Slitet hotell. Inget fungerade internet. Wifi finns bara i lobyn och gick oftast inte att använda. Bra gym. Dyrt hotell i relation till standard.

When I booked the room, I told the hotel staff that I had an early morning meeting and needed to get my car by 7 am and asked whether that presented any problem. I was assured that I could simply present my ticket to the valet service by 6:50 am and be on my way no later than 7 am. Yet, at 6:45 am when I presented my valet ticket, I was told that there […] were no valets present, since they had all left to pick up a shipment of cars( what! ) and that none of the valets would be back for at least 20 - 30 minutes. When I told the young woman that her answer was unacceptable and that I needed to leave no later than 7 am, she told me that I could go get my own car from the convention center parking lot ( lower level) myself. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that no manager was available to speak with me. I then walked around the convention center parking lot clicking my car alarm until I found my car. My fiance and I stayed at this hotel for two nights on Memorial Day weekend. We loved this hotel. I never walk barefoot on hotel rugs; however, I did at the Sheraton. I recommend this hotel for the following reasons: room was immaculate; staff was friendly, professional and helpful; walking distance from outlet stores, restaurants and a few casinos; […] room was spacious. Corner suite was beautiful and spacious...just as described. The bed was awesome and provided a comfortable night's sleep. Great views of the city both day and night. Staff were friendly and accommodating to our requests. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, nothing special. But no wireless Internet, if you can believe that in 2013, although the front desk said, "it's a work in progress". Additionally, you have to pay $9.95 for basic and $14.95 for premium ethernet service! Ridiculous.

Stayed at the Sheraton the first night and didn't have any complaints other than they were booked and we couldn't keep the room another night. Rooms were clean and everything worked as advertised. Thanks.

My stay was very good. However the only thing that was not at any fault of the Sheraton was that the room next to me had a large group of young Girls that were talking very loudly all night screaming etc. that was really my only complaint as it kept me up most of the night. It took 3 rooms before we got a room that didn't smell like cigarette smoke in this non-smoking hotel. Then we settled for the room where the exhaust fan didn't work in the bathroom and the shower squealed when in use; a feature that our neighbors apparently also had, which was great for that 6:30am shower on Sunday morning. My girlfriend's and I went to AC for our post-mother's day weekend getaway. It was a blast. The hotel was very clean, the wait staff at the restaurant were VERY friendly and helpful. Parking was very reasonable with the shopping and parking discount through Hotels.com. Overall, very good trip and hotel's night stay.

very close to outlets, none of the seediness of the casinos, we were upgraded to a suite. Only downside is the sheets on the bed were stiff and terrible. We took those off. Also, charges for internet were ridiculous, but they removed the charge from our bill. Overall, I loved it and would stay there again.

I was very pleased with the customer service that was provided to me on my check in and out. The staff was very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas and check in was a breeze. The location of the hotel was within walking distance of the venue for the concert. I will use them again in the future.

Loud patrons, thin walls, outdated rooms with stained carpets, dingy walls & cigarette-burned chair in room, pillows like pancakes, air conditioning impossible to control, constantly heard the LOUD flushing of the toilet in the room above us. Not worth the $$$ money they have the audacity to charge for being way off the boardwalk. Sort of disappointed in room. Bed was unattractive and uncomfortable. Smallest ice bucket in the world with no tongs. Looked like a Best Western room.

I just wish this hotel had queen beds instead of doubles. Two parents and a 12 and 14 year old sleeping in small beds ....

What a bargain. This hotel is new, clean, and in a great location. It was half the price of the casino hotels, and walking distance to all of the outlet stores and Midtown (Ceasars and Trump Plaza). The bed was extra comfy.

This hotel is perfect for those for need to work or attend an event at the AC Convention Center if you are out of town, very convenient. Close to the outlets, you can walk. No casino in this hotel. A lot of eateries in walking distance.

Overall, we liked this hotel. It is located close to all shops and restaurants. We arrived about 1 pm and the room was ready for us, and there was no line to the check-in, which was nice. The hotel has a nice fitness center, and a pool. The pool was small, but enough for the kids to play around in, especially that they were the only ones there! We had […] to switch our room the first time, because even though the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking, there was a strong cigarette smell when you entered the room. The second room they gave us had a pleasant smell. My only complaint is that the housekeeping would take a while to clean the room. We would come back from breakfast, and the room was not cleaned. Then we went to the pool, and back, and the room was still not cleaned. However, overall it was a good experience. Läs mer

I really enjoyed the Sheraton. It was a nice diversion from the casino based hotels. I thought that the parking fees were a bit overpriced and the room could have used a refrigerator.

We will definitely visit again soon. We want to go during the summer and enjoy the pool and the beach nearby. We joined their membership so we are hoping to visit more frequently, but this website might still be our choice if the price is better. We had a great valentine evening and two days of fun.

Everything was great. Hotel is close to shopping and walking distance to boardwalk and casinos. Hotel is beautiful, clean, up to date, and staff was pleasant. One small complaint I have is the room was a little stuffy and being as the windows do not open, I wish they had a better system of circulating fresh air.
