Ett gammalt sk palats, gammalt men slitet, håller på att rustas upp. Kul att uppleva men ingen hög lyx. Trevlig personal, speciellt "husfrun" som också pratar god engelska. Det kändes lite som i filmen Marigold hotel, men rummen var betydligt mer i ordninggjorda. vatten och vattenkokare fanns.

"excellent, would stay again"
after staying at the amar villas twice, i wasn't sure what to expect at the rajputana. however, i was delighted and would stay again. the hotel itself is lovely. we were welcomed warmly and upgraded to better rooms which was nice given the difficult day we had. the food in the restaurant was some of the best we've had and we didn't even make it to peshawari. […] it was very cold in the lobby areas, and the bar staff was extremely inattentive initially-these were the only negatives. the shops in the adjoining building were some of the best shopping we did. the room had a massage chair and lovely sitting area. it was the second itc we staying in on our trip and we were very satisfied. "Best value for luxury and service in Jaipur"
I sent my parents to this hotel for a trip to celebrate my dad's 70th birthday. I asked the hotel staff to make their stay enjoyable. They made it very special, starting from presenting him with a cake when they arrived. They thought they were living in a dream. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the grounds well-kept. The staff knew them by name […] and attended to their needs, especially since my father has a physical disability. We stayed in an ITC Hotel (the Mughal) in Agra previously, in a room with a view of the Taj Mahal. The staff knew us by name and greeted us every time we passed through the lobby. "Lovely hotel with some pricing issues"
This is a gorgeous hotel -- truly 5 star experience that helps you get away from the hustle and bustle (and craziness) of Jaipur. Anyone would be pleased to stay here, but we noted three things that keep this from a "superb" rating: 1) Food and drink prices. Out of this world! The food was good, but it was literally 20x the price of comparable food […] in any restaurant outside the hotel. A markup is OK, but this was extreme. 2) Bed hardness. It was softer than many an Indian bed I have slept on, but still, much firmer than most westerners are accustomed to. 3) Over-attentive service. I realize this may be a matter of personal preference, but I started to get _angry_ at the level of attentiveness. As one example: in the space of 5 minutes standing in the lobby, I had no fewer than six people come up asking to take my bags, when I was quite happy to hold them myself. Over and over again, staff would come to ask if everything was alright, if they could do anything... when all we wanted was to be left alone for a few minutes peace. "Great Hotel"
I strongly recommend as it is an excellent hotel. Minute inconveniences that we noticed and shouldn't be a problem for others. 1. AC didn't work in our room and on-call they worked in the room for half-an hour, while we are in the room without a supervisor. They should have checked the quality prior allotting. Promptly acted, but we are forced to be […] in the room. 2. Child under 12 got charged as an extra person. Well, the breakfast (Rs.600) almost compensates the charge (Rs.1500), but that should have been courtesy. 3. 30 minutes complimentary computer with network. But there is nobody and no phone in the lobby. I need to return to room and made a call and back to business lounge. Well, WiFi for a charge is available to use in room. 4. Lobby is under construction and leaking (raining at that time). Well, overall, its an excellent experience. Superb rooms. Breakfast is continental that includes south Indian varieties Dosa, Idly, Sambar and Donuts, Cereals and fruits. Its superb. I will stay again and recommend to stay. "Rooms A little run down"
The pool and restaraunt area were lovely, but the rooms we were in were very dated and a little run down. The hotel is going through some renovations around the foyer area - I hope they will do the rooms next. Service was very good. "stay 6th to 9th May 2012"
My wife and I enjoyed the pool and gardens - oasis of tranquility in a busy city. On the morning of our check out I was suffering with a very nasty kidney stone. Hotel arranged doctor and extended our stay to the evening free of charge. This was our first stay in an ITC hotel. "Fabulous stay!"
It was a great refuge of cleanliness and service. We ate and drank without fear . We asked the chef about our concerns and they use a number of precautions so that we can eat fresh foods and drink the water. They went out of their way constantly to accommodate us. "this is the place for us"
When you have a child with you the criteria for finding a hotel suddenly changes. Ok is just not OK anymore. The hotel has to be perfect in every way possible. And the Rajputana was just that. Very centrally located, they served us everything we needed, with a smile. Including food and milk for the baby at odd hours. A pool for parents and kids, a play […] area, a nice little walk with squirrels and birds, a spa and delightful food. The best vacation I could have hoped for. "COURTEOUS AND VERY POLITE STAFF"
jUST WANTED TO MENTION THAT MY FAMILY AND MYSELF STAYED AT THE HOTEL ON THE 14TH OF AUG FOR 1 NIGHT. WERE PROMPTLY CHECKED IN THE FRONT DESK. THE LADY AT THE BUSINESS CENTER POLITELY DIRECTED US TO THE ELEVATORS.MR. SUNIL IN THE RESTAURANT WAS VERY POLITE AND VISITED THE TABLE ATLEAST 5-6 TIMES. HE TOOK EXTRA CARE OF MY DAUGHTER AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL […] AND COURTEOUS. GYM AND SWIMMING POOL WERE CLEAN AND WELL ATTENDED.. "Satisfatory and unsatisfactory"
Satisfactory : We arrived 8AM from Mumbai, however bell boy suggested receptionist to prepair the room for us and we could enter the room. Also at the time of dinner, one of our daughter suddenly fell into sleep in the restaurant Peshawari. However they kindly brought the dishes into our room. Unsatisfactory: we stayed Rajputana Royal room located in […] EVA wing. The key of the door entering into EVA wing was broken and I could not open the door for about thirty minutes. "価格以上で満足"
広いホテルで複雑な構造、迷いそうでした。 中国人団体客が連日到着していましたので時間帯によってはロビーがにぎやかでしたが、広いのでさほど気になりませんでした。 部屋は広く清潔、バスタブありお湯も十分出ました。若干水に色がついていましたがインドですから仕方ありません。プールはきれいな水でした。 レストランの味はまぁまぁ、少し高め。朝食ビュッフェはおいしく食べ過ぎました・・・。 夕方にダンスショーや楽器演奏があったそうですが、気づかず見逃しました。チェックイン時に案内してくれていれば・・・。 ゴージャスさはありませんが、価格以上に満足できるホテルでした。Verifierad gästrecension

"Super Hotel, eine Oase auf hohem Nevau"
Für unsere Goldenes Dreieck Rundreise hatten wir - ein 4 Sterne Hotel in Delhi gebucht (entsprach unseren Erwartungen - das Sheraton in Jaipur (5 Sterne) - ein 5 Sterne Hotel in AGRA Das Sheraton entspricht den Erwartungen bestens. Wer glaubt, das ein indisches 5 Sterne- Hotel nicht dem europäischen Standard entspricht wird hier eines besseren belehrt. […] Die Anlage ist weitläufig, großzügig ausgestattet und auf einem super Standard. Und das alles auch noch zu einem super Preis. Wir währen gerne länger geblieben. Einzigste Anmerkung: Wein ist teuer und die Temperatur im Hotel ist für Europäer zu weit runtergekühlt (wie überall in Asien). Das Hotel in AGRA dagegen war eine einzige Entteuschung.
