Suverän lokalisering. Vacker utsikt från de översta våningarna mot Eifeltornet. Bra WiFi på rummet. Dålig hisskapasitet. Fruktansvärt dyr frukost. Dåligt med plats att stanna för taxi utanför hotellet.Ganska långt till närmaste Metro station(Blanche)

The bed is very small, if you are a tall person (175cm) you will have problems sleeping in the bed. other than that everything was perfect and breakfast was great!

I had a pleasant stay in this hotel which I thoroughly recommend. My room was small, and on the very top floor where there is no lift, so I had to climb a flight of stairs with suitcases to get to it - they didn't offer to bring my suitcases up for me. It was, however, a veritable "room with a view", lovely to be able to look out over the Eiffel Tower […] every day, with Montmartre Cemetery just below. There were several lightbulbs not working when I arrived, but a call to housekeeping sorted that out very quickly. They also provided hypoallergenic pillows for me on request. The bathroom was a good size, and the shower was terrific; plenty of clean towels and a big radiator that kept the bathroom warm the whole time. The room itself was a little warm to sleep in, despite turning the radiator off, so although it was windy and rainy I did have to open the French windows at night in order to sleep. The location was ideal, Montmartre is a wonderful magical place with so much to see. I found the staff courteous and helpful, although the chap at reception could do with smiling a little more as he was rather serious. I used room service once, and was attended by a charming young man who was very helpful. A kettle in the room with a couple of teabags and coffee sachets was a useful extra. I didn't breakfast in the hotel restaurant, as there was a superb award winning patisserie just around the corner - which I made full use of. There were some renovations going on as I suppose January is one of their quietest periods, but I didn't hear any noise, and the only disruption was being unable to walk down the stairs and having to use the lift. This hotel was ok. Small and not all that clean. But from what I can tell of Europe it seems to be up to standard. The location is great, touristy, but easy access to metro, and great little places to eat around. There were a few times walking around at night that didn't feel all that safe, but no different than any other city I've been in. I'm not […] sure how the price matches up with other hotels, since this is my only time in Paris. I could see the Eiffel Tower from my hotel room if i leaned out the window. I was under the impression, after a emails back and forth, that the hotel understood our request for a room with either twin or king bed. On our arrival, we were made to wait 30 minutes to ck in. There was a bell man on duty, but no one else in site. He was kind, but I believe he had been drinking. He finally showed us to a very tiny, dbl bed room at […] the side of the hotel, with no view and it was in very shabby shape. We returned to the front desk and I explained the emails and again we had to wait for a decision. The room they finally gave us was on the street side of the hotel, extremely noisy all night long. The hallways all smelled of smoke. The room wasn't filthy, but there was mold around the bath tub and it wasn't overly clean. The staff were not very friendly or helpful. Stayed with our 11 year old son. Excellent location, wonderful standard of rooms with great views, staff could not be more helpful with the exception of the roof top terrace. If you intend to have a drink there, reserve a table as it gets very busy. Parking is a few mninutes from the Hotel but very easy to reach. Excellent hotel in very good location and base for touring. Only problem is the standard rooms are very very small and would recommend in future taking a superior room.

Very careful scrutiny of hotels in Paris with balconies and a view of the Eiffel Tower led us to this marvelous property. We booked a Classic Room through Hotels.com but upgraded to a Junior Suite Executive directly with the hotel. We had room 703 on the Terrass floor just down from the rooftop bar/restaurant, but it was very quiet, even with an Arabian-themed […] private party (that we were invited to) on one of our three nights on the terrass. This is a fantastic hotel for Paris--perfect for special occasions and very romantic. One of the best features was the neighborhood feeling in the Montmartre area--charming sidewalk cafes and shops, almost no big touristy buses, and of course that view from our room! The convenience of having three metro stops within easy walking distance for our dash to the Pere Lachaise cemetery on one day and a day's worth of sightseeing in the historic heart of Paris, a concierge (Nicolas especially) staff that will book a VIP table at the nearby Moulin Rouge with no waiting in line plus the Montmartre sights made this property perfect for us. I can't speak for other room categories, but do spurge for a Junior Suite with Eiffel view on the 7th or 8th floor, and it will make the difference for you between a mediocre stay and a very special one. Terrass is conveniently located for travel to scenic areas by metro, bus or train. A Taxi is not the preferred transportation option. The neighborhood is nice, but a bit close to the red light district for my taste. The upstairs bar is a plus with an exceptional view of Paris; unfortunately, management does not keep the landscaping properly trimmed […] detracting from what can be a significant benefit and differentiator when considering hotels. My second room choice was comfortable, but guest must be extremely careful with what is offered when checking in for your stay. I suggest requesting a look before accepting the hotel's initial offering. The classic room offered through the hotel.com website can be anything from an uncomfortably small unmanageable space, like room 209, or a space and bathroom that is in line with guest expectations for the price range. The website photos are misleading and the verbal room size confirmation over the phone was inaccurate. Would I go back to the Terrass, yes. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate any request to make my visit to Paris more comfortable. Läs mer

