We were four adult Swedes visiting SF for the first time. Our summary: the location is perfect - two blocks away from Union Square; The rooms are OK but not more; the cleaning good; the service from the desk (with exeptions!) is good; the pricing is good. We were satisfied and would probably stay at the same place the next time we visit SF

good loction downtown near tram, buses and trains and also nice restaurants. Room was away from mainstreet which was a must since the walls and Windows are thin. Bathroom was a bit worn and did not heat well. In general clean but a bit too expensive basen on overall experience.

Ett medelklasshotell med medföljande standard. Har läst att en del tyckte att rummen luktade illa och att de blivit illa behandlade av personalen, men det tyckte inte jag. Fantastiskt läge. Väldigt trevligt med vinprovning framför brasan i hotellobbyn varje kväll.

Perfekt läge två gator ovanför Union Square. Hotellet såg ok ut, lite gammaldags stil vilket är mysigt. Luktade lite instängt och unket på rummet. Ventilationen var inte så bra.Många ställen att äta frukost på runtomkring. Gratis trådlöst internet vilket var bra!

Det luktade illa och var sunkigt. Handfatet var i en gardebob och inte på toa så speciellt bekvämt var det inte.

Perfekt läge med Cale Car runt hörnet, men den var ofta full om man inte var uppe tidigt. Lätt att hitta efter att ha tagit tåget från flygplatsen. Fick ett rum mot "gården" så det var tyst. Rummet stort liksom badrummet. Frukost åts, den godaste på hela redan (!), på en Restaurant mitt emot och man fick en lapp av hotellet som gav 10% i rabatt. Vinprovning […] mellan 17.00-18.00. Även om vinet var samma varje dag smakade det vita mycket bra. Nära Union Square och Market Streeet. Från det sistnämnda kan man ta buss eller spårvagn till de flesta sevärdheter. Grymt läge till rimligt pris. Rummen är inte i toppskick utan av mer mysig 80-talskarraktär men helt ok. Vinprovningen är ett plus även om det inte är något höjdarvin. De serverar ett rött och ett vitt vin och det var samma sort varje kväll när vi var där. Minus att det stod en gammal mugg med någon vätska i och möglade i vår garderob. Ett mycket trevligt hotell som ligger bra i Downtown. Stort rum som funkade bra att bo några dagar i. Nära till city och en halvtimmes promenad till Fishermans Wharf. Spårvagnen finns utanför vilket är bra. Vinprovning var kväll om man vill.

Ceiling's a little chipped, expected a bit more from the bathroom, but other than that, the stay was fantastic! Compared to other hotels in the area, Vintage Court was great, clean, affordable (relatively), and accessible.

I was switched 2 times on my three-night stay here. First, because my room was small and cramped. Second, because my wifi wasn't working. Wifi wasn't working in my third room but I got tired of complaining. For my trouble they gave me a voucher for an "executive" breakfast, supposedly worth $15. We have stayed here before and for dollar value, this hotel is very good. It is close to many of the sights and most things are within walking distance. It's an old building but tastefully decorated. Staff has always been helpful.

This hotel could not be in a better location. The rooms are a fair size and comfortable, with comfy beds too. It's also quiet in the rooms. I had to ask to change from the room they originally tried to put me in as there was a nasty smell, but they moved me with minimal fuss and the next room was fine. Check in service was fantastic and lobby reminded me of Klimpton-Chicago. Room was urban sized and adequate. It did have an odor that apparently from other reviews has always been a problem. Also coffee service doesn't start until late and none in room. On plus side, art decor inside very nice. Excellent location to China Town and to cable car.

Safe and pleasant location. Excellent experience was tempered by being woken up by the dust men who came at around 6 am on weekdays as well as the sound of traffic on the road.

Better rate for being just a block away from Union Square. Walking distance (4 blocks) to our event in financial district. Cozy lobby where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine or coffee. We had a wonderful time staying at the hotel while attending a conference. The room was a good-size, well furnished and quiet at night. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The only downside was that the hotel was not close to most of the public transportation in the city. A cable car line went by half a block away, but the closest bus route that […] went by was about 2.5 blocks away. A great value in a really good area, Nob Hill on one side, Union Square on the other, and not in the Tenderloin. Four things I looked for when booking for a night out in the City. All four were perfectly satisfied with Executive Hotel Vintage Court. Bonus that the room was very clean and more than enough for a night out. I had never heard of this hotel before, but had a last minute need to find a place for one evening. This hotel was in the right location and we got a great deal. We were very surprised to find a wonderful hotel in a great location. The hotel had surprised us b upgrading us to a king room from a queen. Small rooms. Very lttle sound insulation. Tiny sink does not fit in the bathroom and is located in the main room. Hotel needs some serious updating. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great. Without it, the hotel would have nothing to offer.

Gracious staff. However, slow access to email and unable to connect with my desktop at work through their WIFI. Manager tried unsuccessfully to help and I wasted a lot of time trying. Lost business. Eventually connected easily from another hotel. Frankly, I would have moved to that hotel but for the clause when I booked that commits payment whether […] you stay or not. My wife and I just loved our stay at this quaint botique hotel! It is centrally located--just a block and a half away from Chinatown gate! We got a room on the 8th floor; it was clean and quiet; just right for our stay in SF. We needed a room this quiet and away from noises that could come from the street. It was just right to celebrate our 10th wedding […] anniversary. You gotta love the complimentary wine tasting in the early evening everyday! The personnel at front desk were very helpful. I was a bit worried about the location and condition of this hotel. I knew it was next to a very nice restaurant but still a bit worried. The location was prefect for my needs, the hotel staff friendly and professional, my room was clean although a bit small but perfect for one person to sleep and get ready comfortably.
