Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was conveniently located to the highway but the room was very quiet & I did not hear any traffic. The only downside was the restaurant was under renovation.

A lot of cabling, hard to reach outlets, lights didn't all work, more chairs than I could use, had to move desk chair to leave room between desk and chair. Heating/cooling required a lot of experimenting to get comfortable temp. Bed was comfortable enough. Pillows too small to wrap around.

I have stayed at this location for a number of years and am now findng the facility very tired. It really needs some upgrading. The service is good, the location, for me, is excellent however because it is getting run down it just doesn't seem as clean. Also where did all the tables and chairs go from the pool area?

The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. The heaters in the rooms were very diificult to control and, as a result, it was unbearably hot. Everything was clean and well maintained. The pool was being repaired when we were there and it would have been nice if there was some notifcication of that. It was a dissappointment to the kids.

we had a great time ,we took our two young grandkids ,tyey had a blast in the pool.our bed couldve been a little more c omportable.and pillows bigger.,but other than that it was great.

The hotel was gross! I read it was being renovated and updated so I thought I would be a good choice as we were only staying 2 nights. I wanted to leave as soon as we entered the room. It smelled like a musty mildew basement. Needless to say our shoes remained on when we were in the room! It was also very cramped, we had two double beds and if one person […] was walking by the bed there could not be someone standing in the way. We were constantly moving chairs out of the way to have a little more breathing room. Thank goodness we were only there a short time because these was no way I was using that shower! Don't even want to go there, as soon as we got home it was shower time! Also we booked here because they advertised a pool, it was an ok size but really run down, you could see all the different patch and paint jobs that have been done to the pool. Lastly as we were entering the hotel we passed what was either a hooker or a drug user, we should have taken that as our clue to run for the hills! Läs mer

Overnight stay with my granddaughter. Room was clean and comfortable. Easy access to highway. Pool had a bit too much chlorine in it but other than that the pool area was tidy. Restaurant in hotel was convenient. Pets permitted. Would stay here again.

Stayed one night. Everything of the highest order. Good bed, mattress and pillows. Clean bathroom with great shower. Great little fridge in room....flat screen t.v. Air condition quiet and efficient. Great location off the highway... Hotel was fully booked due to soccer tournament...pool could have used another cleaning time added due to number of kids using it!

Great pool ! My kids loved it. Breakfast was great too. Good selection of fruit, bread, hot and cold options. Service was great also. This is my 2nd time here and will definitely come back.

Friendly and helpful staff. Restraunt was right in the hotel so didn't have to leave with my kids. And kids eat free! Beds were sooooo comfortable. They even accomdated us with a crib in our room that housekeeping setup and had ready for us.

we felt very welcomed ! We had booked with breakfast and couldn't use the 3 last breakfast so we agreed to let less fortunate people use the vouchers.The only complaint we have is that they put customers with pets next to rooms with no pets. This hotels caters to family with children.

Stay was pleasant. A nice little courtyard or shaded patio area on the property would be nice for guests staying more than just overnight. The food in Oscar's was overpriced and pretty dreadful The special of liver and onions tasted like the liver was boiled. It cost $15.95 on special and a much better offering at Wimpy's is available at $8.95 .... […] regular price. The dry cajun chicken wings ordered came with no seasoning at all but one wing came with a feather still attached. The waitress took it back to the kitchen but no discount was offered for that wing. We may stay there again but would not even order tea and toast at Oscars ever again. Läs mer

Stayed for one night. All you can get from a 3+ star hotel. Nice breakfast choices. Staff was very accomodating. It's just the washroom, a little too tight.

My brother and I had booked a room with 2 double beds via Expedia. Upon arrival, sent to room and to my surprise I noticed the room only had 1 bed and sofa. Went back to front desk and asked why she did not mention anything upon my registration. I said that it would be good customer service to do so as this is not what I booked, but I was told that […] unfortunately they had no rooms with double beds left at this stage and room with bed and pullout couch is considered DB. I was then told if I insist on room with 2 beds, we could get one at around 7pm. I asked if hotel could prioritize cleaning that room with double beds, but front desk clerk responded by indicating they can't order cleaning staff on what to do. I finally got what I booked for at around 7pm, but front desk customer service was a serious disappointment. Next time I would recommend that people stay somewhere else. Läs mer

My biggest complaint was that the room was terribly hot - the windows did not open and the airconditioner was pathetic. And to make it worse the lady and the front desk on check out never even asked me how my stay was. The hotel otherwise was fine a 3 star as noted.

We stayed there as a family (2 children) for one night on our way from Niagara Falls to Ottawa. Good pool, hot tub and very clean and comfortable rooms. Our room was on the "quiet side", which was great. Breakfast was good, not excellent but many alternatives to choose from. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We chose the hotel specifically as it is pet friendly to accommodate us bringing our dog. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the use of the indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. If we needed accommodations in the Tenton area again we would return.

This was a comfortable, clean, basic accommodation. Excellent access to Hwy 401. Few good restaurants nearby. Restaurant in hotel has limited breakfast menu (either cold continental or full buffet).

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Trenton with my little nephew. The room was very clean and relatively comfortable, although the chairs were squished in by the side of the bed, which did make it somewhat less comfortable to sit in the chairs. The beds were firm and comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows. My young nephew was excited to use the […] pool and we did enjoy using the pool facilities. It was great to have access to a sauna and a hot tub, but the hotel needs to clean the hot tub more often because there was a ring of grime around the water in the hot tub. This could have been because we used the facilities later in the evening. The location of a popular coffee shop right across the road was a good plus in the morning when we needed to get up and get back on the road. Overall, we were more or less pleased with our stay and would return to this hotel if in the area again. Läs mer

While the surroundings do not offer restaurants within walking distance, the hotel itself was fine. The included breakfast was well worth the extra cost.
