Bra service, trevlig personal, bra läge. Frukosten var OK, bra frukost till det priset man har betalat. Kan lätt rekommendera denna hotel!

In general I NEVER recomend this hotel, bad, thiny, VERY DARK rooms, I saw insects in bathroom, cold room your window opens direct to a building in front of you with people who easily see you in your room. Cannot draw the curtains then it becomes difficult to breathe in the room! NOTHING good with this hotel JUST two persons who are working there Jalil […] and a woman in reception. Breakfast? FORGET IT, very poor. Internet/wireless/WIFI, it says you have access, it is not true and there is no computer at the loby, I mean the hotel doesn´t have loby at all! the elevator is so small that two people can barely fit in. there are better hotel in that area, choose them!! Har bott på Brittany två gånger nu. Alltid trevlig personal, frukost som är bra och klart högre klass än kontinental frukost i allmänhet. Fina rum, särskilt badrummen. Rummen är små men fullt tillräckliga för några dagar. Kan vara lite lyhört, men det beror nog på vilket rum man får. Renovering pågår i matsal och lobby. Small rooms, but not too small. Renovations was ongoing when we where there, and it looks promising. Good breakfast with cereals, milk, youghurt, bread, coffee, tea, etc. No disturbing sound from other rooms, but a little from the corridor and the street. Very clean and nice bathroom.

Prisvärt mellanklasshotell mycket bra placerat i Paris - mellan Operan och Montmatre. När vi bodde där, i slutet av april 2011, pågick ombyggnationer i lobbyn, vilket gav först gav hotellet ett rörigt och slitet intryck. Men vårt dubbelrum var helt nytt, snyggt och välstädat. Med tanke på det låga priset så var jag nöjd med hotellet. Hade rum in mot gården så det var mycket tyst. Toaletten var nyrenoverad men iskall. Fanns dock infravärmare där :) För att vara i Paris var frukosten helt ok. Vi blev rekommenderade restauranger i närheten som alla var väldigt bra och prisvärda. Lite snuskigt dock att den filt som fungerade […] som täcke innehöll diverse hårstrån från andra gäster. Jag var noga med att lakanet hela tiden skyddade mig från filten. Läs mer

Personalen i receptionen är väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam med allt möjligt. Rummen är lite mörka men annars är det rent och fräscht. Ligger i ett trevligt område bara hundra meter från en tunnelbanestation. Frukosten är bra för att vara en continental breakfast. Helt klart ett prisvärt hotell!

Rummet var mycket litet och kanske något mörkt men badrummet var nyrenoverat och det var i hela rummet rent och fräscht med välmanglade lakan och en skön säng (Queen size varianten). Aircondition, tv med CNN etc samt värdeskåp. Inget strykjärn på rummet, och det jag lånade i receptionen var tyvärr inte så bra, men det fanns i alla fall ett. Läget var […] verkligen super, i lugna kvarter i norra delen av stan, med många mysiga brasserier runt hörnet och 20 - 30 minuters promenad till nästan ALLA de stora sevärdheterna. Louvren, Triumfbågen, Notre dame och Sacre coeur. T-banan är ju billig och bokstavligen runt hörnet! Dygnetruntöppen lobby. Ett riktigt bra hotell. Rummet var fräscht, men inte så stort. Antagligen nyrenoverat rum. Mycket bra läge, promenadavstånd till övre Montmartre, 15 min, och Operan, 15 min. Metro 100 m. Personalen var bra och fanns till hands om man behövde det.

