Hade högre förväntningar på hotellet efter att ha läst recenssionerna och sett bilderna. Hotellet har bra läge men rummena och den fina utsikten som annonseras var inte i närheten av vad bilderna utlovade. Saknar charm och se upp så att ni inte får ett rum med utsikt mot parkeringshuset. Rekommenderar inte!

Bra hotell, stannade bara en natt. Stor frukost med allt man vill ha. Mitt rum var också stort, och allt fungerade som det skulle. Inget gratis internet, men ett litet rum med dator som man kunde låna en timme, jag kunde även skriva ut där, ett plus för mig. Vänlig personal.

A nice hotel situated very close to Trindade Metro Station. You see the high hotel building when you get out of the Metro Station. Close to several resturants and shopping. A nice breakfast and clean room. I had a room on the 15th floor with a nice view.

Receptionen fixar allt! Fraga om taxi, buss, tag o s v. Besok baren pa 17:e. Utsikten ar fin. Det finns sma sandwiches for den som vill ha en enkel lunch. Restaurangen i bottenvaningen var ocksa bra. Ga till Katararina-gatan! Gagata med massor av affarer och nara detta hotell MYCKET prisvarda kafeer.

Trevligt hotell nära centrum. Relativt nära Riberia men jobbigt att gå tillbaka till hotellet - uppförsbacke. Fräsch frukostbuffé.

Very nice, comfortable, staff friendly, decent breakfast. Its a bit dated though and refurbishment was underway while we were there. This meant the 17th floor bar, which has amazing views, wasnt open... Its a little bit (about 10mins) away from the main tourist area, but its a nice walk down to the city centre.

The hotel is outstanding!!! very clean, conveniently located in the midle of the historic part of the city. Breakfast was excellent!! I highly recommend this hotel.

The DH hotel is meant to be a 4 stars, however the treatment, quality of the room and services are of a good 3 stars one. Its position is good for visiting the city. Internet prices are good.

the hotel is quite good... some times 4 star hotels are better... we had a superior room...I do not know how standard rooms are...our superior,was not that good, but we could stay without many problem. breakfast was normal, but some 4 stars ones are better

Non-smoking hotel but it smelled SO badly in our hotel room and our windows did not open at all (confirmation said the windows DID open). The shower head was not adjustable so it shot straight across the shower, and not downwards like any other normal showerhead. Breakfast was said to be included in our confirmation, but they did not honor that either. […] The rooms, although clean, were also very dark and grimey - the pictures look a LOT better. I would not suggest anyone to stay in this hotel ever. The staff was nice but customer service was just unavailable, even after we kindly asked about the issues above. Läs mer

the hotel only one word: wonderfull

The hotel is lovely and the staff extremely courteous. It is, however some 25 minutes walk away from the river (which is where most people will wish to be close to). Within 2 minutes walk is Antunes (Rua do Bonjardim 255) where the waiters won't rip you off. I stayed here for four nights and really, enjoyed my stay. In response to some of the earlier comments, I would like to say... the quality of room was excellent, very clean, a really comfortable bed and the shower and A/C worked well. The staff were all very friendly and the bellboys were always around and helpful. I ate in the hotel restaurant most […] nights and found the quality of the food and service to be very good. There was a good range of food for breakfast and everything was kept topped up. It's not in the most central location but it is really only five minutes walk to Avenida dos Aliados and Trindade Metro station - which is useful as it connects with all the Metro lines, including the new north/south line to get downtown (two stops). It is also very easy to get to and from the airport. It's a pleasant 15 minute walk to the main restaurant area. The only thing to improve in the hotel is the WiFi, as the charges by the provider (swisscom), of 8 Euros for an hour / 11 Euros for 24 hours, are very expensive for 2011. There is publically provided free WiFi in various locations around Porto though. Would I stay there again? Most definitely , yes. Läs mer

Hotel is maybe 2-3 stars, no way a 4 star hotel. Staff is extemely rude and unhelpful. Expensive internet service in hotel. Breakfast had many selections but poor quality. Rooms needed updating. Left hotel and booked Hotel Bolsa. Location is okay but not in neighborhood to walk to cafes or restaurants.

