Very pleased with this Marriott. We love Marriotts, and this one confirms it. Very friendly staff. Very helpful and the new cafe opened in the lobby! It's great.

My overall stay at the hotel was good. There were two or three flaws. Upon arriaval we discovered two broken switchs. On for the lights and another for our jacuzzi. Other than that our room was comfortable and the staff was great

The main construction was nearly done so we could use the regular entrance this time. The pool water was still cold-it needs to be at least 3-5 degrees warmer than what it was. Soundproofing between rooms needs to be better. There was a lot going on in the room next door after midnight, and I am certainly glad there was nobody under 18 in my room asking […] questions as to exactly what was happening next door! The continental breakfast the next morning was quite nice-loved the hot oatmeal! I was curious as to why no more than 4 bagels or slices of bread were available, though. If there had been half a dozen or more adults enter the breakfast area, most of the breads would have been gone before those at the end of the line had an opportunity to have any. I've stayed at less expensive hotels that are much more generous with what is put in the breakfast line. I was a little surprised that oatmeal was the only hot food (unless you toasted bread/bagels). Many times "make your own" waffles are available and sausage is, too. Orange juice was the only juice and I didn't notice any decaf coffee. I thought that was a bit odd for a Marriott hotel. I really think we should have received a lower price due to the construction that was going on in the front lobby. We had to follow a lot of signs in order to find the "front desk".The elevator was not working, but we had a ground-floor room and I am so glad we did. The staff person was nice. The pool was rather cold although the air temp in the pool […] area was great and the jacuzzi pool was very nice. Small, but nice. I think this is the first hotel I've ever stayed in where the bed faced the window...not sure I like that but it is what it is. I thought breakfast would be included in the room price, but it wasn't and we didn't eat there. There's a very, very good breakfast served at another hotel in the area that's included in the price and the price is about half of what this is....take a lesson, Courtyard. Läs mer

VERY CLEAN/MODERN. STAFF & HOUSE KEEPING VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS (A+) GREAT AMENITIES. WE EXTENDED OUR STAY TWO (2) ADDITIONAL DAYS BECAUSE OF THE SATISFACTION. THANK YOU!!!

The room had a heavy smell of recently smoked cigarettes although the hotel was supposed to be tobacco free. The breakfast service was an extra charge and we skipped it since it did not seem to be that good a value.

This hotel was nice. Good sized, clean rooms. A pool. Nice staff. Only complaint, the breakfast buffet that is typically complimentary at most other hotels cost $5.95 a person.

Gutes Hotel wenn man vom Flughafen O'Hare etwas weg will, um dann am nächsten Morgen die Reise in den USA zu beginnen.