We had a wonderful stay at Brittany Hotel. Very close to a metro station, clean rooms, helpful front desk, wonderful breakfast - simple but delicious! It was a good neighborhood. There is a small supermarket nearby which we visited almost every day to get water, fruits, etc. The only problem we had was that we were a family of 2 adults and 1 child and […] even though we booked the room for 3, they told us that we have to pay additional 2 euros per day for the child when we arrived. We took a shuttle service from the hotel to the airport (18 euro per person) and it was okay. We did not know which terminal we needed to be dropped off, so we told him we are flying Delta, and the driver dropped off at one terminal, but it was actually the wrong terminal. We had a 3 person room. It was comfortable, safe and very clean. The location was perfect. Easy access to the transportation, restaurants, variety of shops. Not noisy or overcrowded. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was FABULOUS! Good variety of foods and drinks and the breakfast lady working the dining room was so sweet and adorable. I would definitely […] stay here again. We stayed at Brittany Hotel for three nights. The overall experience was extremely positive and everything was smooth. We would stay there again for sure. The room was decent size and had a big window facing the street. Breakfast was typical French but it served our needs well.

We stayed 7 nights at the Brittany Hotel and ate breakfast there every morning, as we had paid for it to be included. We have nothing to complain about as the hotel was clean, modern, and very convenient (only 1 block from the Notre Dame de Lorette Metro stop). Breakfast consisted of breads, croissants, ham, 3 kinds of cheeses, fruits, yogurts, cereal, […] juices, and coffee/tea--filling enough that we skipped lunch most days. Free guest copies of Le Figaro and Le Monde are available. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Originally we were put in a larger room on the first floor that had a bigger bathroom with a large tub, however it did not have a shower or much of a view. We requested a change and were put in a smaller room, but one that did have a shower and also a nice street view. All in all, we would stay there again. Läs mer

My wife and I stayed Fri to Mon. Staff very friendly and h.elpful. Room small, clean, comfortable. Ongoing works in hotel left for very 'unfinished' look about everything. Breakfast basic but adequate. Location excellent with cafes, bars and restaurants all available and within walking distance. Metro literally around the corner. Shopping close by in […] main street. However feel that if Hotel is having work carried out and full facilities are not available during this time, then this should be reflected in price.Other than that quite happy to recommend this hotel. This place has been remodeling for a long time and it doesn't look like they will be done anytime soon. There are better places to stay.

People all nice and helpful at hotel but hotel was not acceptable! Room so small 2 people cannot even dress at the same time Shabby curtains and linens I paid for the upgraded room and cannot imagine what the regular one was! But, it is undergoing major renovation, which should have been revealed on Hotels.com Breakfast was not included, which we didn't realize from our booking and was way overpriced. any cafe in the neighborhood would be less expensive and less crowded. The hotel is under construction, A new sprinkler system is being installed amongst other works, affecting all aspects of the hotel; from pulled up carpets to holes in walls and ceilings of the lobby halls and rooms. If you are comfortable with being awaken at early hours by hamer-drilling and sheet rock dust this is an "ok" hotel. The staff are friendly, […] but are resigned to the construction. They can only acknowledge the issues with no renumeration or possible remedy; "hey the work must go on". Speaking from a construction background, I would estimate a works completion date to be ~ 12 months (May 2012) at the current production rate providing the hotel has capital for material purchases. Really great location in Mont Matre - no question! Also the personnel was very friendly and helpful in any matter. Highly recommendable!

This is a small hotel with a "cute" elevator (one person and some luggage) While the lobby has old time charm, the rooms were recently renovated and the bathroom was new. Typical sized room for Paris (tiny by American standards) in walking distance to Molin Rouge and other attractions. Close to Sacre Cour. Although small by American standards, it was a decent size for a Euro hotel. French Tourism Ministry rated as 3/3 (max) for 2009, no 2010 sticker yet. 1 block from #12 Metro line (Notre Dame de Lorette), 1/4mi from another (#7 - Le Peletier), and 1/2mi from 2 others (#8 & #9 - Richelieu-Drouot), making it very convenient. Even on the (Euro-numbered) […] 1st Floor (US 2nd Floor), the street traffic was light during sleeping time, and the church bells next door did not ring at night (Notre Dame de Lorette). Room did not have a clock, didnt ask for one either. Room could have used extra outlets, with 2 laptops and 2 cell phones, waiting for an outlet became a common occurrence. This hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood between Montmatre and the Opera, a 5-minute walk from Gare St Lazare. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Very convenient for Metro station,which made it possible to see much of Paris in our short stay.Close to a good variety of bars. Hotel was quiet and comfortable with excellent bathroom.Helpful staff,and use of storage for baggage on day of departure. Would recomend to friends.

