I didn't expect much due to the cheap price and some other reviews that I read before I got there. The motel was better than i had thought, big room that didn't smell and lots of tv channels. They also cleaned my room every day, even though I left at 2pm two of the days I was there.

Vår vistelse på Hilton Portland & Executive Tower var mycket bra. Perfekt läge mitt i centrala Portland (där allt i centrum ligger inom gångavstånd), trevlig hotellpersonal och god mat i hotellbaren. Rummet skulle må bra av en liten uppdatering men i övrigt har jag ingenting att klaga på hos detta hotell. Jag kommer förmodligen bo där igen vid nästa vistelse i Portland.

Mycket trevligt hotell med trevlig personal. Gav oss råd om billig parkering när deras var full (den var till och med billigare än deras egna). Dock dåligt att disk inte var diskad när man använt ett glas eller så. Fanns inga disktillbehör för att göra detta själv.

Söderut och sydväst om centrum ligger detta familjevänliga område med några av regionens frodigaste betesmarker. I Hayhurst ligger det 21 hektar stora Alpenrose dairy complex, med en idrottsarena och en velodrom. the rooms are small. The TV was not plugged in. There is a hole in the carpet under the sink. The carpet was not vacuumed well especially around the edges. Noted many areas of the hotel that need repair and upkeep.Verifierad gästrecension

"Not a hidden gem at the price......"
This is the typical mid 70's road side motel tucked in to a shopping district. The rooms are small with low ceilings, and the lack of a recent remodel or serious cleaning makes it very close to disgusting. The staff is nice and friendly, but overall this is only some place you will want to stay if all of the other local chains are booked (Marriott, […] Hilton, etc.). Besides the convenience of the location, and the friendly staff, the hotel was not the best place we could have stayed, which we knew, for the price. "Close to family locations."
We had stayed at this location a year ago. Very pleaant stay. The owner suggested we call the hotel directly next time we make reservations. I stayed at this hotel just 3 days prior and the room was fabulous. This stay the room was not as clean and it was very hard to sleep as the small fridge kept clicking off and on and the room this time was so tiny the fridge was right there next to me! This room was on the 3rd floor my last room was on the 2nd. Overall for price hotel is good value. […] But decor and cleanliness was different from one stay to the next one room to the next. The hotel was cheap all the way around. The price was low yes! The breakfast was so-so. The TV came in very fuzzy and was very old. I think it was on its last legs. It still had the old Nintendo 64. "A place to sleep."
Good place if all you need is a place to sleep. Poor WiFi reception in room. Minimal TV channels. Continental Breakfast was all pre-packaged cereals, pastry, bagels, bread. Not much else. "clean room, hot showers, and easy freeway access"
The Shilo Inn Tigard provided us a clean room with and hot showers while we were driving through Oregon. Easy access to\from the freeway, the free breakfast consisted of cereal and yogurt, the coffee was decent. Our room was pretty bland and boxy, the window-mount AC kept the room cool, I didn't notice any obnoxious noises coming from other areas of […] the building. "Horrible place compared to Tigard Phoenix Inn"
Stayed just one night and moved to The Phoenix for the next three nights. Rate was exactly the same but the quality was incomparable! Tiny ill maintained, hot room with peeling wall paper and horrible bed vs. King bed with office/ living room area and great AC at The Phoenix. "more front office help"
The front office help needs more help. she was doing her best but the computer was messed up, the hotel overbooked and guests were getting irritated with her for things that were not her fault. The router went out while I was waiting, ice machines were broken so you could only get ice by asking her to get it out of the back. The room walls are not very sound proof. (adjoining room). The so called breakfast was very substandard even for the rate. I didn't bother and went out for breakfast. The staff was cordial and helpful. Service question is too vague. The room was small, but the price was low, so per square foot, it was ok. The shower head needs attention. There was an old fashioned bedspread that looked to be about 20 years old on the bed; bed linens did not smell fresh and the bed was so hard I did not get a good nights sleep.
