Hotel did not have Gideon Bibles in Rooms. Must be company policy? Will not stay at a this hotel again or any other one who does not provide bibles for travelers.

Excellent stay. Mallory did a fantastic job serving us at the bar on Saturday evening then again for breakfast on Sunday morning. Mallory is a great ambassador for your hotel. My room was very clean. Super friendly staff, they let me do late check out around 4 pm upon my request. The heating/ cooling system was good. Free shuttle ride for the airport. The location is not the best part of the town and I recommend the hotel only if you prefer to stay close to the airport.

First of all, the directions to the hotel were quite explicit and to the point. We approached from Phoenix, found the correct exit and found the hotel right away. We were able to park in a handicap spot, we have a disability plate on our car. just outside the main entrance. Our check-in was a breeze and our room was just down the hall on the ground […] floor. We found the room spotless and we enjoyed a good sleep. Since our room was pre-payed, we had no problem checking out, enjoying a cup of coffee prior to our departure. Good hotel good location. Very friendly lady at the front desk. Glad I stayed here. My family lives in Tucson and I moved to San Diego. This will always be my choice when I go back to visit. Also it has a big comfy bed ;)

Everything about the Hilton Garden Inn in Tucson was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable, and all personnel very courteous and helpful. We especially appreciated the shuttle service because it was fast, and the driver was very flexible and accommodating. The restaurant was very good too.

My husband and I stayed here for an overnight getaway and were truly pleased. Check in was quick. We went and lounged on floaties around the lazy river, then went in the hot tub (could have been a little hotter). Only complaints: room was not suite as pictured on Hotels.com. Found out suites only come with King size room rental. That was not clear. Also, TV reception really bad on some channels even though connected to cable service. Hotel easy to find. I always struggle with how to rate a hotel like this. Perfectly fine. Good size room. Bit noisy. Pool is on the highway, NOTHING to eat around it of quality, morning breakfast was fine in the hotel. It is out by the airport and nothing around it. Their website makesit sound much more close than it is to anything other than the airport. Arrived to a fully prepaid hotel room for the night but bogus charges were pended to our credit card. $40 was pended upon arrival because the hotel must deal with less than honest folks much of the time. $10 was pended the next morning, another bogus charge supposedly by the "auditor". Both, we were told, are Hilton policies...Wow! At the very least, […] disclose all upfront. Only pillows available were all very soft and mushy. No firmer alternative was available. The staff was great,they changed (promptly)our room location when noise from upstairs became a issue.The facility is new and well set up. The olly minus was the outdoor Spa was apperantly not heated.I could have used it to help getting out the kinks in my back in the morning as I do at home.The wireless internet did not work well with our IPhones but […] we had a laptop which worked great. We stayed through a weekend - left the hotel about 1PM - apparently too late for maid service - we had one of the larger rooms with 2 tvs - one of the remotes needed a battery - otherwise great room, great hotel.

There was only one problem, the room i had was a handicap room. the drain for the shower was not working properly and water was all over the tile floor which made it very slippery. when i spoke to housekeeping they said yes they have been having trouble with that room's drain. i wish upon checkin they would have told us.

I usually stay at this hotel in Tucson because it is clean, the bed is comfortable, and it is close to the airport. The only negative experience I had was this time....connecting door to noisy neighbors. Make sure not to get a connecting room. It was much louder than a regular room. Besides the room AC being loud, everything was up to par and lovely. Tucson is not that big so having a hotel by the airport is not a big deal. The meals served in the dining room where great. Wonderful bartender Michael, hot coffee at the front in the morning, good work out room, frozen meals at the tiny gift store worked perfectly wtih the microwave […] in the room even. The good: complimentary breakfast is excellent. Free internet works great. Extremely pleasant staff. The bad: room in desperate need of updating. Thin poor quality bedding and towels. In fact, one of our so-called "white" bath towels was totally gray. Fitness center is stuffy with a low ceiling (am guessing it was an after-thought). One of 3 treadmills […] was out of order, and the tv screens didn't work on either the elliptical or stationery bike....not a big deal if there was a larger screen in the room, and there was but unfortunately it's on the back wall and can't be seen unless you were backwards on the exerecise equipment. The hotel itself is located on an okay block, but just one street further and the area is REALLY sketchy. I'm a Hilton Honors member so have loyalty to the brand, but this property is a poor representation. Läs mer

The best part about the room was the A/C, but that only lasted for the 1 day/night b/c the room never seemed to cool off after that.,bummer when you stay in scorch town, Tucson. The beds were pretty nice, but don't be fooled by the pictures b/c the room is tiny. The shower however was AMAZING. There isn't a sink in the kitchenette, i know it's a smaller […] version of a kitchen, but i have been to hotels that are older that have an actual sink even though it is a kitchenette.Now when they say black out curtains, apparently this hotel has not heard of them b/c the light came streaming in for the 2 nights we stayed there. Then to top that off the microwave was broken.It made this loud banging sound as if the glass plate was about to break in half. The great thing, there is ice on every floor, oh wait not on the third or the second, b/c it was out the entire weekend we stayed,but you had to go all the way down to the lobby & go to the bar to ask for ice. Then it says complimentary breakfast, um no you had to pay for the made to order breakfast which wasn't even worth it. The service was ok, but we will never stay here again. What you pay for the room per night is not worth it. I will not recommend this room. For the Hilton, this was a great disappointment. When people say it's the best hotel to stay at....um their standards are not set very high. Läs mer