Clean room and bathroom, easy access to train and bus, very good rooftop bar with excellent city view. Could have provided in room water cattle and tea / coffee .

As we have stayed at this hotel before we find it within easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants .As Porto is built on a hillside walking down to the river is quite easy,then a taxi drive back is very inexpensive. The hotel restaurant is very good value for money and the staff are always helpful, as they are in the bar, which is situated […] on the 17Th floor with views overlooking the city which is a perfect place to relax at the end of a days sightseeing. Porto is a beautiful city and well worth a visit. The DOM hotel is in a central location, close to market and shopping and offers a standard hotel room. Main complaint very expensive internet access and no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Although we booked and paid for a double room, on arrival we were allocated a suite. All staff were polite, freindly and very helpful. Service in the bar on the 17th floor was a little slow, but the view is superb, including a firework display over the port area on Sunday night. Buffet breakfast provided good choice of hot & cold food. Good location. Easy walking distance to the port which is a must visit. Car parking is available about 50 yards away. Friendly staff

O Hotel é otimo, muito confortável, somente o banheiro que não é grande .... o café da manhã também era muito bom .... O unico incoveniente é não ter nenhuma vaga na porta do hotel para parar com o carro para descarregar as malas, pois o estacionamente está localizado do outro lado da rua e é um estacionamento particular e não do hotel .....

Accueil moyen pour un 4 étoiles. Pas commerçant ( prolongation non possible même tarif malgré peu de monde dans l'hotel)

Bonnes conditions d'hébergement, à proximité des sites à visiter et des moyens de transport public.

Seria muito positivo para a imagem do hotel que fosse substituido o mobiliario que é bastante antigo. A alcatifa está já bastante gasta pelo que tambem devia ser substituida. Uma pintura nas paredes do quarto daria ainda mais luz e prazer na estadia. Estes três pontos melhorados, somados à bela vista, boa situação, bom pequeno-almoço e óptimo atendimento […] dos funcionários dariam uma imagem ainda melhor ao hotel. Bem hajam. Läs mer

mis dans une toute petite chambre; avec les valises impossible de faire le tour du lit sans passer au dessus de celles-ci; la fenêtre toute petite ne pouvait s'ouvrir; la vieille tv était au niveau de la tête du lit, et à 90 °par rapport à celui-ci; les croissants du petit déjeuner étaient à peine décongelés; quand au bruit !

Hotel tres bien situé,ideal pour visiter la ville a pied,pres du metro qui va direct a l'aeroport. Le petit-dejeuner est top... Personnel tres serviable. Je recommande....

excelente espaço de dimensões e vistas sobre a cidade excelentes; a melhorar o pequeno almoço naquela linda sala dos anos 60!

Hôtel bien situé, on peut visiter la ville à pied à partir de l'hôtel. 25 minutes pour aller visiter les caves de porto de l'autre côté du Douro. Le buffet petit déjeuner est très bien. On peut manger à l'hôtel pour un prix tout à fait correct. Les premiers plats sont à 8 euros. Le personnel est attentionné. Les chambres sont vastes calmes et bien chauffées. […] Petit détail : un haut parleur dans la salle de bain permet d'écouter la télé dans son bain... Au 17 ème étage, un bar avec une superbe vue sur la ville. Seul point négatif : il faut payer 8€ pour une heure de connection internet, ou 14 € poru 24H. Läs mer

Hôtel de conception ancienne mais bien entretenu. Placé en plein coeur de la ville, très pratique pour visiter la ville et faire du shopping rue santa catarina. Notre chambre au 11è étage était très spacieuse, propre, à la literie confortable. Aucune nuisance à signaler. Le bar panoramique nous a fait passer de bons moments à des prix très raisonnables. Nous […] avons dîné 2 soirs de suite au restaurant où la cuisine et les prix furent à notre entière satisfaction ainsi que le service très souriant. Très beau buffet de petit-déjeûner. Très bien situé , un 4 étoiles qui les mérites et dont les criteres qualités-prix sont remarquables . Encore une fois , Hotel.com nous a pleinement satisfait et continurons à utiliser ses services judicieux et compétent Merci donc et à bientot !!!!!!!!!
