Perfekt för en övernattning nära flygplatsen, stora och rena rum, gratis internet; en restaurang precis intill hotellet men annars finns det inte så mycket runt omkring.

Bra läge på hotellet, mycket bra service och bemötande. Frukosten var enkel men helt ok. Rummet vette mot gatan och var ganska bullrigt; för en lättstörd person var det svårt att sova både p g a gatuljud och p g a lyhördheten. Alla lampor i rummet var ihopkopplade förutom sänglampan, så mysbelysning var omöjlig. Likaså fläkt och badrumslampa ihopkopplade, vilket var irriterande. I övrigt bra.

"Classic Accomodation"

"Disappointing"
There was a wedding going on during my stay and a couple of prom night parties. The hotel staff was completely overwhelmed. All calls to concierge kept going to voice mail and only one elevator was working! We ordered breakfast one morning and had to call an hour and a half later inquiring about it. "Amazing Place to stay in ATL!"
For the past few years, I've gone to Atlanta for a visit to my favorite city in the US, and this is perfectly located in midtown. The rooms are very spacious and the staff are really great. "Best Beds Ever"

Anything that could go wrong did. Elevators not working, bellman and coffee shop employees ornery, and a terribly outdated room. The only problem we had on our stay was the elevators were out so we had to use the service elevator. Other than that the hotel was wonderful. Overall great for the location, its reputation, amount of money paid & service level of the staff. Staff was completely professional, promptly greeted and even offered a larger bed if desired. Valet staff was very efficient & helpful. A lot of weddings are held here but not at all disturbing to guests. "Didn't stay Couldn't get into parking area"
Made the reservation in the afternoon. Went to the Braves game and then to the hotel. I couldn't get into the parking area. "most comfortable I have been in a hotel"
We stayed here for a change of scenery for our anniversary and it was great. Our room was upgraded to the bridal suit. Did not use any off the space but the view was beautiful from the 18th floor. "Suites at a reasonable rate"

Upon checking in, everyone was very pleasant. Check-In was a breeze. When we arrived to my room with the bellman, we noticed that the entire window was out & on the floor next to one of the double beds. "Amazing Weekend Get-Away!"
This is a beautiful hotel! The manager provided us with a free room upgrade & allowed us to check in 2 hours early. The room was spacious & very clean. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Atlanta with access to many restaurants & amenities within walking distance (ie: Fox Theater, coffee bars, & cafes). "2 bedroom suite needs updating badly"
The suite was huge but looked like it hasn't been updated since the 70s. Water temperature was very hard to control, it went from cold to scalding hot with just a little movement of the knob. Staff was rude and definitely not worth the money. The charged for parking which is fine but when they fill the parking lot with people attending a concert across the street and you don't have a spot, thats just poor planning. "DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!"
The hotel was represented as an updated classic and it is anything but. The elevators worked sporatically, the bell hop never brought the bags up, there is a full kitchen that is dated and has cheap cabinets, the bathroom is old and was cheaply redone in the 1980's but the toothpaste and hairspray splatter on the walls was nicer than the ugly peeling […] wallpaper and the moldy ceilings. They charged me a pet fee of $75 per dog per night and $25 per day to park in their lot, ALL without my consent. To add insult to injury, they filled the parking garage the one night for with people attending a concert across the street with no thought that paying guests need spaces too. Please check the descriptions of the rooms on the website vs. actual rooms that are available. I thought I was getting a deluxe luxury suite with a king sized bed. Instead, I was put in a room with 2 queen beds & no suite per se. I thought a suite provided a living room area and a kitchenette or refrigerator. I was told there is no "suite." "Bad experience"
This hotel was recommended by friends. Upon arrival the bell man who brought our luggage to the room was throwing the bags around and ripped the handle off of my Louis Vuitton carry on bag. He pointed it out and told me Louis Vuitton would I'm it for free. He didn't apologize or offer to have it fixed. Then we ordered wine to be brought to the room […] and an hour an a half go by and nothing shows up. We call down to room service and they say we are out of the wine you ordered so that's why it didn't come. They never called to offer us a different wine or let us know it wasn't coming. Then at 8am the next morning housekeeping comes in the room and asks what time we are checking out even though the do not disturb sign is on the door. the location is great even on a very busy road. But almost all the rooms are on the back. The bad comfort rate is due to the noise you have in your room. "A Great Hotel (But Watch Out for the Extras)"
The hotel is beautifully designed and well kept. Everyone from the bellhop to the security staff is very pleasant. The room was pristine and very well equipped. I do have two gripes: First, get ready to pay US$25/night for parking. I stayed two nights and parking alone was US$50 with is pretty ridiculous if you’re already paying so much a night to stay.
