We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is a bit of, but thats no big problem since Atlantic city is a pretty small place. The room we had was the same standard as any low-budget motel you will find along the highways. The staff was pretty nice. The casino was ok. We only ate at one restaurant in the hotel and it wasn't very good. The first […] night we got there we arrived at 10 pm and checked in and then we wanted to get something to eat, but all the restaurants closed at 11 pm so we couldnt get any dinner at the hotel so we went out but we soon realized that all restaurants closed at 11 pm. The hotel was clean and nice with decor that was heading fast for outdated (the reason for my rating of condition or maintenance of hotel). It was an easy walk to the Tropicana for dinner and Boogie Nights. The neighborhood is the same as all of Atlantic City. Much safer in the daylight.

hotel was clean and big enough - the parking attendant was great and did not charge for parking (you need to give in your casino card to qualify for free parking). hotel is right on the beach but a walk away from the other main hotels

Upon arrival , we noticed stained carpet in the hallway. The carpet in our room was FILTHY. Then we went in the bathroom! The toilet was disgustingly FILTHY and a light bulb was out. The chairs were worn and stained. There are NO amenities either. Not even plastic liners for the ice buckets. Parking is also $5.00 which we thought was free. The hotel is located on boardwalk and have spacious and clean rooms. Everything worked out dandy except that the buffet closes too early, at 9 pm even on Saturday. The hotel does not come cheap though.

The price/location ratio is great. That is what caused me to book it. I woke up looking down on the beach and boardwalk. My particular room had several maintenance issues which were resolved that evening. The plumber was very apologetic and concerned he was disturbing me. The electric safe needed to be re-programed. They have internet service but it […] was Ethernet cable and not wi-fi. I had to race out and buy an adapter to attache my computer. I made it to the store five minutes before the closed. This is an older hotel, and it shows some wear and tear (3rd owner in the last few years). Front desk staff is pleasant but certainly could use some training about how to get around the city. The overall hotel condition is not bad, just the bedding and room furniture are a little old. The front desk is helpful if you happen to find the right person. I asked for a local map, first try the answer was no without any effort. Second time, the gentleman searched up and down and found one for me.

Hotel was in good condition, but service was a little suspect. Our sink was clogged and asked that it be fixed after our first night. The sink was never fixed.

The only thing bad is that the crowd is very old. It's also a good thing because its perfect to relax. No noise outside the rooms. We left the hotel to party but were happy to come back to sleep peacefully. Also I got charged for things unexpectedly. Like the music channel and some locksmith thing. Hotel is outdated. Also the ladies at the front desk were GREAT, but the rest of the service throughout the hotel and the restaurants was HORRIBLE!!!

For the cost of the room, this is an amazing place to stay in AC. Not as much to do in the hotel as other AC attraction hotels, but good food choices, good bar next to casino and after hours it's QUIET so it's great when you finally want to go to bed. This former Hilton property has certainly gone uphill from the last owners. The rooms were stunning, the view of the ocean fantastic, the fact that the table games in the casino were non-smoking makes this place so much better than Vegas. The only issue I had was coming back to the room one night, the entire non-smoking floor I was on spelled so strongly […] of marijuana I couldn't get to my room. Called security, went back downstairs and gambled for another hour, and it was gone when I came back up. The hotel is at a great location....right on the boardwalk and the parking garage is connected to the hotel. The hotel itself is definitely outdated, but it had all I needed for the price. The pool was very small, nothing too great about it, but the room was good. Double sink, lots of room, very comfortable and clean beds! The tv was very small and […] very limited channels(about 20?). furthur down from the other casinos. got there at 4, was told room would not be ready for another 40 minutes. sat at bar for 45 min. was told room would be another 40 min. i spoke to the manager and he told me i could find another hotel if i was unhappy. said he can't just have a room cleaned when someone shows up. i made my reservation 3 months in […] advance, i didn't just walk in off the street. by six i had the room. loby bar was ok nice people. blues bar. sat there for 20 min never got a drink or any service, so we walked out. casino was ok. small number of tables. lots of penny slots. and casion was basically empty so no wating for a seat at the tables.best part of hotel, beach out front was nice. for 100 dollars more i'll stay back up at trumps place next time.and they took a 100 security deposit. still trying to get that back Läs mer

Convenient location (on boardwalk). Room and bathroom were clean, large and very comfortable but the carpet needs to be replaced. Common area carpets look like they have been replaced recently so hopefully rooms will follow soon.

I needed to be a tiny bit closer to Boardwalk Hall, but other hotels were way more expensive. This place hit the spot in every other category. Overall I like the hotel and its location. There is skywalk connects the self-parking lot to the hotel lobby which is very convenient. Beside, during our stay, there is no parking fee, which quite a saving. If you like to walk along the Broadwalk, it is also very convenient as well, just exist the hotel, the beach and broadwalk is right there . Staff […] were helpful and housekeeping was good. Only one thing was that there was long line to wait for the buffet on Friday night.