It was a very hot day when we checked in on July 7 and we were told that the air conditioning was being fixed. It never got fixed and we reosrted to looking for another hotel---not an easy feat in Paris! The hotel manager then offered us rooms in a "sister" hotel---the Hotel Tourine on Madeline st. Brittany Hotel is a good hotel for the price and location. If you are looking for a decently priced mid-range hotel I would recommend the Brittany. It is right near the metro line providing you easy access to anywhere in the city. The rooms are small but as this is Paris that's normal. Hotel was in a good area right on the green metro line, but also a nice walk (30 minutes) to most touristy things. Plenty of places to eat at and a great pastry place right around the corner. No views from the hotel and rather dark inside. When we checked in they said breakfast is served for the guest, what the left out was that it was expensive per […] person for really really bad food (spoiled fruit and cold coffee). (cheaper to go to a pastry shop or a cafe) The room was a good size and seemed somewhat clean. The bathroom smelled funny, (possibly the cleaner they use?) I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, I stayed in Paris before at a different hotel and the hotel and service was shocking, what a difference this time! Yes the rooms are small, however ALL Paris hotel rooms are small, but it was immaculate and the bathroom had clearly just been completely refurbished to a very high standard and there was a flat […] screen TV and safe in the room for our valuables. Reception was what made the stay, incredibly friendly on arrival, perfect English, when went out to go sightseeing we were given a map and Paris guide and were even offered a complimentary umbrella as it was starting to rain! Excellent front desk and managerial staff who were very friendly and helpful. Room clean and recently renovated. Hand held shower in a large bath was the only thing we would cite as less than optimal. Quiet. Within walking distance of Gare St Lazare, Opera and Galleries Lafayette on Blvd Hausmann. We enjoyed our stay at The Brittany. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms are on the small side but clean and well kept. The breakfast was as you would expect for continental and with good coffee although more staff at peak times would have made it more enjoyable. The nearest metro is 2 mins away and very convenient and there a some good […] restaurants and bistros within 5 or so mins walk. All in all we were very glad we stayed here its a good base for a visit to Paris. Läs mer

Easy access to Metro makes it a breeze. The Opera House was walking distance - a beautiful place to visit. Also, the pizza parlor just a few doors down is terrific!

The Hotel Brittany is in an ideal location for any trip to Paris with a budget in mind. There is a Metro stop literally round the corner and two other stops on different lines close by making it ideal for getting to all parts of Paris easily. The hotel is walking distance from, but not too close to, the Moulin Rouge and the Basilica Sacre Coeur. The […] area is relatively quiet and has a reasonable selection of brasseries and eateries. The room and bathroom are very clean and have a safe. The room wasn't big (double bed, built in wardrobe and hardly any floor space after that) but that's the norm in Paris. We didn't bother with any food or drink in the hotel. All in all perfect for our needs and I'd go back next time I go to Paris. Läs mer

Stayed here for 2 nights in July. Good location, nearest metro is 30 second walk around the corner. Area is safe at night, lots of shops nearby for fruit, breakfast and cafes, there is even a supermarket. Sacre Coeure is about 15mins walk. Use the metro to get around everywhere else. Room was of good size, clean, same with bathroom. Air conditioner […] worked fine. Our room was facing the back so sleep was peaceful. Our flight was a few hours after check out but the hotel let us store our luggage there. Special mention for receptionist Natalie, her service was impeccable and nothing was too much for her.
