I have stayed in this hotel many times and it's always been very clean and affordable. It's a quick 5-10 minute drive to downtown.

Hotel was okay, the evening snacks a bit cheesy , the TV had poor reception and did not get local stations, if you want to relax with the remote then this hotel is not for you, otherwise a good stay, breakfast was good, staff seemed helpfull.

Housekeeping did a good job in cleaning the room daily. Included breakfast was excellent, better than expected! Internet service was slow and connectivity was unreliable throughout the six day stay (although it was better in the lobby).Facility is somewhat isolated being nestled against the freeway, but overall a good value. Polite staff.

We are very pleased with this stay. We went to Austin for a short weekend get away and wanted to find a central location for easy access to the major Austin sights. The hotel is located next to freeways (290), so it is easy to get on the highway and go to where we want to go. There is a musty smell when we first got in the room, but overall, the room […] is pretty clean. The elevator is a bit slow, but that didn't bother us too much as we liked to take the stairs. There are also a fitness center (small--with 3 machines) and an outdoor swimming pool. Mostly, we enjoyed the hot breakfast (eggs, sausages, toast, waffle). This was a repeat stay. Wonderful staff and met our every need. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommend this location. Room was very clean. Easy to get to and from this facility.

It was a challenge to get to this location, not being familiar with the most recent configuration of the on- off ramps, u-turn options, one-way service roads and incomplete signage for the intersecting highways immediately adjacent to the hotel. Once in the hotel, staff were able provide instruction on navigating the intersection and directions to other […] locations in town. Clean, neat and well cared for. Very good breakfast. LARGE tv and good feature that turns TV off automatically after a spell if the TV remote controls have not been used. Ramada did it again! 4.5 star!! free hi speed wifi and I was able to work while helping my kid moved out from his dorm. We'll come back to this hotel again.

Rooms were clean and check in staff friendly... However the staff running the continental breakfast was a disaster. They literally took food out of people's hands while they were still filling their plates.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant. I did not have any issues with the hotel itself during my stay; although I was only there for 1 day. Room was minimal-- had to upgrade for microwave and fridge. Room also very small. Shower would change temperature drastically the entire shower length. Front desk made multiple comments that seemed as if they resented us for booking online.

I felt it was a bit overpriced, but it seems all hotels in Austin are a bit overpriced. Front desk allowed us to check in early and check out an hour late with no hassle. Lots of parking, about 15 minutes away from everything if you can manage not to get lost with all the different freeways and freeway construction. The breakfast was pretty good, though […] there wasn't much seating. The rooms were clean, though housekeeping did not come by in the morning. Probably because we were checking out that day, but we would have appreciated fresh towels. The local Chinese food places will deliver to your door, which is nice. Läs mer

Pretty neutral on the whole experience where I needed a cheapish room at a decent location but didn't need it to be downtown. Hotel is looking a bit dated but it meet my expectation for the price. Bed was comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. Hotel is located near a specs if you want to buy some good beers. Also located nearby is a Fish market […] which is also a popular restaurant. I recommend eating there. No comments on the hotel breakfast as I didn't participate in it but the rooms has a basic coffee machine. Läs mer

Decent location, although my GPS led me thru a sketchy area to get to the hotel. It was fairly convenient to downtown. The hotel was fine, the only negative however was a big one. In the morning, the shower would not maintain a consistent temperature, and was definitely on the cold side. Waking up to a cold shower was not what I had in mind.

The front desk clerk sounded and looked too high to function. He announced my room number to everyone in the lobby & when my friend asked for another room (since the idiot compromised our safety) he lied and told us there weren't any more because he was too lazy to fix his mistake. Stayed for one night prior to motoGP Pool was large and clean, far better than previous more expensive hotel. Breakfast was in keeping with other hotels I've stayed in, in America. Staff were friendly and room was clean. Everything worked and had coffee machine in room too. For the price, I thought it was excellent value and would choose it again.

We've stayed here at least a dozen nights since our son moved to Texas (UT). Their location, rates, and amenities are just what we need. Staff is always top-notch and breakfast is the best.

Hotel was very noisy. You could hear people in adjacent rooms open and close doors, turning the water on and off, etc.

I was very satisfied with this hotel for the price. I've stayed in other "budget" hotels in Austin at similar rates, and this hotel has been the best one by a long shot. Room was clean, staff was fine, no problems with noise, and they have a full breakfast in the morning. I would stay here again with no hesitation.

Very comfortable room with noiseless heating and AC. The hotel is hard to find because it is near a major highway interchange. That said,, I will stay there again.

Appears they are in the midst of a complete remodel as the parking lot had dumpsters full of old carpet and there was new wallboard stacked in the halls. So I expect that soon the entire hotel will have fresher inside look.

Overall no problems. Easy access to highway to get to campus or downtown. Friendly staff. Good value for the price.