We went to this hotel as its close to Gare du Nord and had a baby with us! (pram). The hotel was 2 hours late for check in. It did not have air condition, and the rooms were VERY hot! (apparently it comes on in the summer months!) No access for prams (there is a door you can enter from, but we rang & rang, but no answer) On the positive side, the […] rooms are fairly large, clean, and the hotel is situated in a lovely Paris area. We have been to Paris several time before this past trip. However; this time we thought this hotel was the best in class compare to the others.. Nice lobby, larger and very clean rooms and bathrooms, close to major shopping area and great and very helpful staff, especially Francioq and Pier. Over all we had a great time there......Thank you.

It was a nice experience to have our trip at Terrass Hotel. The hotel staff was very coordinating and kind. Food was marvellous and service was excellent. I would like to recommend that whoever visits Paris must stay at Terrass to have a comfortable and safe stay.

The staff were very helpful and didnt seem to mind a 4 year old riding round the Lobby on his scooter whilst we did the paper work. The room was good but a bit small to add a child's bed. (Twin room)They had added a cot which we asked them to remove as he was too big for it. They did offer to put a bed in but we decided there really was no space and […] he could share my bed. The bathroom was roomy except for the toilet itself.The location was very good. Lots of restaurants around the corner and not far to walk to Metro to see other sites. If you want to see a beautiful, lively, and colorful Paris neighborhood it is hard to beat Montmartre. The Terrass as the only 4* hotel in the area was the natural choice for me. The hotel itself is small but beautifully appointed. My room was among the best hotel rooms I have stayed in, with beautiful fittings and complete with a steam sauna. The […] staff were friendly and helpful, completely flying in the face of all the established opinions regarding service in Paris, and did their best to get us a room early after we arrived fatigued and jetlagged on a Sunday morning with a child. We did not get a chance to try the onsite restaurant but frankly, with literally dozens of brasseries and international dining options covering all budgets a short walk away, there's really every reason to step outside and absorb the character of Montmartre on the quaint and famous Rue Des Abbesses. The Metro stop (Blanche) is a short walk away putting you within 10-15 minutes of all the "tourbook destinations" but Montmartre remains for me the loveliest location in Paris with its hilltop Basilica, and the maze of little alleys snaking up the hill adorned with shops, restaurants and art galleries. At the end of a long day of strenuous turbo-tourism, it was a religious experience to unwind in the in-room sauna, in a lovely hotel in a lovely neighborhood in a city that is absolutely intoxicating. Absolutely amazing room.. good sized, great bathroom (even had steam bath in it). Breakfast was expensive and not worth it, but convenient.

The hotel room was clean and small which is to be expected in Paris. The biggest disappointment was their concierge service pushing us to the vendors they use for tourist stuff. The hotels typically get booking fees from the vendors. Terrass hotel seems to go all the way in maximizing those revenues. We hired a cab to take us to the train station. Perfect setting this hotel, elevated over paris, all around the hotel awash with narrow streets, cafes. five minute walk, street artists and musicians. The hotel itself has an amazing restaurant on the roof, where i sat eating amazing food looking at the eiffle tower light the sky.

