Bästa frukosten hittills i Usa, äggröra skinka med salsa. Det fanns gröt bröd yoghurt frukt osv. Jätte fina rum med ute plats, skön säng och många tv kanaler även soffa och skrivbord. Vi vart glatt överraskade när vi kom över hur trevligt hela stället var. Vi fick även kvällsmat (mån-tors). Ca 10 min biltur med mycket trafik till America airline center. Enda negativa var att det var lite svårt att hitta restaurang på gång avstånd. Men det rekommenderas att bo här!

Bra hotell med fokus på arbete, stora rum rent och snyggt utan att vara lyxigt. Lämpligt för arbete i norra Dallas. Ok gym med fria vikter och maskiner, dock ganska litet men nytt. Frukost enkel men helt ok, ingår i priset. Trevlig personal och en liten shop att handla vatten och annat fixi i receptionen. Bra värde för pengarna om man jobbar.

"Great Hotel - Fabulous breakfast and staff"
We will certainly book here again when coming to Dallas for pleasure. Easy trip to great shopping in Grapevine or fun in downtown Dallas. So many varieties of food at breakfast - there for 3 nights, and each day it was a little different. Breakfast meat, eggs, great oatmeal and toppings, yogurt (even Activia), juices, cereals, fruit, breads and pastries. […] They even had breakfast bags at the front desk if you had to leave in a hurry - included bottled water, breakfast bar and fruit. I stay at Hampton Inns frequently both for business and leisure due to a nice balance of amenities for the price. My wife and I stayed at this Hampton since it was close to the DFW airport and we had an early morning flight the next day. The hotel looked fairly new and was very clean. "Great place, especially for business"
Overall, it was a great stay. But it wasn't perfect-couldn't get coffee maker to work, shower was too dark. One nice detail was adequate supply of towels, however there wasn't much to hang them on. It only takes ONE person to ruin it for all. There was one staff member who was not only unhelpful but condescending to us. Then tried to laugh it off when confronted. After someone finally came for help, the woman at the front desk argued with me for 30 minutes about prepayment, realized she made a mistake and the refused to admit it. The hotel staff were exceedingly helpful, polite, and friendly. The housekeeping crew did an excellent job keeping our room clean and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was really good too, and included hot items (I've stayed in pricier hotels that only offered cereal and pastries for their complimentary breakfast). They were replacing some flooring in the dining room and lobby, but they managed it very well and I'm sure it's long since been completed now. The personla service at this hotel was great!! It is currently being renovated so not all the rooms have fridges yet but they did bring me one so that was great. I do wish they had 2 waffle makers as there was always a long line, but really that's my only complaint about the place. Room was fine; however hotel is undergoing floor replacement in b'fast area and it was most distracting to have workers in/out and hammering tile, etc. traversing the lobby and b'fast room. The hotel is easy to find BUT and it may have just been us, but it wasn't very easy to locate restaurants nearby. "Don't pass this one up"
My wife and I needed a place to stay the night before our plane departure the next morning. The hotel is much better than we expected. The staff was very friendly. Our room was nice with plenty of room. Best of all it was clean. I have stayed in rooms that cost twice as much that fell short of the Hampton. Breakfast was good with a good variety of cold […] and hot food. The scrambled eggs, fried potatoes and waffles made for a nice breakfast. There was some construction going on in the lobby area but it was not a problem. They are improving the area. It will be that much nicer next time. I recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a good clean place to stay with all the goodies for the much less that any comparable nearby motels.
