Prisvärt hotell med trevlig personal. Man kan ha otur och få ett rum med fönster mot trafikerad motorväg.

Vistelsen inträffade under orkanen Sandy och hotellet blev strömlöst. Till skillnad från många andra hotell där personalen lämnade gästerna åt sitt öde, så flyttade personalen på Staybridge in på hotellet för att bistå gästerna under och efter stormen. De lyckades till och med ordna varm frukost samt enklare lunch och middag genom att använda gasolgrillen på uteplatsen! Frukosten var för övrig bra i normala fall och systemet med att erbjuda lättare gratis "middag" Ti-To varje vecka uppskattades. Spartanskt gym men helt tillräckligt, bra inomhus pool. Bra läge vid US1 med promenader möjliga genom att leta sig in i villaombrådet bakom hotellet där det fanns trottoarer, kan annars vara ett problem i USA. Trevligt hotell med bra läge för bad i Atlanten och kvällspromenad med mat och dryck. Trevligt poolområde och gratis utskrift av boardingpass. Tyvärr var det en lucka eller dyl som föll igen hårt varje gång rummets fläktssystem stängdes av ca en ggr i halvtimmen som man vaknade av då det lät som någon slog hårt i grannens dörr. Vi påtalade detta vid avresan och de skulle kolla på det. Trevlig personal.

"30 min till Six Flags"

"I love this hotel"
I have stayed at this hotel twice. I absolutely love it. It's like staying at a mini apartment. The rates are reasonable, and the rooms are very cozy. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again in the future.Verifierad gästrecension

"Needs work and updating."
General condition of hotel and room is poor. The rooms are dark and the TV's and carpets need relacing.The TV's are old tube type and require two remotes to opperate. The rooms are old, the bathroom fixutures have been neglected, the sheets were clean but the blankets were filthy. "Frequent customer"

"disappointment"
I booked several rooms at this hotel because of my past experince I told several other people to book at this hotel because I have had a great experince, but all our rooms were dirty dusty smelly and had what appeared to be blood on the walls windows and in the bath tub. "conveinient location, yet unclean sofa bed"
I enjoyed the conveinience of the location to the shoppes and event I was attending. The customer service desk was great, as was the breakfast. "Christmas visit"
The owner of this hotel should be ashamed of himself. The interior of the hotel was discusting. Paint was falling off all of the wooden stairways. "Good on the outside...bad on the inside"
This place is not as bad however the price could be better. It looks real nice from the outside yet no flat panels in room, bed makes squeeking noise when you lay on it, could use more chairs, and it needs an appliance upgrade all around. "Easy access and comfort"

We were put on the 3rd floor. We checked in late, about 12:30am. There was yelling in the hall. At about 6:30am someone was slamming doors until 10:30. I didn't here anyone talking but it seemed to me the slamming was the staff. Not a very restful sleep.Verifierad gästrecension

Hotel in very poor condition. Asked for a king size non smoking room and the room stunk with smoke odors tried to open closet door and it was totally off it's runners. We changed our room. Breakfast room was to small to handle the number of guests using that room. We left our I-pad charger and blackberry charger in a plug in the room. The hotel was in very poor state of repair. Not at all what I would expect from the Comfort Inn chain. Many items broken in room and corridors had wood so worn down and bare of paint that you felt like you were going to fall through. The only positive was the breakfast was nice. "Good hotel, but a little run down"
The rooms are very well laid out almost like a suite, which suits us perfectly as a family of 4. Kids can sleep while we watch TV down the other end of the suite. Problem was that everything was very much out of date and not maintained... Old style TVs were in the rooms and the bathrooms were not clean (bath needed resurfacing, drains did not drain […] and smelt bad...) Turns out that the hotel has recently been taken over and is undergoing improvements. "Quality Stay"
Our stay was great. The Hotel staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. One of the hotel staff members suggested a local beach for us to visit in Long Point. We ended up going there all three days of our visit. The only downfall of our stay was that the swimming pool was closed and there was limited vending machines.Verifierad gästrecension

overall I would not recommend this hotel! What was stated as queen sized beds were pretty comfortable but what they hd labeled as a queen size sofa bed was no bigger than a small love seat. We had 4 adults staying in the one room and there was not enough places for us all to sit down!!!! 2 fit on sofa bed seat and one on the desk chair! The other big […] disappointment was that the big lobby was not air conditioned. They had the front and rear doors open wide letting in all the hot and humid air. Very very uncomfortable. As for the free continental breakfast it was just okay but because it was terribly hot and stuffy in there we could not stay and opted to go to an air conditioned restaurant!!!! "Good for the price"
Room was a nice size for us, a family of 5. TV's are old and we could not get HBO because of this. Girl at check in not helpful, did not explain anything. Pool was out of order our whole stay. We made a last minute reservation for a funeral. I chose this hotel over another because we wanted our kids to be able to use the pool after the services. The pool was closed--no explanation. "Needs a lot of work"
New front desk employees meant well but were not yet trained. Housekeeping never came to our room. Hotel in desperate need of maintenance. There were holes in the walls, gouged paint, strange smells, loose doorknobs. Jacuzzi obviously had been broken for a long time as the water was a weird color and odor. "Very Disappointed"
I have stayed at Comfort Inn & Suites in the past. I booked this one to be close to my parents for Easter Morning. Me and my 3 kids stayed one night. It was not good. The rug on the room floor felt damp..I tried to feel if there was water damage but could not see any. It definitely felt damp though. The bed was hard as a ROCK - literally! The floor […] would have been more comfortable. There was a sofa bed, which we used, but the mattress was STAINED and dirty. We covered it with the sheets provided but there was NO extra blankets. "Worked for us"
Staff was very courteous, let us check in early, which was nice after a long drive. Room was clean and comfortable and this is really all we were looking for. Only disappointment was that the next morning when I was looking forward to a soak in the hot tub I found the heater wasn't working so the water was tepid and there was an older woman with a horde […] of young children screaming and splashing in the hot tub and not the pool. I lasted about 5 minutes and gave up. Staff really should intervene in cases like that and ask guests to be courteous of other guests. But the breakfast was good and my kids looooved making their own belgiun waffles so I kindof forgave them. All in all, a good place to stay if you're not looking for fancy. After entering the hotel, I immediately saw breakdown in the walls. After checking in, the courtyard leading to our room was not up to par and the outside door was never locked. I walked up front to request maid service when leaving the hotel; upon our return, the room had not been cleaned.
