This was an overnight stay. It seems to have out of town workers living there during the week. I saw workers trucks, BBQ pit and ice chest out side some rooms. THE BAD: We did not have hand towelsand the floor at the lavatory was sticky, making my shoes stick to the floor every time I took a step. Also, a piece of glass with dirt on it, about the size […] of a quarter cut in half, was in the corner of the bathroom and it looked like it had been there for some time, as it had mop sludge on it. The shower curtain had quite a bit of mold in one corner. The desk chair had melted shredded cheese on the seat, which I removed. Bed pillows looked and felt like stuffed with cotton balls. I like to have my breakfast in my room or take it on the go. This is not allowed and must be eaten in eating area. THE GOOD: The bed was comfortable, bed sheets clean, air conditioner worked and the door locked, card keys worked, had hot water and a very decent breakfast for the included price. It's only forty bucks so for the money you really can't ask for too much but the carpet had stains on it and the under side of the bed wasn't vacuumed and there was visible wear in the tub. However aside from that the bathroom area was well kept and fresh towels were available and the water was hot for a relaxin shower or bath. In other words not bad […] for forty dollars. Läs mer

Checked in easily. Got undressed only to find two large towels and no face towels. When i called the front desk,i was told there weren't any clean face towels and there was a 2 towel limit on larger towels. So,we had to clean ourselves with our hands and had to clean our 9 month baby worth one of our used towels. Disgusting.

THE STAY WAS GREAT.THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS USING THE CARD KEY TO GET INSIDE MY ROOM.I WAS ASIGN TO ROOM 166 AND THE CARD KEY DIDN'T WORK,SO THEY CHANGED MY ROOM TO 162 AND THE KEY WORKED.

Our stay was great! The hotel staff was VERY helpful when hotels.com did not get our reservation information right and did not give the right code for the hotel to get paid for our stay. my room was stinking, dirty towels were in the refrigerator, the refrigerator door was stuck to the floor once it was opened, missing light bulbs, missing back from the desk chair, wrinkle bed linnens on the beds, the mattress did not fit the box springs, one spread had blue ink spilled all on the top of one bed spread, i had to get three different […] room keys swipped before getting into the room, very POOR Room. I have stayed in many budget hotels. This hotel was by far the worst. The room had no towels, toilet paper, wrags or a tv remote. Room was very clean, but was not a non-smoking room. Also, lots of rust, air conditioner was very noisy. Fit the need for a one night stay, but would not stay again. Continental Breakfast was bland at best.

It was a dump. This was the only place in Baton Rouge with rooms available. There is a reason why. Stay away if you have a choice.

When I checked in the lady at the front desk was pleasant. She got me checked in and gave me my key. I went to my room, surprised to find a room that had not been cleaned and both beds had been slept in. So back to the front office, they got us another room that smelled like mold. This hotel has everything you could need. Wi-Fi, phones breakfast and comfort. The rooms just come a little short in cleanliness. The ac need to be cleaned from the inside to stop that musty smell and the carpets need to be cleaned. You still get more than What you pay for. Very sketchy! When we pulled the first thing we saw was an armed guard and what I am pretty sure was two ladies of the night. Felt very uncomfortable all night and was very worried about my car and room getting broken into. Would not stay here again.

The front desk attendant was helpful, the breakfast was okay but offered few healthy options, the maintenance was not great but what you'd expect for the price. Overall however my stay was NOT enjoyable. I was given a room with a faulty lock, and it was replaced AFTER I checked in and was making myself comfortable; it was very awkward having a maintenance […] man in my hotel room while I was there! Around 10am the next morning, housekeeping knocked on my door but I declined seeing as I would be leaving the hotel within 2 hours. As I was packing my belongings into my car, an unprofessional looking man (wearing tshirt and jeans, not being polite or smiling) was cleaning the rooms around mine and was being very pushy about cleaning mine; he asked what room i was in, if i was leaving now, and if anyone else was in the room. Check out was not until noon and it was highly inappropriate for him to ask me those things, especially when I did not have to be out of the room for 2 hours and he had plenty of other rooms to clean besides mine. The hotel was what one would expect for the price.The bathroom was very small and they do not open the pool till 12pm and close the pool at 8pm, which was very dissapointing to my girls and myself.The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious.Lot of people walking through the hotel parking lot that were not staying there.

We booked the room, then read the past reviews. But we were pleasantly surprised. The front desk lady and the on-premise security guard was very kind and friendly. The breakfast was good. Hotel price was right. Carpet needs cleaning and some outdoor maintenance needs work. The beds were clean!!! Overall our 3 day stay was fine.

No iron in room (ironing board yes, but no iron), no shampoo. The advertised "hot breakfast" was not good, quality of the offerings (hot and cold) was low and few offerings. The hotel was under construction at the time... I'll hope they're getting new beds & new bathtubs (there were cigarette Burns all over) air conditioning worked great & the panda buffet next door was great 4 the price! No shuttle services at all... a feature that should've been available especially since they were "trying" to cater to the bowlers

Wanted to get a taxi into town for a few drinks. Staff said very short ride (actually $30) and nothing there. Took 30 minutes waiting for the Taxi. That said, the young lady was a nice person. The hotel was what we expected for the cost but I would suggest replacing the toilet seat with cigarett burns.

This was the dirtiest hotel room I have every stayed in. We asked for nonsmoking and the room we got smelled of smoke and there were burn marks on the edge of the tub. The toilets looked dirty which made you doubt the sheets and pillows were clean. We drove to a Family Dollar store to purchase Lysol and Febreeze. Best Price in town, breakfast was nice. Employees were very friendly. Only disappointment was not getting a non smoking room, bathroom was very small, and one of the double beds sheets were dirty.

This hotel was NASTY! I would never recommend anyone stay here. I thought the ladies next to our room were dealing drugs at first, but then realized they were freaking prostitutes! All night various "customers" drove in and out and someone walked right into our room at 1am! The doors apparently aren't secure, and my family was so freaked out by this […] we never got any sleep! We drove 8 hrs that day, and just wanted peace and quiet. We got nothing like that staying here. This place is dirty and they had mattresses piled up in the back which made it seem nastier than it already was. The bed was not comfortable. I arrived early, and a room was ready for me, to my surprise. However, the room smelled of Chinese take-out. The hotel was not in complete disrepair, but there were some issues with the size of the bathroom and some cosmetic issues.
