"Nice rooms!"
Our room was spacious and clean, loved the layout with sitting area. Staff was super, and breakfast very good. Not sure why a room with a fridge wouldn't also have a microwave, but there was one available in the breakfast area all night. I'd stay here again!

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I give the staff an A++! There were a few minor issues: 1. The walls are paper thin, so if you go to bed early, there will be noise, especially from people in the hall. 2. There isn't a lick of written information in the room. I mean the normal things you'd expect like a […] room service menu, information about local eateries, or even a pad of paper and a pen. I had to find my reservation paperwork just to find the address of the hotel to have a pizza delivered. The room service menu is on the TV, if you can navigate that, then you're ok. I could not figure out how to connect to the free internet, had to call the front desk, because again, they did not have any information about it in the room. 3. I imagine the complimentary breakfast might have been nice, but it didn't start until 7 AM and since we had to be at a swim meet at 7 AM we could not take advantage of it. They did pack us a bagel and piece of fruit in a bag though, to take with us. I don't know if there is any hotel that would have their breakfast start at 6 AM, but it would have been nice. It probably just isn't profitable to do that in most hotels. 4. The bed was average comfortable. We had a king with a sofa that had a pull out for our daughter, the pull out wasn't great, but I guess as comfortable as a pull out can be. Läs mer

"Good quality for the price"
I've stayed at this property several times, and from the third time on many staff members greet me by name. They are very service oriented. The rooms are clean and reasonably comfortable. I had some challenge this time balancing the temperature in the room, but haven't had that problem with other rooms. Fitness room is small but adequate w/ a bike, […] 2 treadmills and an eliptical trainer, all of which hook to a private television. Breakfast isn't elaborate, but provides plenty of options. Quick and courteous check in and the front desk clerk remembered us from a stay 2 months prior. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Price is reasonable.

We had a very nice time. We have stayed there many times before and was very impressed with all the changes that have been made. The only negative thing is how cold the pool is. Would also like a hot tub.

This is the first time that I have stayed at a Hyatt Place. The hotel in Boise was very clean, large rooms and an excellent breakfast. I would stay there again!

This is a great hotel to stay at if you're doing business anywhere in Boise. It's very close a lot of shops and places to eat and you're a short drive to downtown Boise. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the beds were very comfy. I would definetely recommend this hotel.

"Best value in town"
My wife is the picky one and she loved it. Bed and pollows were great, shower water pressure was great, fairly quiet, (I am a light sleeper), Heat and A/C unit worked great and nearly silent. Breakfast was fair but they are improving it. Staff were all top notch! Thanks, we will be back.

Was not happy with the breakfast also out of coffee.in the room did not like being charged for starbucks everything else was good
The only negative thing was the fruit salad in the morning did not taste good, other than that our stay was awesome there. I loved the staff they were helpful and friendly. :)

