This is a must for a stop over before taking your plane--quality staff an very comfortable

I stayed at room 125 and it was too noisy for me-- The staff are outstanding and excellent listeners so talk to them about your potential rooms-I would highly recommend this hotel and the breakfast buffet was the best-------

Very convenient when spending the night and connecting flights the next morning

This was a great place to stay. The bell men we had was the nice one we have had. He new englinsh well and was very helpful. We would stay agian.

We found that the staff was friendly and accommodating...spent only one night there on a layover...the room was very small...the beds were hard...the light in the bathroom was burnt out...overall the room was very costly and we would have expected more for the price we paid.

We had a great stay and would tell people to stay here. The bell man was one of the nicest people you could ask for. If you stay here ask for a room that is not on the run way. It is alote better than the ones on the runway.

I never write reviews but the service at this hotel was so outstanding that was necessary to tell everybody about it. Highly recommended.

Airport is convenient for meetings for a quick visit to Mexico City. Hotel lobby is small and rooms are average. Staff is very helpful.

... but at a price. The hotel is inside of the airport, just a few minutes walking distance from every airline in Terminal 1. The hotel is good, breakfast was excellent, but the hotel is the most expensive in the airport area. For good reason: it is also the most efficient option for an early flight.

The location is the best for transferring to early morning flights. thought the surrounding area is not so inviting the access to the subway (excellent system as long as you avoid rush hours) and taxis and long distance buses. The restaurant has some exceptional modern cusine.

My husband and I had been on a long haul flight and had been in a passport control queue for hours so when we finally got through it was so easy to just go upstairs and check in to a nice clean hotel with smiling faces! We had booked a king sized bed which in all honesty was worth every penny as the room was alot larger than the other rooms and the […] bed was really comfy. The only thing I would say is that in the early hours of the morning we got woken up by what I can only describe as loud maintenance noises coming from below. This may have been a one off though but unfortunately for us it kept us awake most of the night...not good when your dealing with jetlag and all you want is a peaceful nights rest! But apart from that it was a pleasant and relaxing stay and it served its purpose being super convenient. Something too to bear in mind is that we had to get to terminal 2 and they offer a free shuttle service every 20 minutes, so no need to have them arrange a taxi for you as you would have to pay for this. The Mexico City airport Hilton is by far the worst acuosticly designed hotel I have ever stayed. You could hear a pin-drop from your next door neighbor. Is clean it has a great location if your staying overnight in Mexico airport, but plan on bringing some heavy duty earplugs.

This hotel is all about the location if you are changing planes its great. If you are visiting Mexico City there are better alternatives.

Just a note, as usual, women get placed next to the elevator, the ice machine etc. This happened at this hotel. Makes me sad

Great airport hotel and really a welcome after a long haul from Australia!! Arrived at midnight and was welcomed then shown to great room where i caught up on much needed sleep. Caught a bus the next day, very convenient as Primera Plus bus station is right at the airport. Would stay again as was very convenient, room and staff great.

Great Hotel location inside the Interational terminal,service was good as well as the food in the restaurant.

This is a new hotel so everything is pretty spiffy. We only spent 1 night before getting on a plane but it was pleasant and quiet - despite it's location IN the airport. Getting TO the hotel (and the airport) is a whole other story however.

Great people, great food,..poor air conditioning operation. Preferably for overnight connections

Very convenient. Right there when you get through customs. Staff very friendly and helpful. A little pricey for food and drink, but it is at the airport after all. Great for the night right after or before flight. If you want the Mexico City experience it is a cab ride away. I will be back....gracious

With a late arrival and a very early connecting flight the next day, this was the perfect choice for us. Located inside the airport - there was no hassle of waiting for a connecting shuttle. Room was fine, and staff were helpful.

Nice rooms, good staff and right in the airport. It is in terminal 1 so if you need to leave out of a different terminal you will want to plan for that but overall a great hotel to stay in for the location. I wouldn't stay here if I was going into the city but just to catch a flight it is perfect.

Excellent location for a stopover hotel

I can't imagine a better place to sleep if you have an early international flight!

The big plus for this hotel is convenience. It is RIGHT in Juarez International. It couldn't be any closer. If you have an early flight or are connecting to another city you can't be closer. Price was a bit steep for what you get. The room was very basic and there were plumbing odors all night. The breakfast buffet was very over priced. This is an excellent place to overnight if you have an early flight out the next morning. A little expensive but the location is superb.

LAMENTABLEMENTE LA HABITACION NO SE ENCONTRABA EN MUY BUENAS CONDICIONES DE MANTENIMIENTO (COSA QUE ME SORPRENDIO POR EL RENOMBRE DE ESTA CADENA) Y NO INCLUIA EL DESAYUNO; PERO PARA PASAR LA NOCHE, DESPUES DE LLEGAR TARDE DE UN VUELO Y TOMAR OTRO A LA MAÑANA SIGUIENTE, ES RECOMENDABLE SI NO SE TIENE MUCHAS PRETENCIONES

治安が悪いといわれるメキシコで泊まるところを迷う方は多いとおもいますが空港内でアクセスも良く周りにマクドナルドやレストランなども多く非常に便利、一人旅ならいろいろな場所に行ってみるのもありですが家族旅なら絶対お勧めです。価格もリーズナブルです。

Perfecto por su ubicación para pasar SOLO una noche a la espera de un vuelo en la madrugada siguiente... Si el objetivo es otro, como vieje de negocios o placer, busque otra opción.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente para personas que deben tomar vuelos muy temprano.

Excelente atencion, mantenimiento y limpieza de las habitaciones. Muy comodo y buen entorno dentro del aeropuerto.

Os Hotéis Hilton sempre encantam aos hospedes. A localização dentro do T1 do aeroporto do México facilita muito a estada na cidade ........

Goede service, vriendelijke mensen aan de receptie, nette en goed ingerichte kamers. Min puntje : men hoort, toch al is het miniem, de opstijgende vliegtuigen.