As other reviews suggested the standard rooms are quite small, but will be fine if you don't intend to stay in them a lot, i.e. are out and about sightseeing. The room looked recently refurbished and had a very clean feel to it. The bathroom is small but with a good waterflow does the deed. There is indeed no air con, which can be an issue in the […] summer. The terrass has some nice views, but you won't get it from most seats (if you should be so lucky taht it's actually open to custom). The biggest advantage of this place is its closeness to Montmarte; with the Place de Clichy station 5-10 minutes away on foot. Läs mer

This hotel is located in a pleasant, if quite touristy area with loads of bars, boutiques and boulangeries and is about a 10 minute walk from Sacre Couer. The hotel is in a brilliant location - five min walk from metro and near lots of lovely bars and cafes. Also near a main road which provided easy access to Paris but which was surprisingly not too noisy at all. The room was newly refurbished to a high standard, as was the rest of the hotel. Rooms were large for European standards. Staff were friendly, spoke English and were very helpful. Would definately stay there again and recommend others to do so as well!

My habit is not to review hotels. However, I have no hesitation in recommending this one. I would have trouble in finding a negative (although it did rain one of the days I was there - but I'll let them off this one oversight). Importantly, even the staff seemed to enjoy being in the hotel!

обескуражило довольно прохладное отношение персонала. Консьерж забыл про наш чемодан и мы получили его в номер после двухкратного напоминания. Такси в аэропорт ожидали в течение часа. Завтрак ранний, если придете в 9.45, вам сделают замечание. Зато прекрасные окрестности: аутентичные кафе и ресторанчики начала прошлого века, заполненные парижанами!

Oli mukava olla pois kiireisimmiltä alueilta, Montmartressa ihana tunnelma ja hotelli hyvätasoinen ja viihtyisä. Lähellä Basilika (tai jotain sinnepäin) pieni viihtyisä ravintola joka tarjosi suht. edullista herkullista ruokaa. Hotellin aamiainen ihan ok, vaikka välillä ruuat loppuivat kesken ja piti vähän odotella. Valikoima ei laaja mutta kaikki oli […] hyvää ja söimme siellä aamiaisen joka päivä. Menisin uudestaan! Olimme joulukuun alussa neljä yötä kolmen yön hinnalla junior sviitissä Terrass-hotellissa Pariisissa. Varasimme hotellin muutama kuukausi aiemmin ja hinta oli noin tonnin huikkeilla kahdelle hengelle ilman aamiaista. Hotellin sijainti Montmartressa on hyvä. Lähellä on kolme metropysäkkiä ja paljon ruokaravintoloita. Palvelu vastaanotossa oli yleisesti […] ottaen varsin ystävällistä. Aamiainen oli runsas ja ihan rahan väärti (parikymppiä per hlö per aamu). Huone (junior sviitti) oli hieman nuhjuinen (etenkin kokolattiamatto), mutta tilava pariisilaisittain. Ei kuitenkaan lähelläkään mitään luksusta. Hinta-laatu-suhde ei ollut lähelläkään suomalaista tasoa, mikä oli kyllä arvattavissa. Kylppärissä oli suihku ja amme erikseen, mikä hyvä juttu. Pikkuruinen vessa oli erikseen. Makkari ja pieni "olohuone" oli eristetty väliovilla, mutta pienessä tilassa tällä ei ole mitään merkitystä. Ikkunat olivat kadulle päin, mutta liikenteen melu ei kuulunut pahasti. Huoneemme oli neljännessä kerroksessa. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour à l'Hotel. Il est situé dans un des plus beaux quartiers de Paris, proche de Montmartre et Abbesses. L'Hotel a aussi une terrasse au 7ème étage d'où l'on peut ammirer la ville lumière en tout son splendeur.

Hotelli sijaitsee Seinen pohjois-rannalla ja sinne pääsi hyvin bussilla keskustasta. Metropysäkille oli vähän matkaa. Kävellenkin selviää melko moneen paikkaan. Huoneet siistit ja palvelu hyvää. Talo hienosti modernisoitu ja kaunis. Voin suositella muillekin.

Dejligt velbeliggende og velfungerende hotel med gode store værelser. Og så har de rygerværelser på en hel etage.

The Manger is not very pollite. We had som problems with the reception, Because they promised us to be apel to make a small film at the hotel, if we just paid for the rooms. We paid for 3 big rooms, when we arriwed it was not possible to film there. So it was a waste of money, The Manegar of the hotel phoned me and was very impolite. He didn't try to […] help me at all. it could only be me who had maked a misstage. Impolite service, the staff seems very afraid of their boss. Läs mer
