyed the playground.

Hotel was OK... no real issues other than it could use a refurbising.. looks and feels a little old.

This hotel looks like it has not been updated since the 70's. The bathroom floors are filthy and the hinges are all rusty and found bugs in the bathtub. The beds were so old and hard, like sleeping on box springs. The curtains were falliing off the rods and the carpet was very dirtly. The safe did not work and had to call staff to get in and out of […] it. The staff was very pleasant and helpful but that does not make up for the uncleanliness of the room. You usually get what you pay for, but this hotel gave us more! Absolutely NOTHING fancy about this place, but we were very comfortable. They had a Disney shuttle. They had complimentary USA Today each morning, and a breakfast that was nothing special but gave you plenty to fill up before heading out. What impressed us the most was the STAFF. We love our annual stays at Travel Lodge , Kissimmee. Clean, courteous staff, and so convenient.

Convenient location for us - beds were comfy, no bugs!!! Basically clean but not terrific. Free breakfast was a joke, smelly room+++ and crowded - we did not partake in "breakfast"

For the price it's a very good option, isn't the best hotel but if you only need a clean place to sleep an get a shower this is what you need . It was clean, comfortable and very good located. The Store in front has the best oranges ever. It has a Wafle house at walking distance. The room has microwave and refrigerator so we could make sandwiches.

We are along in years and had an upstairs room. There is no elavator ,so we should have asked for a first floor room. We had a very pleasent stay otherwise.

This hotel was decent at best. Undergoing a lot of renovations so hopefully will improve after that. Too far from the attractions, we drive about 30 miles round trip every day just getting back and forth to Disney. Stay at the other travelodge instead. May cost a few bucks more but definitely worth it.

I checked in with my family and as soon you open the door you get a misty smell in the room. after staying one day everyone start complaining. so we checked out and got another hotel. Location is very good. close to everything. the price is cheap. i wish if they can change the carpeting and mattress in the room. Good luck.

cant miss it with the big orange next door and the walking distance to the waffle house..just change the sheets to the bed and your good to go..byt wheres the clothes that were supposed to be sent to me that i left behind by mistake? housekeeping ? did you ever send them at all? i hope my cc wasnt charged

I read about the reviews of this lodge. The reviews were bad, so I worried about being there. I had no alternatives. What I felt about the lodge was different from the reviews of other persons. Clean, wide, not bugs. sufficient. I recommend this lodge.

Pleasant enough for family needs and proximal to theme parks. Breakfast was good and the help in the breakfast room was excellent. Stayed there previously and would likely stay there again - very economical for families.

The hotel was fine for what we needed.It was cleaned every day.We did not pay a lot for a weeks hoils. The swimming pool was not very inviting. But over all it was not bad for the money. It was a travel lodge.

Im not going to bash this place because it was the cheapest most convenient hotel I could find close to parks. But not the cleanest (roaches, moldy smell in room), friendliest (manager arguing with staff in front of me and other guests, asked maintenance man for help with roach problem and rudely told me to take problem to the front desk). Its convenience […] to parks is also misleading due to traffic and stop lights, etc. I stayed further away last year (West side of town) and got to the parks much quicker. Breakfast was ok and overall value was ok. I will not stay there again. P.S. when your calling hotels for reservations, ask if owners and personell live at the hotel. The room was dirty, it took us 3 attempt to get a room that does not smell. The housekeeper was rude and knock on our door every few minutes on Saturday! The pool is so old the concrete is broken and the chairs are broken as well. Too bad! Will not go back to this hotel.

This is one of the many many hotels on 192 in Kissimmee that caters to the low price disney vacation set. As such, it has great prices for a room you probably shouldn't be doing anything but sleeping in. The door looked like it had been kicked in at least once, but closed without any problems and the locks worked. (Too well - it took at least two swipes […] to get in.) The beds were a little on the stiff side, and a touch old, but did their job. The filter in the bathroom fan needed serious changing, but overall it was clean enough and there weren't holes in the wall. Despite being a "resort fee" added hotel, this is definitely a no-frills, not even HBO hotel. My biggest complaint about it? Parking. Even with only roughly 3 quarters of rooms occupied, the skimpy parking was full every night. People were parking for the hotel at the giant orange gift shop and waffle house that share the parcel. I didn't expect much with the price of this hotel. I did expect it to be clean. The first night was okay. The room was clean enough. The room is dated and worn, but that is expected at this price. However, on the second night when I got back to the room, it smelled moldy or musty. I couldn't figure it out. The first room they gave us still had dirty towels hanging up and trash in the cans. The second room they gave us had sinking beds, peeling furniture and stained walls. There was a hole in the shower wall that we had to stop up with a towel, then we had to change rooms again because the stopper in the sink was closed and couldn't be opened. The shuttle was late, then when it arrived, they waited an additional 10 minutes for guests from another hotel. Then, it waited for 15 minutes at another hotel. Once we got onto Disney property, they dropped us off at EPCOT and told us to take another bus, although the schedule said we would be taken to Magic Kingdom. The breakfast was minimal, and tolerable, at best. On the second night there, we were not given any clean wash cloths, and when my husband went to the office to request some, they sent him into another room to get some. This hotel is conveniently located to all parks and attractions. It wasn't the best but wasn't the worst either. It was a place to sleep and keep our belongings. The room was perfect for 6 people with 2 doubles and 1 pull out sofabed. The room had a microwave, fridge, and cable TV. the pool and hot tub were a plus as was the basic continental breakfast […] consisting of bagels, muffins, juice, coffee, and cereal. worked for us and the kids. the tub was a bit slow to drain so was a little inconvenienced but other than that the staff were friendly and polite. This hotel is good only if you just want to rest your head for the night and shower in the morning. If traveling with toddlers and children that like to sit on the floor and play, not a good idea, rugs are really dirty. The dining area is small and the toasters don't work. The pool is not very inviting either.

For the price A++++. This room was actually bigger than our "suite" at the Disney Port Orleans. Room was clean and in decent repair. Great hotel for the price. Convenient to parks and surrounded by familiar restaurants. Would stay again.

The people were not friendly or helpful. The air conditioning in the room did not work well at all and it was 100 degrees that day. The fridge didn't get cold. Only has one ice machine and the people at the front desk said we couldn't get ice for a cooler. Would not stay here again

The service was great, followed by room condition and price... I stayed the night before in masters which is located next to, and Travelodge is too much better than the other... The price is a little bit higher but it worst. The only thing (which is not hotel fault), is that in this hotel stays too many families with kids and sometimes are loud

This hotel was good but needs some TLC. It was convently close to DW without staying at the park. I will stay here again.

Peeling wallpaper sticky mildew carpet and HAIR stuck to the shower wall..NEVER AGAIN!!