The room is large and comfortable. Location is great for shopping and the breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, yogurt and toast. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Hyatt Place is a modern facility that is convenient and comfortable. The staff was wonderful. The room layout is great, with a very large flat screen TV that swivels for viewing from the sitting room to the bed area. The channel choices were not the best, however. The TV area has easily accessible AV ports and extra power plugs. The large couch and […] ottoman are very nice, as is the desk area and bar. The in-room coffee will take the hide off a buffalo, go downstairs and enjoy the free coffee offered with the continental breakfast. There was not a microwave in our room, which would have been nice. There is a small refrigerator. The closet is very small, which makes it difficult to get the suitcase in and out. The tub/toilet area is compact, and the fan is on the same switch as the light, which I'm not a 'fan' of. These are very small nit-picky items, overall the room was terrific, and I loved the layout. The first floor near the pool smells strongly of chlorine, so I'd stay away from that, unless you have small kids and want to be close. The lobby and breakfast area are very nice. I was impressed with the fresh fruit offerings at breakfast, and the ability to eat on nice plates with real silverware if I wanted. Hot items (aside from toast and muffins) are available for an additional charge. Parking is plentiful and easy, and the shopping and restaurant choices nearby are endless. My husband left the cord to his shaver in the drawer, which we discovered when we returned home. A call to the hotel was cheerfully received (thanks Lee!), and the item was quickly located and promised to be promptly returned. I've paid much more for far less at other hotels. I was very pleased with the Hyatt Place Boise. A very large, comfortable room, with a nice, big L-shaped couch. HUGE TV, which rotated so that you could watch either from the couch area or the bed area. Comfortable bed! Very nice people at the front desk, in common with most Boiseans. They were as helpful as they could be, and they were quick to serve. The […] room service was not four-star fine dining, it was more like the after-hours service at a four-star hotel would be, except with burgers and pizzas instead of just sandwiches. "Does Do not disturb mean "can I clean your room?""
My husband and I normally stay at this hotel every time we come to Boise. We even turned down a free stay at another hotel to stay here. We ended up checking in for the Thanksgiving weekend and our room was ready for us. We left on Thanksgiving day to visit our family around noon. When we got back that night, our room had not been cleaned. We were staying […] on the top floor. We were scheduled to check out the next morning. At 10:30 AM, the housekeeping staff knocked on our door and started to open it with their master key. I came to the door and opened it. We had our do not disturb on the door. She asked us when we were leaving and I asked her when checkout was. She said she did not know. She asked me when we would be leaving. I told her I did not know. I called the front desk and confirmed that checkout is at noon. Less than 1 hour later, the housekeeper knocked on our door again, even though the do not disturb was still on the door. We were trying to get dressed and packed and we were in no condition to let someone in the room yet. I asked her to please wait because the door said checkout was at noon, as well as the front desk. She said ok and backed away from the door. When I shut the door, I could hear her loud laughter with the fellow housekeeper. I'm not one to cause conflict or get upset. I finished getting ready to check out and we went downstairs. The front desk staff was very kind and apologized about what happened. When I mentioned what happened the day before with our room not being cleaned, she said they left early. I understand it's the holiday, but it is also their job. I have had to work many holidays in the past. She offered me a free mocha or coffee, which we refused. Most of the time when a guest gives feedback about the service in the hotel (or lack of), I'm sure they may be looking for something for free. Very nice room. For the price, would have liked to see something more with protein in the free breakfast. You have to purchase eggs/bacon, or ham omlet, but they have free juice, coffee, rolls, cold cereal, fruit in the breakfast area. Very quiet neighborhood. Easy access to many things.

We stay at this hotel a few times per year, for 1-2 weeks at a time. The staff is wonderful and the location is convenient to shopping, the freeway, everything we need. The suite layout is much more convenient than a traditional hotel room.

overall the room was nice. the pillows and bed were not the most comfortable. wish there was more variety in the breakfast. i will use this hotel again, next time though i will bring my own pillow

I booked the Hyatt mostly for its location and the price. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. I honestly wasn't expecting that considering the low rate. We stayed here because of the womens celebration 5k. the room had plenty of room for our family with 3 little kids. The bed was a little uncomfortable but all in all it was nice for our family. Great service. Clean rooms. Nice pool. Continental breakfast could be better. Not as many choices as other hotels offer.
"A great place to rest a weary head"
I wish we had more time to utilize all of the great amenities the hotel offered. We did have a great breakfast, sound sleep, and it was easy to find food. I would stay here again if I were coming through Boise!

Hyatt Place has nice decor, easy check in, and comfortable rooms. One downside was a VERY noisy air conditioner. Don't get a room close to the elevator, people are pretty loud.

"I Never Wanted To Leave!!!"
I grew up with a silver spoon in my mouth and have always stayed at Four Seasons type hotels, 4+ stars...nothing but the "best". Coincidentally, I became quite the hotel snob. I stumbled across this hotel while planning a short stay in Boise, and let me tell you...I never wanted to leave. Upon check in, we had a very warm welcome to a newly renovated […] (or maybe just new) hotel. We scurried up to our room and to my surprise, it was enormous! Beautifully decorated, very clean and spacious, I felt more at home here than in any hotel I've ever stayed in. We have stayed in a couple of hotels in the Boise area. I felt this was the best service I had received. They seemed very customer service oriented.
