I have stayed here before and I have never had a problem. My rooms have always been comfortable and the staff friendly. The one thing I wish they would have is a free continental breakfast.

This place has bugs. We got chewed up! We're still itching. I told customer service and they said they couldn't do anything about it because we had prepaid. (They could still take care of the beds, but choose not to.)

The hotel was fine. Definitely a place to stay if you want a lot of choices for nearby food and entertainment. It was as an overnight stay for us so we didn't really spend much time exploring the area.

OK value for the money.

This former Sheraton Hotel is showing major signs of age. I stayed here when it was a Sheraton and is how i ended up there again. It is clean and safe, but dingy and worn. There was an area rug in our room hiding a large red stain. The carpet overall was very worn. The place masquerades as a four star hotel when it is really barely a three and moving […] fast toward being a 2. Toilet was plugged in first room and had to wait fOr an hour while maintenance tried to fix before giving us another room. That room the door latch was falling off the door frame and not secure! Stay at a different hotel.

Stayed two nights in town for Dodger Spring Training. It was about 15 minutes from the Glendale stadium, but much cheaper than the hotels in that area. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, nice pool for the kids, definately would stay there again.

The outside of hotel is dirty and old. The rooms don't look like the pictures provided. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody, especially for the price.

I stayed here for a few days while I was attending a training session for my job. I was somewhat disappointed by the fact my room needed to be updated (especially the bathroom), but for the purpose, it was fine. I believe with the condition of my room it was a bit overpriced though. The continental breakfast is a no go if you are gluten free. They […] were nice enough to make me a plate of scrambled eggs, but I could only eat a few things on the bar. Overall, the experience was just fine considering I was traveling for business. You have to understand that many motorists travel through Phoenix along I-17 on their way to some other place. There are many hotels along I-17 with a high concentration of low-priced inns in the area called “Metro Center” which is adjacent to the “Castles and Coasters” attraction. It is very hard to resist the seemingly innocent fun of the area. Think […] twice. Many, but not all of the hotels and restaurants are circa 1978 and they look every bit as such. Moreover, the area is bustling with travelers, Phoenix residents and too many others that loiter in large groups. This mélange of influences gives one the feeling they should look over their shoulder, especially as night falls. Do the research before you commit here. Read and scrutinize what people have written in their reviews. My experience proved to me that price does not guarantee everything will be to my liking. This hotel was secure, which should be a TOP PRORITY in this area BUT frankly the bedspread and blankets looked like they are the original from over 30 years ago. I went to bed dressed and still could not sleep because I believe I have found the worst mattresses in town. Or, perhaps I lost sleep paying 3x over the seedy hotel rate thinking it would be 300% better. It wasn’t. The rate for this hotel was not worth the cost considering the level of disrepair and un-cleanliness. The staff who, in my opinion, is tired of hearing complaints was tuned out and stayed tuned out. They were not rude. They just don’t care because it seems that the facility owner must not care. Very clean and quiet. My room was very nice with a very comfortable bed. Had a very good nights sleep. Price was decent too. Id stay again. Plus my favorite restuarant was right across the street. And if you like shopping, its just feet from the mall. All around good night stay.

Stayed for a week. Had a large room with 2 comfortable queen beds. Lots of great restaurants nearby, easy access off of 17. It's an older hotel, but very clean rooms and well kept, nice staff, and great price. Would recommend.

My experience with the Inn Place in Phoenix was horrible, the staff was unhelpful and condescending. I was charged an extra 25.00 dollars with no explanation and after I had already gotten home. The hotel itself smelled awful, While the room was clean it had not been prepared for our arrival even though we booked in advance and called the day of to […] let them know we would be there. By that I mean they had not raised the temp in the room so it was freezing, and then the heater didn't even work and instead of moving us the sent someone up to fix it while we waited in the room with our jackets on. The location is fine if you want to shop and eat at moderately priced places. However, the bed was pretty uncomfortable and the linens and pillows desperately need replaced. Too bad because with some improvements it could be a great place to stay.

Being in a wheelchair, this room was very nice and perfectly adequate for my needs. We have stayed here two times now, and would recommend this hotel. Close to food and freeway.

The only big problem we had. we came back from dinner the elevator was broke down my wife how has lupus then had to go up 4 sets of stairs. Everything else was fine.

Hot tub was not hot, Told it would be fixed the night of arrival, it wasnt .....Did not use the rest of trip, we were there 3 days/nights.... The location was great..... Price was great..... We would stay again, we would leave our bathing suits home, that doesnt mean "skinny dipping" just means pool and hot tub wasnt the focus of the hotel....

We only stayed for the night but it was nice enough with comfortable beds (what I expect from Sherton) and the pool was really nice. I can't say much else and I would stay here again.

I was glad that this was "off" season, so it was quiet. Disappointment was that my room didn't have everything it was supposed to. I had a flight delay and had to check in late and was well accomodated, but when I asked for a late check out (2 hours), I was told that I would be charged for half a day. Also upset with breakfast....no full buffet.....$8 […] for fruit, bagels and muffins! C'mom 4 pts! Läs mer

The gentleman that checked me in was rude and no help. The internet was horrible. It took 10 minutes for my page to load. The $8.00 breakfast was horrible! The watermelon was rotten, the milk and juice were warm, so that left toast, and pastries. I will never stay here again. I can go to a cheaper hotel and get better service.

