"Clean"

"close to everything"
we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and decor of the sleep inn for the price. i am extremely picky about hotel cleanliness so if i liked it, most people should. we checked in a little late (8pm) and the front desk guy was super friendly, polite, and helpful. the location was right next to multiple restaurants, shopping, and whole foods (where […] we bought deli items to eat in our room). it's a little bit outside of downtown but only about 5 minutes. it was very quiet and they allow dogs which is super awesome because we didn't have to leave our dog at home. the fee for having her there was very small. there isn't a fridge or microwave but we didn't need them and they weren't missed. we will stay again when in bend, oregon. We were there getting our grandson checked in at Community College.The hotel was close to every every store we needed for last minute shopping for his dorm--Staples, Costco, Big Lots, Safeway.And we loved the fact that there were so many good restaurants right there in walking distance. "It's a solid 4..."
Small rooms, but had a work place, flat screen TV and was clean throughout. I blitzed in and out for just one night. The pool looked good but I didn't use. "Disappointing"

The only negative is that it was not easy to get to. Street signs in Bend are poor, but that is not the fault of Sleep Inn. In all other aspects is was very good. Would definitely use them again, and will try other Sleep Inns.Verifierad gästrecension

"Mixed review"
The hotel staff and service was really good. The hotel was recently updated in some aspects, however the heater/AC unit in our room was old and didn't work well. For us personally the bed was really stiff and uncomfotable. The hotel is located in shopping area and close to many things. Breakfast was decent and well stocked.Verifierad gästrecension

"paper thin walls"
The hotel was very loud. My husband and I had a hard time sleeping while overhearing the cleaning staff loudly reporting that she was the only person cleaning the hotel and so she could not be expected to do the laundry. Otherwise, the bed was very comfortable.Verifierad gästrecension från Expedia

Hotel lobby was being painted, so the stairs were blocked off. Not a major inconvenience, but would have been nice to use the stairs to go up and down 1 flight instead of the elevator. "Good value"
Hotel was a good value and the location was convenient for us. The room was perfectly nice and comfortable with two exceptions: there was no fridge, and the room had lingering odor of cigarettes. "Rude Service"
I travel A LOT for business and this was my first of many nights I will be traveling to Bend, but probably my last night staying at the Sleep Inn. Quite often, I leave hotels after their posted check-out time when I am preparing for a meeting, and I have NEVER been given a hard time about it at any hotel, except for the Sleep Inn in Bend. It was 11:45 […] AM and I was about to finish packing and check out, when the kid at the front desk threatened to charge me for an extra day if I wasn't out in 10 minutes. Maybe part of his job description is "preventing customer loyalty" or "ensuring business travelers never stay here more than once". If so, then this kid is really doing a great job. "Great Place"
Friendly and helpful desk clerks, very clean facility, comfortable room, lovely swimming pool and hot tub. It was nice to have a light breakfast before hitting the road. "Stay in Bend"
This hotel is a 2 star motel. Nothing really bad but notheing utterly outstanding. Breakfast is a little on the light side, 2 star. The beds are a little stiff, 2 star. A little noisy, 2 star.
