Bra hotell med magnifik utsikt över Ground Zero. Century 21 outlet ligger precis intill hotellet men för övrig shopping och för att se resten av Manhattan ligger det för långt ner. Man måste ta taxi eller tunnelbana för att komma till tex central park eller Times Square. Byggandet av nya One Worldtrade stör en del. Arbetena pågår dygnet runt, sju dagar […] i veckan. Verkar också som de bullrar lite mer efter kontorstid för att inte störa affärsverksamheten i området. Detta gör att det låter en del till rummen mot bygget. Läs mer

jättebra hotell vid Ground Zero, nära till Battery Park, färjor till Frihetsgudinnan. Nära till tunnelbana och till Path ( tar dig till Newark Penn station, vidare till Newark flygplats)

Ville ha ett lite lyxigare hotell de sista två nätterna av vår vistelse i NY och valde då detta. Hade tidigare läst en del negativa saker om det närliggande Ground Zero då det byggdes där - inga problem alls. Bodde på 47:e våningen, rummet var riktigt schysst och sängen var underbar. Städat och fint, det vi dock saknade var badrockarna som hade utlovats […] i beskrivningen av rummet. Det brydde oss vi inte om särskilt mkt ändå. Tunnelbanan som tog dig uptown till tex broadway, central park, empire state building låg precis utanför. Nära till färjan som tar dig till frihetsgudinnan samt till wall street och andra närliggande områden som china town bl.a. Rekommenderas om du vill ha lyx för en liten billigare peng. Läs mer

Beautiful rooms, helpful staff, amazing views from 30th floor!

Everything was great except the parking - we had a major problem trying to find a parking lot that was not full

Easy access to the ACE, 4,5, N and R subways. Excellent service. Quiet location. Aside from the NYC prices, couldn't ask for any better!

Great location - conveniently located within walking distance of Battery Park, ferries to Ellis Island/Liberty. Directly across the street from the WTC site, right next door to Century 21 and a handful of subway options (A, C, 1,2,3). If public transit isn't your thing, it's a 15 dollar cab ride to Times Square. Also - about a 20 min walk to Soho/Little […] Italy/Canal. Friendly staff, good size room with lots of bathroom counter space. Was on the 23rd floor and had a clear view of the Hudson and WTC construction. Would stay there again. Läs mer

The lobby of the hotel looks renovated and, although much of it was under construction, it still looked contemporary. The room, however, was horrible: ripped lamp shade, old carpet, old furniture. The kicker is that I found out that some rooms were renovated in the South Tower of the hotel. Since I paid full price for my room, for two nights, i asked […] about moving. They said they couldn't make a change for the next night. They were full. But they also didn't offer any discount. make sure they're done with their renovations before booking. Very pleasant. Bargain priced for the area and the time of year. Subways convenient, cabs also. Decent restaurants nearby.

hotel staff was welcoming and helpfull, we could walk to our two main sights as well as shopping and dinning, room had a great view, room was very comfortable, liked being able to have the roll a way bed

A perfect location to be downtown New York in the Wall Street District. Our room had a view of the 9/11 Memorial and the new construction of the new towers. Walking distance to Battery Park, Greenwich Village, and Trinity Church. The room was just right, except two double beds, quite small for two adults. This may seem random, but it kept me up all night. There was a tremendous roaring sound that seemed to come and go randomly, coming from near the heater. I thought the issue was mechanical and turned off the heater with no success. At 5am, still sleepless, I realized my neighbors window was open and for some reason the wind whipping around the building […] caused the vibration keeping me up. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel! The service and staff were wonderful and the view from our room was breathtaking! Just a short walk to the 911 Memorial. We will stay here again on our next visit to new York.

Great hotel for comfort and cleanliness. Great view of 911 Memorial. Downtown location makes it an expensive taxi ride to Times Sq and above. There is a subway station next to hotel.

We loved our stay at Hilton Millenium. Evrithing was great and the room was bigger than we expected. The view was a bonnus. Thank you!

This was my first stay at this hotel and I found it to be fabulous. The room was very comfortable. The view from the room was amazing. I found the staff to be a bit distracted and impersonal compared to other NY hotels but that didn't bother me. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would stay at this location again. I did find that the restaurant menu […] was sparse and didn't provide many options that suited me. At some of the most expensive and upscale NY hotels, the staff learns my name immediately. Excellent experience at this hotel. Will recommend to friends and look forward to return trip.

