Good location, clean big and quiet room, OK breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Location OK, close to airport and OK to Portland. Extreme value for money - unless you expect 5-star luxary for budget money

Vi stannade två nätter och är jättenöjda, mycket prisvärt. Tryggt gratis garage, varm frukost, pool, fräsha rum,ca 20-30 min med bil från Boston. Personalen var trevlig och korrekt. Rummet vi fick först hade lite dålig intenetteckning vilket jag påpekade varpå vi erbjöds ett annat utan några som helst probem. För priset som vi betalad per natt så är detta hotell det absolut bästa och mest prisvärda boendet vi haft under våran kust til kust resa.

"You get what you expected."
I've stayed here twice, almost exactly a year apart. The hotel is a bit old but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Don't expect new furnishings and flat-screen tvs, it's just the basics, for a basic price.Verifierad gästrecension

"Quick trip"

the staff were friendly and accomodating. Arrived in Maine by air and hotel picked us up at airport. At the super low price we paid, I did not expect that kind of service. The hotel is dated-but we expected that. It is nice that breakfast is included with the price-again, a surprise at this price and it was more that just muffins. Its an easy location […] to get to from the turnpike and it is right across from the mall for those who come to shop. Five mins. to airport. "Good for the money"
I was definitely expecting a budget motel. The room was ok, but extremely outdated. The noise level was pretty bad - the hallways were very noisy. I was extremely impressed with the staff though. They were very polite and helpful.Verifierad gästrecension

I really love this hotel, have been staying there for over 15 years when in town. The rooms are becoming a little old and outdated. The check in staff was excellent, the breakfast was great, the room was very clean but the beds were terrible! The bed pad keep bunching up everytime you moved and the fitted sheet was a flat sheet so it keep coming out. Seriously? You could put a fitted sheet? "Needs updating/refurbishment"
Our room was old, paint chipping, wallpaper peeling. It was also small; the furniture barely fit! (The tv armoire covered half of the mirror.) We also had an end room on the ground floor, which may have been smaller than the others, I'm not sure. The breakfast was better than the average continental buffet. IN an excellent area...right near the Maine Mall (SO MANY places to shop and eat out. SOOO many choices) Arrived and was greeted and welcomed in with an excellent staff. My room is clean (i WAS Worried because in the past, when I have gone to hotels across the u.s. that allowed pets, the rooms were awful) This room was spotless, smelled fine and looked […] nice. Went to the pool. Hot tub is being worked on but the pool was heated and the little guys loved it. I will also have a shuttle to get me to the airport tomorrow and free breakfast. internet is free and works great from second floor.