Hotel was nice but in a poor location. It was not close to the Light rail and did not have breakfast included with the room. Most hotels at this price include the brekfast and airport shuttle. But the stay was nice and the staff very helpful. the room was what I expected.

Other than the fact that I had difficulty finding a functioning ice machine, pop machine, computer and printer...the stay was fine. In reality the quality customer service, location (walking distance to a mall, and many eateries) and comfortable rooms still make this hotel a worthwhile value. I did mention my concerns to the hotel staff upon check out […] and they explained that they are in the process of switching management and were aware and sincere in their apologies. The room was a non-smoking room but smelled like smoking was once allowed. There was no hot water lever on the sink. Air conditioner duct had hair and dust covering it. In fact the condition of the room overshodowed the good service and great location of the hotel. I have never stayed at a sheraton that was so dirty and in need of a renovation. Traveling to Phx for the weekend, I was exhausted by the time I arrived. Exhausted as I was, I decided to try to check-in early. Seeing the weariness on my face, although my room wasn't available, I was upgraded to a higher room at no extra charge. It was perfect; quiet, clean and no problem whatsoever. Cannot say thanks enough.

Quiet room, nice facility. I only have two complaints. The tub was backing up with my shower. I believe I was charged $25 after the fact, although I shouldn't have had any. Other than that I was pleased and would stay again (if I get this money thing worked out!)

Good hotel, wish there was internet access or WiFi. Good price however for a quick stay.

Very clean hotel, comfortable bed, great service. Free Wife, bottle of water. The bar is great and they have a good selection of drinks.

We enjoyed the pool, the jacuzzi was not very hot. The hotel was good for the price, and the room was up to par. Great location for dining, shopping, and leisure. Would definetly stay again.

This place is a little old and could use an overhaul. The room was not overly clean but was comfortable once I got the maintenance guy to come and switch the air conditioning off and heat on. People were friendly and nice pool, hot tub, and exercise room.

We were shocked that it was a Sheraton. I could hear the sound of people using the toilet in the neighbouring room. Doors slam shut and keep you awake or wake you. There was hair in the shower when we got there and grit in the shower floor. Stained carpets. First floor wreaked of smoke. We were recently in Phoenix for spring training. This hotel was very convenient to all the ball parks as well as freeways, shopping and eateries. We were very satisfied with our stay. The only issues we had were with the elevators, with only one working most of the time, and not having a shower curtain when we first checked in. This was immediately […] corrected. My wife lost a diamond ring in the room. The ring was worth a couple of thousand dollars. We searched for it,but were unable to locate it. We spoke to the housekeeper on out way out for the day and asked Lupe to look for it. When we got back the ring was sitting on the desk with a little note telling us how she found it. We left a reward for her, but […] the issue is that there are stll honest people in the world. She could have pawned the ring for more than the reward and no one would have been wiser. Frankly, we were surprised Sheraton would lend its name to this hotel. It was older, not in the greatest condition and the housekeeping was almost completely missing. When we first checked in, we were assigned to a dirty room with a wet carpet. When we asked to be moved, someone came up to give us a new room key, but did not offer to help us repack […] and relocate. In the second room, it was dated and not real clean, but at least the carpeting wasn't wet like the first room. The hotel housekeeping staff seemed to have trouble keeping the towels, and coffee stocked, and they even took off the pillowcases (I assume to change them), but never put new pillowcases back on the pillows. While the hotel is nicley constructed, laid out and appointed, the condition has deteriorated due to lack of maintenance. Soda machines only worked on 1 floor and would not accept bills although they were designed to. There was no information book in the room. I was told by the front desk that they had all been removed for updating and the printer had […] not delivered the new ones yet. I asked for a room service menu adn it took 2 calls to the front desk to get one. After 20 minutes of trying to order something from the lunch menu and getting busy signals and answering machines, I called the front desk only to be told that they no longer have a lunch service. The pillows and bedding had an unpleasant odor. The phone was missing several buttons as well as the front plate to indicate which buttons call which service. The courtyard was a mess of leaves, cigarette butts and the night time lighting was sketchy. Several of the staff were quite vocal about budget cuts affecting service which was quite credible in light of how nice the hotel could have been but wasn't. Läs mer

Overall, a good experience. Negatives: Bed too soft. Walls too thin (we could hear the neighbor's TV and his telephone conversation. Large space between the door and the frame, letting in both light and noise. Positives: The staff was very friendly, including the maid service. Price was very good. Hotel is not properly maintained (minor repairs in room and hallways) and desperately needs update (new mattresses). It is a very convenient location, but somewhat overpriced. Three stars is about right.

This hotel wasn't worthy of the Sheraton name. It is showing its age and the quality was similar to other hotels of lower cost, plus there was no continental breakfast available.

The hotel lobby is very nice. The rooms are old and need updating. The tub would not seal so I had to take a shower. The bathroom door did not latch. Iffy neighborhood with some vacant lots and things in disrepair and a block over nice restaurants and businesses. Polite staff and very clean.

Had a broken toilet seat in the room. Spoke with front desk after foest night, they stated it would get immediate attention, but it was still broken (and cleaned!) through our second day and night. Hotel elevator was very dirty.