We found the hotel to be convenient to many subway stations so heading uptown to the theater district was easy. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby so finding food/drink was not a problem. Our room overlooked the construction of WTC and we found the birds eye view of the progress to be fascinating- not very pretty to look at during the […] day but kinda pretty at night. We did hear the whistle blow of the crane as it started moving equipment starting at 8am on Sunday morning which surprised us because we figured Sunday would be a day off from construction...I guess not. I didn't know that if you book your trip through Hotels.com you don't get your rewards points through Hilton. This was disappointing. However, the hotel staff, cleanliness, neighborhood - all fantastic. The room overlooked the 9-11 memorial and it was such a great view compared to midtown manhattan hotels. The subway stop is right outside the hotel […] and it takes you right into Times Square, the theatre district - and just a 20 minute ride. Going back to the hotel - you are let off right in front of the hotel -- great value. Läs mer

Excellent choice, a friendly and accommodating staff, they upgraded our room to a higher floor (50th floor) which provided outstanding views west over ground zero toward the Hudson, placed a crib in the room, allowed a late checkout - all without hassle. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Hotel in a SUPERB location! Pristine view of the Hudson River and DIRECTLY across the street from Ground Zero. Subway located in front of the Hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The ONLY downfall was that the shower had low water pressure. We were on the 53rd floor though.

Really enjoyed this hotel for its location, the view and the cleanliness and comfort. Made it even harder to leave the best city in the world. We requested the memorial view and got it at the 24th floor. Staff were very accommodating on top of this with coffee, towels, etc. We knew it would be touristy with the location but we were glad we stayed her […] regardless as two former residents of... Certainly a great locationif the World Trade Center or Wall St. area is your preferred destination. The staff was courteous except for the very small cocktail area. After checking out and having a few hours before we were departing, we ventured into the bar area to rest. We were asked to relocate because we did not desire to order any beverages at […] tht time and it was cocktail hour. We stay at many different Hilton's throughout the year and this one met our ecpectations except for three factors that lead to an uncomfortable stay. The room temperature was not adjustable and even with the heat trurned off the temperature was 74 degrees. Even after maintenance cracked open the windows, there was no relief or decent air flow. The bathroom had been updated and looked nice but there was a 5-10 minute lag in getting the shower hot. It themn became unbearably hot and there was a long lag when the knob was set to a cooler temp. You could also hear running water or flushing water from an adjacent room. This did not make for a good night's sleep. You may not encounter thses issues in other rooms, but for us it was not an injoybale experiience and we will be reluctant to return. Läs mer

Hotel service, cleanliness and room size were fantastic. We were a group of 4 girls so there was plenty of room for all of our luggage. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone doing business in the financial district but not for people vacationing. We found that is was very difficult to get a cab and there were not any restaurants in the area. […] Subway entrance is right out front of the hotel though and Century 21 is only 50 feet away! absolutely beautiful hotel for such a great affordable price. excellent location. right next to the subway and across the street from the WTC memorial. You can see the memorial and freedom tower from the view out your window. just a great clean beautiful room.

We stayed here for a getaway weekend and it was wonderful. You have ,outside the front door, access to the E, N,Q,R and 6 trains so it is great as far as location. There were tons of free amenities and the view of the World Trade Center construction was very cool to watch. The hotel staff was very professional and polite. I would stay here again for […] sure. Hotel was great as a launch pad while visiting my son in Lower Manhattan.

For the price paid, this hotel provided an excellent value in the location I needed. The room was well appointed and comfortable, pretty much perfect for my needs. The one big problem at this hotel are all the accessory services. For example, I used the bag check to keep my luggage the day I checked out since our flight didn't leave till the evening […] and we wanted to get in a full day of sightseeing. That took 30 minutes for drop off and 30 for pick up, effectively killing a full hour of our last day. (Apparently only one of the bellmen has the key, or at least that's what I was told!) The computer/ printer for printing out boarding passes was frozen, and by the time the front desk got it going again, I'd lost an additional half hour. Also went to the restaurant one morning for breakfast and it was very mediocre for the price paid. But overall the place was what I needed and would stay there again. Läs mer
